- Macauly (10/5): Great stay - Breakfast included with a great pool No smoking on the balcony and was abit out the way
- Naphat (9/5): Superb -
- Fletcher (9/5): Nice, big modern rooms. Big balconies, comfy bed, quiet location. Good value for money. - Clean and modern, big balconies. The only small thing is that the window in the bathroom was pretty dirty with cobwebs and dirt, apart from that nothing.
- Patrick (9/5): super endroit, un peu excentré mais proche bts wutthakat - no early checkout
- Donald (6/5): Pleasant - Clean well lit room. The room had no safe. It also had a door lock i found tricky to operate.

- Aline (8/5): Very good -
- Kon (8/5): Very good -
- Woolner (3/5): Uses the Thai Key Deposit Ruse - AVOID - There was no one to meet me on arrival - took 30 minutes to check in
I was forced into the key deposit ruse*. When I refused to pay the 'deposit' the man simply took the keys back
The wifi was terrible and I had to rush and buy a sim card to do a simple work call
This place is for long terms guests not suitable for short terms stays
*Ruse works as follows. Thai guest house demands a key deposit knowing check out will be empty when you leave and they get to keep your deposit
The owner actually messaged on 11am of the day I left 'wanting to repay' by deposit despite me leaving the keys at reception five hours earlier
- Martin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nikita (7/5): Good - The room was clean, well-lit, quite spacious, with a fridge, kettle, TV, and AC. There's a desk so you can comfortably use your laptop if you need to. There was a problem with drainage: the water would drain very slowly both in the shower and bathroom sink.
- Hlown (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tracey (10/5): super convenient stay good value for money - clean, modern and good location
- Kam (10/5): Excellence - Hotel is clean & very helpful.
Good location & Green, although it is a little far from downtown, but easy to access through BTS, MRT, taxi, many roadside food stalls, especially BTS next station, The Mall & big night market.
- Cody (9/5): Expensive stay, great staff and conveniently located. Ant problem though. - The staff were wonderful and they spoke English. They were quick to solve any issues that arose and we're always quick to offer a smile. The noise. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the elevator to the scooters coming in and out of the courtyard, your neighbors opening and closing their doors and the noisy Asian Krel birds like a car alarm going off multiple times a day. The monthly office was high considering there were no kitchen facilities. You could rent an apartment for the same price. The lighting in the room is very bright and only one switch for the ceiling. I'd suggest adding some softer lamps around the room for the night time. The termites/ants were everywhere. If you eat in your room immediately take the food out and place it in the bins outside otherwise you will have a trail of ants attacking you..I lost sleep several nights from ant bites in my bed.
- Methaphat (5/5): just home stay - near 7/11 too small , the picture is not real
- Sesluck (1/5): not enough car park -
- Than (8/5): Very good -
- Cody (8/5): A Great Stay Near Wutthakat BTS - I boarded here for three months and loved it! Aqua Residences is an overall a great stay. The staff here, every single one of them are consummate professionals, incredibly kind and always friendly plus a few of them speak English, very well at that. Regardless of the time, day or night they will always greet you with a smile. The facilities are generally very clean, if you're on a long stay your room will be cleaned once a week to include fresh bedding and enough water to last you. Should you run out there's an RO water machine downstairs that you can refill your 1.5L bottles for 1baht each or you can purchase a fresh pack for 50 baht. There are also in-house washing machines in the same area, the larger machine is 40 baht and the smaller 30 baht, note they are coin operated and seem only to accept 10 and 5 baht coins. I forgot coins once and the staff very kindly exchanged some bills for me. The rooms are spacious and the amenities have been updated recently to a new standard. Among them are a very large wardrobe to store your clothes and other items. The refrigerator keeps everything ice cold so fear not for your leftovers and beverages. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the showers boast an inline water heater so you'll never lack a hot shower should you so desire! The large glass sliding doors open to a balcony which offers a lovely view of the city and features an outdoor sink which is convenient for any hand wash garments. The AC is quite cold, you'll have no climate control issues. The TVs are newer gen with access to an app store for Netflix and the like should you so desire. If you're worried about proximity to eateries, gear not as there are many food stands, coffee shops and a 7/11 all within walking distance. Definitely head to Wutthakat and try the crispy pork wonton soup just across from the 7/11 on the other side of the highway. Need medicine, to include prescriptions? While Aqua is excellent in and of itself for all the reasons above, there were a few things that were bothersome.
The WiFi was intermittent and often unusable, I'm not sure if it was because I was on the 5th floor which I assume is furthest from the router or for some other reason but I had to rely on my mobile hotspot more often than not. I'd recommend bringing along a WiFi repeater if you stay upstairs as that might solve the issue.
The noise. This is generally a peaceful location however the rooms are not soundproofed in the slightest and there's quite a gap under the doors. You will hear your neighbors unlocking, locking, opening and closing their doors as if it were happening right next to you, even if it's several floors below you. The elevator beeping and general operation is easily discernable as well. There's a beautiful lush greenery right across the fence before the river that's lovely to look at but it's a nesting ground for a couple of Asian Koel, or as I like to call them the "uWu Devil Bird" and their "song" is louder than a car alarm. They generally go off heavily around 0400-0600 and again around 1800-2000 with other random songs mixed throughout the day. Search "Asian Koel" on YouTube. Once you become used to them it's tolerable, however light sleepers will suffer here without a sleep aid or earplugs. There is some construction in the neighborhood which can be quite disturbing however it's usually only during working hours between 1100 and 1630. There are several dogs kept by a neighbor adjacent to Aqua and occasionally in the mornings they will absolutely lose their minds for some time. I'd like to point out that the majority of noise pollution here is no fault of the Aqua staff and is simply a part of living in Bangkok.
