Thoroughly recommended. - Wonderful apartment suite, clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a good location, and with friendly and helpful staff. I’m not 100% about this, but it seems balcony suites are on the ground floor with a terrace, whilst terrace suites are on the upper floors with balconies.

Очень удобное расположение, легко добираться и всё необходимое рядом.Сами апартаменты комфортные и продуманные: две раздельные спальни, полноценная кухня, большой холодильник, кондиционеры — всё работает исправно, без каких-либо проблем. Было достаточно места, никто никому не мешал.Отдельно хочется отметить сервис — по любым вопросам всегда быстро помогали. Особенно благодарим Настю — она всегда была на связи, оперативно отвечала и помогала со всеми вопросами и просьбами. В целом проживание прошло отлично, остались только положительные впечатления. Ставлю высокую оценку и с удовольствием остановился бы здесь ещё раз.

Есть вообще все для жизни - продумано до мелочей. Администратор всегда на связи реагирует быстро - большое спасибо за сапорт и информацию. Остались очень довольны! Perfect apartment for a family of four. Quiet, briaht (lots of windows), beds and mattresses are super comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you might need - really well thought out. Hosts are super responsive. We were absolutely satisfied!

Highly recommend it. Would definitely go back there if we were to stay in that part again. Nothing!

Liubov (10/5): В целом потрясающее место, будем советовать и возвращаться с удовольствием. - Номера прекрасные, близко к морю и остановкам, есть кондиционеры, все необходимое для жизни, очень чисто, клининг работает шикарно, девушка на рецепции очень милая и в случае каких либо вопросов быстро отвечает. Мы приехали в сезон дождей и окно протекало, но администрация быстро решила проблему, вернули деньги за первый день, предложили другой номер и готовы были компенсировать вещи, если что-то повредилось. Из-за погоды так же были небольшие сбои с интернетом.

michael (10/5): All in all, very satisfied. - I stayed in the basement room for 6 nights and it was superb for my purposes. the location was super and the room had everything I needed. There's a large supermarket about 2 mins walk away, and this was very useful. The hotels communications from start to finish were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. There's a small window but it doesn't provide any view points, but this was clear before I arrived. The room could do with a toaster.

Elena (9/5): Хорошее соотношение цена качество - Останавливалась в январе в квартире на 3-ем этаже, 4 ночи. Отличное расположение, рядом большой торговый центр, супермаркет, набережная, огромное количество кафе, все в 5 минутах ходьбы. Квартира чистая, без запахов, к белью и полотенцам тоже нет претензий. Спасибо команде, которая все это убирает и моет! Отличная коммуникация, я заселилась в воскресенье, отсутствие персонала не было проблемой, так как много инструкций было получено по WhatsApp и не было никаких вопросов. В рабочие дни ресепшен был на связи в любое время. Состояние техники. Холодильник работал отлично, с wi-fi перебоев не было, техникой на кухне не пользовалась, поэтому не могу комментировать. На улице было холодно, но кондиционер работал хорошо и в квартире было тепло. С душем проблем не было. P.S. Особое спасибо ресепшен, я забыла одежду в номере, мне тут же об этом сообщили и я вернулась и забрала. В целом в квартире были такие вещи, как подтекающий кран в ванной, плинтус немного отходящий от стены, оголенные провода ведущие к розетке, несколько неработающих лампочек, но стоимость проживания невысокая и на комфорт это особо не влияет, поэтому мое впечатление это особо не испортило.

Мы готовили сами, в номере было достаточно посуды и рядом был большой супермаркет. Остановка рядом. Море и парк тоже в 5 мин ходьбы. Рестораны на выбор, ТЦ. Администратор всегда была на связи с нами и помогала в решении наших вопросов!

IULIIA (3/5): - Не понравилось в этих аппартаментах ничего Худшие апарты в моей жизни. Мы приехали в 10 ночи, предупредили, что приедем именно в это время (так как хозяйка сама связалась со мной заранее в вотцап). Когда открыли дверь-поняли, что в квартире холодно как на улице, а на улице было всего +7 градусов(1 января), все окны были просто открыты! Разве так встречают гостей! На мой звонок последовал ответ, что здесь так принято-открывать окна после уборки и мы должны сами включить отопление и ждать пока нагреется воздух. Нам пришлось сначала разбираться с нагревателем, а потом сидеть одетыми и обутыми (полы тоже были ледяные!) примерно 40 минут и ждать когда потеплеет, вместо того, чтобы ложиться спать! Когда мы собрались спать нас ждал еще один сюрприз, апартаменты на 4 человека с тремя спальными местами имели всего 2 набора постельного. У нас возрослые разнополые дети, планировалось, что они будут спать отдельно. На мой звонок где нам взять еще один комплект постельного хозяйка ответила, что ей очень жаль и помочь она не сможет. Получается, что информация дана некорректно: в апартаментах не 3 спальных места как указано, а два. 1 двухспальная кровать, 1 диван, ну и а раскладушка без постельного белья и без одеяла-непонятно только зачем ее указывать. Ну и по-мелочи- сантехника старая, от влаги в ванне все разбухло, на стенах потертости, все очень "уставшее" и мы не нашли микроволновку.

