• Xenia (7/5): Sehr gute Lage und gut für Individualreisende - Das Apartment ist vollkommen ausreichend für Individualreisende. Man kann den Besitzer immer kontaktieren und es gibt eine Frau, die oft im Haus ist (weil es da noch andere Apartments gibt). Es gibt jedoch keine Rezeption oder ähnliches (aus den anderen Bewertungen könnte man das so lesen), denn es ist ein Apartment in einem normalen Wohnhaus, Und Achtung, die Pasha-Group hat Apartments in mehreren Häusern an verschiedenen Adressen, was wichtig zum Finden ist, Die Lage ist super, nicht weit von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, ob zu Fuß oder mit Öffis. Das Viertel ist die ehemailge Altstadt am Hafen Yenikapi und spannend im Erkunden der Gassen und Straßen. Es gibt Straßen nach Produkten zum Kaufen, z.B. eine Straße, wo nur Schuhläden sind, eine andere mit Kinderkleidung, usw.. Obwohl es auch eine Touri-Gegend ist, sind die Preise hier in den Restaurants günstiger als an den Orten direkt bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt hier unzählige Restaurants bzw. die typischen türkischen Imbisse für Pide und mehr. Bei unserem Apartment war nur wenige Meter weiter in der Hauptsraße ein toller kleiner Bäcker (im Kellererdgeschoss) mit einer Auswahl verschiedenster Backwaren von herzhaft bis süß und sehr günstig, sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Apartment hatte zwei Zimmer, wobei das zur Straße hin leider laut durch den hupenden Straßenverkehr war, sodass man nachts zum Lüften kein Fenster öffnen konnte. Das Fentser des zweiten Zimmers ging nur zu einem Schacht. Das Finden der Adresse war etwas schwierig, da wir nachts bei Regen ankamen und unser Taxifaher ein anderes Apartment der Pasha-Group anfuhr (es gibt mehrere Adressen mit Apartments) und uns dort an einer Treppe rausließ. Wir hatten kein Internet und mussten daher den Besitzer anrufen und nach der Adresse fragen. Er schickte dann aber sofort eine Frau, um uns abzuholen, und unser Apartment war auch nur eine Straße weiter. Deshalb unser Tipp, sich vorher die genaue Adresse mit Plan runterzuladen bzw. auszudrucken. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung, Noch etwas, was nicht mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat. Leider sind die Eintrittspreise für die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr hoch (auch an anderen Orten in der Türkei), was sehr schade ist, weil wir so mit 2 Kindern (ab 11-12 J. Vollzahler) nur einiges von innen sahen. Die blaue Moschee ist zum Glück gratis, aber der Tokapi-Palast kostet 65€. Für die Öffis (inkl. Fähre) hatten wir die aufladbare Istanbul-Card (kann man bereits am Flughafen erwerben und überall in der Stadt gibt es Automaten), was bequem und kostengünstig ist. Dennoch lohnt sich Istanbul, es ist eine interessante und schöne Stadt.

L'appartamento è un po' datato e avrebbe bisogno di diversi ritocchi. La cucina, per esempio, ha un pavimento in gomma mal messo e brutto, nel quale si può inciampare.

• Vitalii (10/5): - Невероятно красивая и удобная квартира. Мы прилетели в Стамбул утром и на метро из аэропорта добрались почти до самого адреса. Очень удобное расположение, квартира чистая. Владелец был на связи и расписал подробно как удобнее доехать. Внутри как во дворце) Внутри имеется все, что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Погода через несколько дней стала холоднее, дождливее и были включены батареи, стало очень тепло. Единственное! Для путешественников с большими и тяжелыми чемоданами подниматься по лестнице будет немного тяжело. Мы были налегке и нам это проблем не доставило. Спасибо уважаемый Barbaros Bilen и Anna
• JUNKO (8/5): - 連絡は、WhatsApp でスムーズに出来ました。道のガイド等も連絡してくれました。 スタッフは、とても親切でした。 必要な電気製品（冷蔵庫、洗濯機、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット）等 全て揃っていました。 トラムの駅から急な坂道を歩かなければならなかったが、観光にもショッピングにも、とても便利な場所にありました。 建物が古いので、台所の流しの配管から匂いがしたので、コップで蓋をしておいた。 シャワーは、手持ちシャワーからは水しか出なかった。天井からのシャワーからは熱いお湯が出たので、特に問題は無い。

