Robert (4/5): - Adequate place It's a kind of bait and switch scam really. We went to the accommodation we booked and people came to meet us oursude and led us to another place. It was adequate but why the dishonesty?
Alena (10/5): Все отлично! - Отдыхали с подругой с 19 по 24 мая. Выбрали этот отель по отзывам и не прогадали — всё описание соответствует реальности. Персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый. В номерах чисто, полотенца меняли ежедневно. Огромный плюс — наличие в номере чайника, микроволновки и мини-кухни. Завтраки проходили на террасе: каждое утро приятная русскоговорящая женщина накрывала на стол, готовила чай и кофе. Меню завтраков одинаковое каждый день, но для нас это не было проблемой. Расположение отеля отличное — район тихий и спокойный, что нам понравилось гораздо больше, чем шумная улица Истикляль. До остановки трамвая идти около 7 минут. Также заказывали в отеле трансфер в обе стороны, всё прошло вовремя и комфортно. Минусов для себя не нашли, всё очень понравилось! Все понравилось )

Aliya (10/5): - Понравилось, что номер был новым и чистым. Уборку проводили очень хорошо и почти каждый день. Завтраки были довольно скромными и одинаковыми каждый день. В отеле нет лифта, но сотрудники помогли поднять чемоданы, что было очень удобно. Шумоизоляция не идеальная (как я поняла это проблема всех отелей), отель находится рядом с оживленной улицей, поэтому по вечерам, может быть слышна музыка и шум с улицы. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти примерно за 15 минут, но придется идти в горку. В целом отель отличный отель, и по соотношению цены и качества я бы его рекомендовала.

Michael (2/5): Für einen 3tägigen Städtetrip brauchbar, aber nicht das, was wir gebucht haben. - Da ich die Unterkunft "The First Ottoman Dream" nie betreten konnte, kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Ich habe The Frist Ottoman Dream mit 60% Rabatt gebucht. Laut den Mitarbeitern vor Ort gab es "ein Problem" bei der Buchung, denn die Unterkunft war nicht frei. Stattdessen wurden wir in einem anderen Quartier zum selben Preis einquartiert. Das Zimmer war zwar größer, aber vom Niveau her nicht mit dem eigentlich gebuchten vergleichbar. Es gab natürlich auch keine Terrasse auf dem Dach. Weiters konnte nur in BAR bezahlt werden. Das Personal selbst war sehr nett. Die eigentliche Unterkunft, KERVANCHI, war in Ordnung. Allerdings gab es Schimmel in der Dusche, einen kaputten Klodeckel, Löcher im Bettzeug. Alles in allem nicht das, was wir uns das erwartet hatten. Lediglich die Lage war top. Das Ganze hat sich wie eine Masche angefühlt, weil der Rabatt so groß war und sie es stattdessen lieber zum höheren Preis vergeben wollten.

Rabiatus (8/5): Fantastic experience and great service! - My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially appreciated the complete in-room facilities, including a kitchen, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with carrying my luggage up and down the stairs. Their hospitality really stood out. I stayed during Ramadan, and the hotel was very accommodating, they kindly allowed me to change my breakfast to pre-dawn meals (sohoor), which I greatly appreciated. They also let me store my luggage after check-out while I continued exploring Istanbul, which made my trip much more enjoyable. There is no 24-hour reception available, and the only way to reach staff was through WhatsApp. Additionally, the hotel lacks proper signage, making it quite hard to locate when I first arrived.

DANDAN (1/5): - When we arrived in Istanbul the owner told us that our hotel was cancelled with a ridiculous reason. Plus he added one sentence that the hotel was fully booked. Actually I added his WhatsApp one week before we left for Istanbul. Quite rude. Nothing can be better.

Nana was very caring, tried to do her best to make my stay comfortable, I love her coffee and I felt myself like visiting relatives, not just staying in the hotel.

I rate the price-to-quality ratio very highly. It’s a four-story building with one apartment on each floor. If you’re traveling with a stroller, I recommend booking a room on a lower floor.
Iuliia (10/5): - Нас заселили в номер раньше назначенного времени (за что отдельное большое спасибо), и он оправдал ожидания. В наличии было все необходимое, в том числе вся посуда для собственной кухни. Кровать удобная, есть смарт-тв и батарея - можно регулировать тепло, не прибегая к кондиционеру, хотя он тоже был. Главное достоинство отеля - это чудесная Нана, которая готовила завтраки (вкусные и сытные) и варила прекрасный кофе. Нана произвела впечатление очень душевного и доброго человека, было приятно с ней познакомиться и общаться! После выселения нам разрешили оставить багаж в офисе до глубокого вечера и вылета, это тоже большой плюс. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Отмечу единственный нюанс - терраса, которая идет в описании и фото к номеру, была не в самом номере, как мы думали при бронировании, а на крыше, где завтрак. На нее можно было подняться в любое время.

