- Dmitrii (9/5): Spacious, comfortable and close to the sea - Spacious apartments just 3 minutes walk from the sea but in a very quiet area. We were family of 4 living in room #4 on the 2nd floor. The apartments were warm in Jan Nice beds, extra pillows, stable WiFi and airco in each room. Also washing machine and a dishwasher with several capsules provided. Hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron were in the apartments. All utensils, dishwashing liquid available. Kitchen is comfortable to cook. Staff was very helpful, showed the nearest shops, helped with car rent at the best price in the area. Sok and Migros are 5 and 10 min walk. As well as eating places. Very minor ones. Beds are a bit hard (subjective, I used to sleep on softer ones) Bar stools are too high to eat at the bar table, while main table is too low. So the Best place to eat is on the balcony. Staff would speak english better but we managed to understand each other well No wine glassesp

- Viktor (9/5): - This is good apartments with all what you need. It situated close too the see. The sound insulation wasn't very good. It would also be great to have simple kitchen seasonings (salt, sugar, oil).
- Erfan (7/5): Good overall - Good location. Take bus 400 directly from the airport, you get off near the apartment, 41 lira per person if you pay with a debit card, 35 lira with Antalya kart. Near the beach, very beautiful to take long walks, everything is close and good. Don't forget to visit carsi pazar for fresh fruits and vegetables, every day in different places, ask gpt. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Lots of storage. Very nice staff. The door handle to the toilet was loose and fell off. The microwave didn't work well and made a loud noise when it spun, needs to be fixed. The middle of the sofa leaned forward when we sat, needs to be fixed. Nothing wrong with the dishwasher but loud. The cups, glasses smelled bad, maybe need to pour salt in the dishwasher and use different dishwasher capsules?

Есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, фен, утюг В некоторых комнатах нет розеток. Диваны не раскладываются, хотя так было указано в описании. Но они достаточно большие, чтобы на них спать. Несколько ночей было прохладно и не хватало одеяла. В комнатах были только тонкие покрывала. Из средств гигиены было только жидкое мыло.

- Viktoria (10/5): - Отличное расположение, море в 5-7 минутах ходьбы, рядом магазины и кафе. Проблем с передвижением вообще не было. Вызывали Яндекс такси через приложение. В апартаментах всё необходимое было для удобного проживания. Персонал всегда приходил на помощь во всех вопросах, очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные сотрудники. Апартаменты нуждаются в ремонте. Наши спальни находились в полуподвале поэтому чувствовали запах сырости.
- Jeremy (7/5): Akzeptable Unterkunft ohne großen Wohlfühlfaktor - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben auf Nachfrage sofort zusätzliche Decken bekommen, da es nur Leintücher zum Zudecken gab. Insgesamt war alles ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Bilder zeigen etwas deutlich Moderneres und gepflegteres, als es tatsächlich war. In den Zimmern war am Boden etwas geklebt, die Möbel hatten Abnutzungen und man hat sich insgesamt nicht richtig wohlgefühlt. Das, was auf den Fotos versprochen wurde, entsprach leider nicht der Realität. Für den Preis würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal kommen

Some of the beds were squeaky.The air in the basement bedroom smells like tobacco( we are smok free family) so it probably were coming from the neighbors or from outside, it was also very humid as I understood because of its location, there was a dehumidifier though, so that was helpful Black mold in both showers was not pleasant to find:((Some of it was also located on the ceiling downstairs in the hallway:((

The price was excellent compared to other hotels and apartments in Antalya/Konyaaltı. The swimming pool was a highlight – never too busy and ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach before heading out for an evening walk. The rooms were large and well-maintained, though the bed wasn’t the most comfortable for me personally. One small downside was the balcony – it didn’t have any soft pads for the chairs, which made it a bit less comfortable to sit outside.

I stayed there for a week with family and my baby. The last day my baby fell asleep at checking out time, so we checked out one hour later than the time. They were nice with this inconvenience. We also checked in earlier than we were supposed to. They were so hospitable with us. I think the cutlery in the kitchen should be more. They were adequate though.

- Kar (9/5): A Clean, comfortable and homely stay - We booked a duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms. It looked exactly as the pics shown on the site. So we are happy to get what-you-see. The place is clean with all the amenities working fine - kettle, microwave, sinks, washing machine. The kitchen is also well equipped with cutleries, plates, pots etc. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the lower level and one located at the upper lever besides the 2nd bedroom that works out well among 3 adults. It also have 2 balconies, a huge one next to the upper bedroom and the a smaller one on the lower level. Things to note is they don't provide toiletries, so do BYO. There is also no housekeeping included in the booking. It'll cost 15 euros per day if you'd want to have housekeeping. We were fine without during our 12 days stay there. These are more suggestions to improve than what we didn't like. There are no mirrors in the twin bedroom located at the upper level. It could be better if you can install a wall mirror or provide a standing mirror or a dresser with mirror. The only mirror is in the bathroom on that level. Thus, it was sort of inconvenient when 2 people were getting ready when one was using the bathroom. Also, if you can provide a clothes hanger rack on the balcony at the upper level will be good too as the space is huge and could be better utilized. We improvised by tying strings to hang our laundries.

They let us sleep out paying for one night even though we were supposed to checkout before checking in to the other apartment we rented from them for the rest of the stay, superb service! The location is 3minutes from the beach and is about 10km to Antalya by car. It's properly cleaned after each guests too so props to the cleaner!! You can hear straight through the main door so all the sound in the stairs/outside is hear-able throughout the first floor and as well possibly upstairs as well if you chose that apartment. You can hear everything from the neighbors next door (that are built right next to each other w the walls) as well so good luck sleeping if they have kids or walk loudly in the stairs, also something to keep in mind if you have neighbors. Aside from that the location is very quiet.

There was no outside area available or place to sit, advertised as garden and pool terrace (we were aware the actual pool would be closed) the balcony light did not work, the satellite tv did not work, the microwave did not have a functioning display, the kitchen was very poorly equipped, all things that were needed as this was a medical stay not a holiday and this apartment was booked for these specific attributes

- Sohaila (10/5): Amazing stay at this neat cozy apartment! - A heartfelt thank you to the owners of this place! Everyone from the owners to the receptionists were very friendly, helpful, and responsive at all times. The apartment itself was extremely clean and very comfy. They obviously take their maintenance work seriously because the apartment really looked like new. Highly recommend it for families or couples as the apartment is very spacious (easily fitted us, a family of 5) with all the necessary amenities you can think of, and more importantly, just a couple of mins walking distance to the beach as well as a lot of cafés and grocery shops like Carrefour, so location indeed was really perfect too! Nothing really, would just recommend to add a mirror in the room on the upper floor.
- Mubarak (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful flat in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Just 200 meters from the sea, the Corniche is perfect for walking or running. Several play parks are in the area, making it ideal for families. The flat is spacious and comfortable, featuring two nice balconies and ample cupboard space. All curtains are electronic for added convenience. The TV doesn't have the SMART feature

- Indrek (9/5): Nice accommodation with a pool right near the beach. - The accommodation was located just a short walk from Konyaalti Beach. Also, the accommodation itself had a large and very beautiful swimming pool, which the children liked very much. The accommodation also had a pretty big balcony facing the pool/courtyard. The accommodation had a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery and microwave. The shower room had a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. All the windows had a window shade on the outside, which was especially useful for protection from the hot sunlight. In some places here and there, you could already see signs of wear and tear, and after a while you can do some small repairs, but it wasn't disturbing.