Aneks kuchenny wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty. Mieszkanie przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc nawet w nocy słychać odgłosy z zewnątrz. Można zaopatrzyć sie w zatyczki.No ale coś za coś. Too much noises, you cannot have a good sleep. The quality of the apartment is so bad that when neighbors are making any work or noises it seems that they are on top level of you. Weak Wifi as modem is shared among all the apartments in the property.

В квартире есть все, что необходимо: и возможность приготовить еду, и постирать, в квартире тепло и уютно. Также приезжали наши друзья в апартаменты на этаж выше! И от этого нам стало еще лучше и душевнее! Относительно не дорогой район Стамбула, рядом можно и не дорого поесть, приобрести вещи и продукты в магазине! Очень приветливая Анна, всегда прийдёт на помощь и подскажет все, угостит кофе, и очень хороший человек, говорит по русски!Однозначно рекомендую!До гранд базара идти 10 мин в горку, но мы полюбили эту дорогу и нашагивали по Стамбулу 20 тыс.шагов в день!В следующий раз однозначно еще приедем сюда

• Jung Ui Lee (10/5): 3-4일 이상 머물 예정이라면 최고의 숙소 - 숙소는 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 되어 있어요. 에어컨도 방마다 있어서 시원하게 잘 작동 됐습니다. 가스레인지, 전자레인지 등 요리에 필요한 도구도 잘 갖추어져 있어요. 세탁기도 있어서 편리해요. 따뜻한 물 잘 나오고 수압 오케이. 호스트도 매우 친절했고 공항까지 택시 셔틀을 예약 할 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 가격도 합리적이어서 택시 사기로 유명한 이스탄불 공항까지 편안하게 갔습니다. (저는 숙소-공항까지 이용했는데 왕복도 가능한 것 같아요.) 올드타운 중심가와 가까워서 이쪽에 접근하기 좋아요. *이건 여담인데 이 근처가 한국으로 치면 무슨 평화시장 같은건지 나이키 등등 신발 파는 가게가 엄청 많은데 가격이 저렴해요. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮기는데 조금 힘들었어요. 숙소가 시내와 가깝지는 않고 언덕 아래 있어서 트램에서 내려서 10분 정도 걸어야해요. 하루에 한 번 정도 10분 등산 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하지만 다시 이스탄불에 간다면 여기에서 머물고 싶어요.

It’s also within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which is very convenient for sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, and the place is very clean. I especially liked the beautiful sink and shower in the bathroom — they look stylish and modern. However, carrying luggage up and down the stairs was not easy. Our windows faced the street, and there was quite a lot of traffic noise — drivers seem to love using their horns! Also, we had planned to meet relatives who were staying at the same hotel, but it turned out we were placed in different buildings across the road. It’s close, but not quite “walk over in slippers” distance. One more note: the hotel can actually organize an airport transfer, even though the Booking.com page says they don’t.

Since I always choose my accommodation through Booking.com, the two most important things for me are location and comfort. This time, I hit the mark again — the location of this apartment was just fantastic. It’s about a 30–50 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, and other famous attractions and museums are also within walking distance. Behind the apartment, there’s a large old covered bazaar and jewelry market, which gives the area a very authentic Istanbul atmosphere. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to explore that bazaar since I stayed in the city for only three days before heading to Erzurum on business. Now I especially want to tell you about the owner, Barbaros. If you’ve ever watched the series “Magnificent Century” about the life of Sultan Suleiman, you might remember the famous admiral Barbaros Pasha — a noble, brave, and devoted man. Well, this host truly lives up to that name! We arrived at midnight and were warmly welcomed by a kind elderly lady named Anna, who helped us with everything during our stay. After settling in, we brought all our belongings inside — or so we thought! A few hours later, around 4 a.m., we realized we had forgotten a bag with our laptop and all our important documents outside. You can imagine the panic! We searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. Early in the morning, Barbaros arrived on his bike. When we explained the situation, he told us calmly that “the computer is not as important as the documents — we’ll find them.” I had already lost all hope, but he immediately started searching and, believe it or not, found our bag completely safe and untouched! That moment truly showed what kind of person he is — honest, responsible, and highly respected in his neighborhood. Everyone there seems to know and trust him, and after this experience, I completely understand why. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay hereagain