Konstantin (10/5): - Хозяева отеля позаботились, чтобы проживание в Sun Suites оставило одни сплошные положительные эмоции. Во-первых, отличное расположение - тихая улица, но до набережной не больше 200м, до большой улицы с магазинами и кафешками 100м, сетевые супермаркеты (Bim, Şok, Migros, A101) в прогулочной доступности, до торгового центра TerraCity буквально 5-7 минут прогулочным шагом. Кому нравится ночная движуха - вдоль набережной полно заведений на любой вкус. Во-вторых, сам номер очень чистый, в квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания - много посуды, большой холодильник, стиральная и посудомоечная машины (с соответствующей химией для них), большой радиатор обеспечивал теплом весь номер, удобная кровать, отличное постельное бельё, целая гора полотенец... В-третьих (на самом деле - во-первых 😄) - это доброжелательный персонал. Анастасия, Фадиле и Наргиза создали все условия для нашего комфортного проживания. Также благодарим хозяев отеля. Надеемся приехать туда ещё не раз. Не понравилось, что всё хорошее рано или поздно заканчивается и пришлось уезжать.

Richter (4/5): Great Service and Equipment, but ventilation in the basement room was an issue. - The staff was exceptionally kind and demonstrated a very helpful attitude at all times. The cleanliness was really good, which we greatly appreciated. The room itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The major drawback was the practically non-existent ventilation in this basement room. When we saw this in person, we inquired about a possible room change and we were informed that there was no availability and changing the reservation meant losing the entire week's stay. So we chose to stay and keep the only little vent in the room open. Unfortunately, this was not enough, and the problem worsened at night with a very strong sewage stench, to the point of having to sleep with the door to the corridor open and the A/C full power to push the smell out of the room though the corridor. I don't know how the upper rooms are (they looked very nice in the photos, and assuming they have windows, they are probably fine), but we would not recommend or return to the basement room due to the serious ventilation and odor issues... they shouldn't be renting them out at all.

Anastasia (1/5): - I would like to share my experience and warn families who are planning to stay at this place with children. We had a very unpleasant and stressful situation with the hotel. At 11 AM, I received a private message from the host saying that my child was crying, and we were warned that they might call the police because of it. My question is: if the hotel allows children, isn’t it obvious that children can cry? Or do they expect parents to “silence their kids” to meet their imaginary standards? They also claimed that we violated their rules, but could not specify a single rule that we supposedly broke. Apparently, they have their own secret “scale of acceptable crying” that guests are not informed about. What shocked me even more is that they said they had filed a complaint against us and even recorded audio of my child crying. This is not only unprofessional but honestly disturbing. As for the accommodation itself: — it was very dirty, — no cleaning service is provided, — there is not even a mop or a broom to clean the floor, — the quality of renovation is extremely poor — you can see it clearly in the photos. I strongly do not recommend this place for families with children. The attitude toward guests is unprofessional, the living conditions are poor, and attempting to intimidate guests is absolutely unacceptable.

Janil (8/5): Only stayed 1 night but ok. - Very spacious and clean. Had two separate bedrooms. Street parking available. Host answered quickly. Had everything we needed. Great washing machine. The water from the shower keeps coming out on the floor.
Evgeny (6/5): Nice area, but maintenance needed - During my stay in mid-October, the area was very quiet and peaceful. There was no street noise or traffic, and it felt very comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. On the downside, the sound insulation is very poor — you can hear almost everything your neighbors do, especially if they are loud. It’s common to wake up several times during the night because of the noise. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to maintain the kitchen equipment and household appliances properly. For example, there is an iron, but it’s in such bad condition that it’s unusable. There are also issues with the air conditioning system — sometimes it won’t turn on or off, and it’s impossible to set any specific mode. I would strongly advise against staying here for people with reduced mobility or elderly guests, as the hotel has a spiral staircase and no elevator.

Instructions are sent on whatsup. Helpful host. Thank you! Our Apartment was in the cellar. I advise the owner to indicate in the title that its Basement Studio bcs it does say in the description that its on -1 but its hard to notice that. Cellar apartments have humid air. However most of their apartments are up floor and if we would not stay in the cellar flat (with no proper window) I would give 10 stars. So this aparthotel is very good actually (if u stay in upper flats) but it has 2 cellar apartments -1 and -2. Though it was fine for one night as we needed to be close to the airport but I wouldnt recommend -1 and -2 apartments for multiday stays or holidays. So check the description before you book - to make sure it is not on -1 level.
