• Kseniia (10/5): - Заселились в эти апартаменты с подругами на 3 дня! это идеальные апартаменты, очень красивые! огромная гостиная зона, есть все необходимое! две спальных комнаты, и самое главное 2 ванных комнаты! для группы подруг это очень круто и удобно! кстати приятно удивила в каждой ванной продукция atelier rebul, было все и шампунь и кондиционер и крем для тела и гель для душа, невероятный аромат Стамбула!! кстати хочется отметить что в холле на первом этаже тоже вкусно пахнет!! есть лифт! хозяин супер клиентоориентированный, всегда отвечал на наши вопросы и помогал с нашими просьбами, большое спасибо ему! спасибо за пребывание здесь, это было великолепно! рекомендую всем! также расположение идеальное!!!! не шумно и все близко! в пешей доступности!
• Dearbhla (10/5): Excellent location with a lovely host. - The apartment is lovely and spacious. It is in a nice quiet location while still very close to Taksim square and Istiklal shopping street. The host Cihan was so helpful and responded quickly to any query I had. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

• wildisp (9/5): A great place to stay in Istanbul - The location is awesome. Metro, buses, trams, supermarkets, eateries, Istiklal Avenue are all within walking distance. The building has an elevator. The apartment has floor heating. The slippers are provided. The living room is spacious and cozy. All windows have shutters. Soundproofing is good. There's a Nespresso coffee machine. More than enough washing powder, dishwasher capsules and trash bags. There's salt available. The staff are amazing—always ready to help. They provided an additional blanket and three pillows of different heights. They also promised to acquire a microwave in the near future. I should mention that the building is on a steep hill, so getting anywhere involves either going uphill or downhill. Not all window shutters are working properly (but the ones in the bedrooms are fine). There's very little artificial lighting in the common area: the LED strip in the kitchen barely provides any light, and there is no light source above the dining table. There's only bare minimum of everything for four people: two blankets and basically four of everything else — pillows, towels, plates (of each kind), mugs, glasses. Having few dishes makes it hard to use the dishwasher as you run out of them after every meal. Not enough clothes hangers. No microwave. No toaster. The dryer part of the washer+dryer doesn't work. Toilet paper and soap/shower gel apparently weren't restocked after previous guests. The floor felt like it was vacuumed but not washed. The door to the smaller bedroom drags on the floor. Both mattresses are hard (which isn't a subjective opinion but a characteristic of a mattress).

Персонал просто 🔥 давно не встречали такой дружелюбный, заботливый, всегда на связи, реагируют на все просьбы и вопросы! В общем, мы в восторге. В жизни даже лучше, чем на фото. Когда вернемся в Стамбул, то только сюда)
• Fernando (10/5): Istanbul é stupefacente - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Istanbul. Cihan was incredibly kind, always available, and ready to help with anything we needed. He allowed us to check out at 2:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM and even kept our luggage until 6:00 PM, which was extremely helpful. The apartment is warm, cozy, and very welcoming. The kitchen is well organized and fully equipped. The location is absolutely perfect — right next to Taksim Square, with the metro just steps away, and very close to trams and buses that make it easy to get anywhere in the city. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended!

He even helped me and my family in arranging conveyance for the airport and carrying bags around 2 miles to get a taxi as the entire central area was blocked due to a procession.

He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided top-notch recommendations. The apartment's location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to Taksim Square via short walks. Plus, public transportation is a breeze with the bus and train station nearby. Tolga's attention to detail was impressive – he even provided an european adapter to keep our devices charged and changed our towels to ensure our comfort. We stayed for 6 wonderful nights and felt right at home. We'd highly recommend this apartment and can't wait to stay again. 5 stars isn't enough – Tolga is truly exceptional! N/A
• Dorota (10/5): Beautiful and quiet apartment in Beyoglu/Istanbul - I liked tha building, its exterior and interior as well. Our apartment was beautiful with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was equiped in everything which may be needed. When we entered the apartment during a cold evening it was warm and smelled beautifully, which is very important to me. It is situated close to many restaurants, 10 minutes walk to Taksim metro station, but is very quiet - in my bedroom I could only hear the birds. Also the manager of the place, Tolga, is a very kind, and helpful person. I can recommend this place to everybody. Everything was perfect.