Our stay was unfortunately not very comfortable. The noise isolation was extremely poor — we could hear every step and movement from the guests upstairs, which made it difficult to sleep or rest. The location is fairly close to the city center, but the neighborhood didn’t feel particularly clean or pleasant. Additionally, there were no clean sheets as you normally find in a hotel, and the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc.) were quite worn out and not very nice to use.

Окно выходит на улицу. Вторая спальня с окном выходящим в 'колодец'. Инсталляция, душ, фен, высокий унитаз. Всего достаточно. Есть шампунь, кондиционер,мешки для мусора . Рядом много ресторанов,магазинов (со спиртным), которые работают до поздней ночи, метро. В пешей доступности парки с детскими площадками. Плохая вентиляция в одной спальне, окно которой выходит в колодец. Есть кондиционер. Но конденсат от него капал на ковровое покрытие. Лестницы очень крутые. Большой трафик с постоянно гуляющими автомобилям.

• AbellaMaia (10/5): Genial - La ubicació del lloc és excepcional. Per a quatre persones el lloc és perfecte. No hi ha ascensor però si teniu l'apartament del primer pis, és de bon accedir. El metro queda a uns 20 minuts a peu. La parada del tramvia és molt més a prop, just dalt la pujada del carrer que fa cantonada. Des de l'apartament es pot arribar a peu fàcilment a pràcticament tots els llocs d'interès històric del casc antic. El microones no funcionava, però tampoc el vam trobar a faltar massa perquè hi ha infinitat d'establiments al costat de l'apartament on es pot menjar molt bé de preu. El wifi podria anar millor. I afegir que, a les fotos, les habitacions semblen més grans que no són. Amb tot, la ubicació i la relació qualitat-preu del lloc compensa amb escreix aquestes mancances.

Accommodation was spacious clean and comfortable decorated in a Turkish way instead of staying in bland hotel room. Location was superb, able to walk to sights and so many lovely restaurants in the cobbled streets. Other trips to Bosphurus and Balat really worth doing. Loved Istanbul. Our host was very kind and sweet. She has a restaurant right in front of her place, and I would HIGHLY recommend her restaurant over all the other ones nearby. The food there is way more authentic and tastes great, some of the restaurants nearby such as Old Harbor Hotel, are literal tourist traps. We paid like twice as much and the food was terrible.
• Julia (10/5): Чудове розташування, все поряд, не надто шумно, все є для комфорту, посуд, кондішн, чисто - 2 окремі спальні, комфортний санвузол, нічого не відвалюється, не брудно, все працює, не надто шумно хоч і вікна на вулицю, кондиціонери працюють, поряд магазини, зупинки трамваїв і до метро не далеко, господарі дуже привітні. Є необхідний посуд. Є гелі, мило, багато туалетної бумаги. Людська душова кабіна) Сходи вузькі і круті, але це прописано в описі. Особисто мені було нормально, проте з багажем буде важко на 3й. • Meziane (10/5): - J’ai beaucoup aimé l’appartement, et surtout les responsables Barbaros et Anna qui étaient très gentils et toujours prêts à aider. Le seul inconvénient est l’emplacement de l’appartement, car il faut marcher en montée sur une distance de 800 mètres pour atteindre la station de métro, mais pour une personne sportive, cela reste tout à fait normal.

