- Radoslav (6/5): Bad maintained place with parking - The location is very close to Taxim square. There is a huge parking which is a great benefit for Istanbul. Rooms are big. It’s not well maintained and year over year it degrades drastically. The hygiene is not on a very good level apart from the amortized equipment. On some parking spots they store some trashy furniture etc..

- Maryam (8/5): Very good - The property has a great location, only few minutes away from Taksim square and Nişantaşı by walking. In terms of safety, the building is very well maintained and observed by the security staff. The property itself is good, however in terms of the hygiene was not that great. The apartment was not cleaned properly as well as bedsheets were all dirty no matter how many times they change it. Also, for the price you pay the property does not have all of the necessary materials available e.g kitchen appliances.
- Hala (9/5): A modern, comfortable hotel , excellent value for money - The apartment building was modern, clean and very welcoming. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all needed amenities(cooking utensils limited). It is a big plus in Istanbul to have a hotel with 2 big , modern elevators and such a spacious and comfortable apartment. It was excellent value for money. I don’t know why the hotel has a low rating for cleanliness because the building was spotless and the apartment was very clean when we checked in. Staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel offers free heated pool and sauna. The location was not the best. The area where the hotel is located has no restaurants or coffee shops. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Taksim Square. You have to take some narrow, steep alleys to reach the main road that leads to Taksim Square. It worth mentioning that the area is very safe and for young and fit people, the walk should not be a challenge at all.

Convenience store nearby and tourist attractions are within walking distance. Overall cleanliness could've been better. Housekeeping schedule could've been every 2 days for a week-long stay. The whole building had issues with heater/air-conditioner and water facilities during our stay. Guests were not informed by host.

- Arash (9/5): Perfect for families with children - The staff were very friendly and willing to help at any time. The location was great, so close to center but so quite. The kitchen was well equipped, and extra dishes were possible to ask for. The pool area was very clean and very suitable for children The apartment was clean, but not hotel-level clean. Under the bed and those places that usually are not seen directly were not taken care of.

- Evangelos (8/5): Very good - Value for money. Very good location close to Taksim. You need to walk 5min uphill from the hotel to reach Taksim but it is manageable. Impossible for a person with disabilities but this is how entire Istanbul is. But, when you return home, after too many hours waking around Istanbul it is mush easier... The room was not very clean and was not cleaned at all during our 3 night stay. Hotel receptionists were excellent and very helpful. They booked taxi for us and arrange our transportations with no issues. A large bonus is the free hotel parking. We arrived from Greece by car and we left the car to the hotel parking until we leave. - Mariia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very good, especially we enjoyed pool and gym. The beds were comfortable. The host was 24/7 available and provided us with anything we needed. The apartment felt very safe and it is just 5 min walk from the airports bus stop, very convenient location to travel anywhere in Istanbul. Also, some of us were working remotely from the apartment and it went just fine, as it is quiet and the internet speed is sufficient. There were a few small thing that could be added, like some cloth to wipe the table, more dishes, dish washing machine tablets, more towels (a few smaller ones and one for the feet). The was some issue with the balcony doors that were hard to open. Also, we were 6 people and had only 2 keys, would be great to have more.

- Karandeep (9/5): Superb - The location of the property was excellent. It was just around to Taksim Square and Istikal Cd. as was mentioned on the website. The two bedroom apartment could easily accommodate 5 to 6 guest with two sofas and the living room. There was no option to regulate the temperature in the room. The host had ask us to open our windows that was the only drawback. Everything was very good.