Perfect location come sleep guaranteed (shutters, windows overlooking calm courtyard), great disposition inside the flat with two bedrooms on the opposite sides of the apartment, great common living room with kitchen. The flight was so homey that we preferred to have dinners home. You have fantastic vegetables shop just 100 m2 and very well furnished carefour. Tolga, the host, is incredible! always available, always with great recommendations. It felt like staying in a friend’s place. So secure and reassuring!!!!! Thank you!!!!

The apartment location is central, it is in walking proximity to all good restaurants and historic places. Tolga was super helpful with restaurants and taxis.

• Qudus (10/5): Istanbul Old Town Best Option - The location of this property is great and close to everywhere you need to visit in Istanbul, especially the old city. But the most fascinating thing about this property is the host Tolga, he provided us with a list of places to go, things to do, and Google Maps on how to get to each location from the property. The property doesn't offer breakfast, but right across the building, there is a nice breakfast place called Well Well. Also, a bakery to get fresh baked Turkish delight pastries. Maybe coming back from Tophane station back to the property is walking up can be add for some older folks. We found out that going to Taksim Square Station was a way to avoid the steep road back to the property or alternatively take a yellow Taxi.
• Mirza (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment was neat and clean with all required amenities. The host (Tolga Zakaria) is one of the best host I came across in Turkey. He is very helpful and always available. He has taken care of each and every minute details such as keeping washing powder, dishwashing tablets, iron, water etc. When we were here we never had to worry about petty things except food. Highly recommended.
• Katie (9/5): Great apartment, comfortable facilities and helpful host. - We had a great stay at AB Residences. The apartment had everything we needed (two adults and two children 3&6yr). We were a little uncertain about check-in since there was no reception area or key drop but Tolga was there to meet us on both our stays and kept some bags for us between our two visits to Istanbul. We had late check out both days which was much appreciated. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood. It's a bit of a walk down to the tram into the center (blue mosque etc.) but the apartment is in a really interesting area.
• Hiba (10/5): Exceptional - The property was spotless and spacious, with everything you need to feel at home. Taxis are available every few minutes, and Istiklal Street is less than a 10-minute walk away. There's a bakery and a breakfast restaurant just opposite the apartment, and several convenience stores nearby. Tolga was very helpful and attended to all our needs. The building is well secured.We were impressed by the owner, who helped us carry our bags. A special thanks to both of them. It would be probably difficult to the elderly to walk around due to steep streets but the availability of taxis all the time would help.

Nothing major but the second bathroom shower room door is not working very well so the shower water would leak.

Nice grocery place and foood options nearby. Parking right next to the apartment. The antique mirrors. As amazing as it looks, to be honest, I was a bit scared for my kids. But again this is something I knew at the time of booking. So can’t really complain :)

• Joyce (9/5): Nice apartment, just need to clarify about construction noise - THe apartment is spacious and quite comfortable and well set up. Kitchenette and washer/dryer were well appreciated. Host was responsive. Good and unexpectedly quiet location. These were all minor inconveniences but they did add up a bit in the end: We could have used more than one set of keys for the theee of us. There was only two rolls of toilet paper in the whole place (bizarre because he specifically told us he had stocked us up on toilet paper when he showed us the place but we did not actually verify it) and we ran out in our last few hours - we looked everywhere and there were NO more rolls anywhere in the apartment). We scrambled for tissues in our bags at last minute before leaving. A starter sleeve nespresso pods for the machine would have been really useful since the machine was supplied. There was construction in the floor above ours which we heard when we were at the apartment twice in the early evenings, but after messaging the manager both times the noise stopped in some minutes. One of those times our water did not work. Again, after a few minutes the water was turned back on after he apparently intervened.
• Evgeniya (10/5): Perfect stay in Istanbul - We do like to visit Istanbul and it seems like AB flat is a perfect place to stay. We certainly book it again. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, which make it super convenient. The leaving/kitchen area is very spacious as well. The building itself is recently renovated and outside areas are very new and shiny as well. The location is very central, 5 min walk from Taksim, and the area is full of charm, just the way we like it. The hosts were very easy to communicate and very helpful at check-in. Everything was really great, but considering the location it is important to plan any transfers to the airport accordingly as traffic could be quite heavy in the city center.