• Nacer EDDINE (9/5): - L'appart est mieux que les photos, très bien situé et proche de tout. Transport restaurants bureau de change. Un grand merci à Anna et Mr Barbaros pour leur gentillesse, et leur amabilité. Les escaliers un peu gênant pour les enfants en bas age.
• Andrea (7/5): Abbiamo avuto un po’ di incidenti, compresa una scossa di terremoto ,ma lo staff è stato sempre presente, gentile e disp - Abbiamo soggiornato in una struttura diversa perché quella prenotata aveva la AC rotta. Per noi la soluzione alternativa è stata buona perché così in 4 abbiamo usufruito di 2 stanza con bagno, separate. Le stanze erano al 2 e 3 piano di un piccolo stabile senza ascensore. Una mattina nella zona è stata chiusa l’erogazione dell’acqua per cui non ci siamo potuti lavare. La zona è piena di vita e in 10/15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la zona di Sultanahmet dove ci sono le maggiori attrazioni
• SERGIO (6/5): Muy buena ubicación - La ubicación es lo mejor, 10 minutos al gran bazar y 15 a Mezquita Azul. Zona con restaurantes a buen precio, locales más económicos que los turísticos. Internet del apartamento no funcionaba, le escribí al propietario y ni contestó. Si tienes problemas de movilidad no vayas, escaleras estrechas y sin ascensor. Nosotros somos jóvenes y no tuvimos problemas. Mucho ruido en el apartamento en general, cuesta descansar.
• Hajar (8/5): - I liked the kitchen and the fact that they have the washing machine, which was helpful and the kitchen amenities are nice. The location of the apartment is in the old town of Sultanahmet. I didn't like the location that it's in a hill, especially if you want to get there and / or get back. It would be a real struggle, so the best thing is to take a cab.

• Jan (9/5): Looks exactly as advertised! - Nice spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds. There was a great niche with a comfy canape, however view from it not that interesting due to demolished house at the opposite. Location is great - few minutes walk to main tourist attractions, although the neighbourhood doesn't belong to the nicest one (seems like a lot of shoe companies here and a there's a mess from it everywhere). Collection of the keys was a bit problematic but it was caused by last-minute reservation (after arrival at the airport and 1 hour before arrival to the location). We resolved it at the end and the owner apologized.
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - The property itself is fantastic. Clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and everything is in perfect working order. The rooms are beyond comfortable. Anna was so kind and helpful, she showed us everything upon checkin and was understanding of our late arrival. Our group agreed we would live here if we could.

• Irma (9/5): Superb - The Pashas House was a nice AP. The location was great!! Barbaros is a great host!! Anna, the cleaning lady, even though she did not speak English, was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has pretty much everything. Consider when you take a shower in the bathroom it is a little bit cold compared to the other rooms that are equipped with central heating. Kitchen cupboards need a little bit of renovation due to some humidity inside the cupboards.

Great communication with host who was very helpful. Very noisy street. The roof terrace was a great facility but it was dirty and littered with drink bottles and tins, full ash trays and broken laundry racks. It could be a lot better

Even by western standards, Apartment is very clean and has all the amenities one needs. Loved the hot, high pressure shower. Host is very responsive and available all the time. Neighborhood is great. Walking distance to all sightseeing landmarks (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern) and Grand bazaar (10min walk). Boshphorous is close walking distance if you want to stroll. Beyazit Railway Station is 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants around with reasonable prices. Very quiet area so guests can sleep very soundly. Host delivers on all requests promptly. Highly recommended.
• Hryniuk (9/5): Nice place to stay close to all the attractions and have everything for comfortable rest - It has everything you need for comfortable staying except maybe things like shampoo. Location is great and if you need something additionally - you’ll get it same day or the next day. There is a terrace on the top of the building, simple but nice and we spent 2 evenings there, there were no people except for us Not much sun in the second bedroom as window is right in front of the wall.

• Olga (10/5): Beautiful apartment(s) with a roof top for your use with a wonderful host in a middle of Instambul - It was a beautiful and convenient apartment. We had our own roof where we could sit and have dinner. It is right in the middle of Istambul. The host and housekeeper were super friendly and helped us to get a transfer. Wonderful stay! We had all 3 apartments reserved for our group with friends. It was perfect.