Shilikhina (10/5): - Довольно уютный отель в историческом центре города. На каждом этаже по одному небольшому комфортному номеру. Верхний (пятый) этаж является терассой, на которой можно встречать рассвет или закат, а ещё там подают турецкие завтраки. Прекрасная дама Нанна варит шикарнейший кофе и всегда интересуется, всё ли хорошо. С терассы видно Босфор и несколько мечетей. В номере есть wifi, тапочки, посуда, полотенца, мыло, фен. Обратите внимание, что в камере нет: банных принадлежностей и штопора. При заселении хозяин Реджеп встретит вас лично, поможет с чемоданом (а помощь понадобится, тк лестница винтовая), всё покажет и расскажет, ответит на все вопросы про Стамбул. Завтраки готовит Нанна, при необходимости можно её попросить подготовить/оставить еду, если у вас ранний выезд. Также, Нанна каждый день убирает комнаты, меняет полотенца и выносит мусор. Постельное бельё меняет через день. Район, где находится гостиница довольно удобный для туристов: до главных достопримечательностей 12-15 минут ходьбы, в той же шаговой доступности остановка метро и трамвая. Немного беспокойно возвращаться ночью через Гранд Базар и улицу к северу от гостиницы, поскольку там не очень освещённые участки, а так всё спокойно. Рядом с гостиницей есть несколько заведений, где можно очень вкусно поужинать. Огромное спасибо Нанне и Реджепу! Верх гостеприимства и внимания к постояльцам. Из минусов: над входом в гостиницу отсутствует вывеска, но если идти по указанным в Booking координатом, то вы не потеряетесь

NIKITA (9/5): - We had a delightful stay at this hotel in January. The breakfasts were delicious, especially enjoyed on the terrace with beautiful views. The coffee made by Nana was exceptional and remains one of our best memories from the trip. Special thanks to Nana and Recep for making our vacation so enjoyable.
THOMAS (9/5): Very old style vibes of turkey from the Ottoman days; the Art, the lighting, the wallpaper. - The lady who made breakfast did a wonderful job. She took care of the rooms. She was incredibly polite and caring. the attention to detail could be seen everywhere from the stairs to inside your room. The lighting on the stairs was perfect and comforting. The art, the wall paper, your amenities were clean, in perfect shape. A small fridge, microwave, electric kettle + small electric stove top for cooking. (You are in Turkey, why cook when you can find amazing food). "HIRA LOKANTASI" (see photos) has absolutely stunning tasting food -- go to the main street, turn right, 3 minute walk, it will be across the street. Myself personally, I was not a fan of climbing stairs. We had the top floor suite. After a long day of walking around Istanbul, climbing 4 flights of stairs wasn't pleasant. BUT -- I am out of shape. This is a historical building so the government does not allow elevators. We could hear the sliding glass doors opening or closing due to our room being directly under the patio on the roof. The sound was like soft thunder so not completely annoying but it would wake you up when you wished to sleep longer. The shower head was broken for one of the rooms the full stay. (dropped one off the services section)

Ольга (4/5): - Расположение понравилось, все достаточно близко, в шаговой доступности к достопримечательностям Забронировали номер с кухней за 3недели. Об этом уведомили хозяина. За пару дней до приезда еще раз напомнила о себе, и о том, что наш заезд будет поздним, ввиду прибытия самолета. Хозяин отвечал - спасибо за информацию. Когда мы приехали, оказалось , что наш номер не свободен, гость не выехал, предложили номер на «чердачке» , в буквальном смысле слова. Номер был очень маленьким, ванная комната без косметических принадлежностей , ни шампуня, ни геля для душа , ничего!!! Нам пришлось переночевать, так как деваться было некуда, на следующий день ходили по улицам искали новый отель. Когда стали выезжать и сообщили о своём отказе, на что хозяин даже не хотел сделать скидку о своем форс-мажоре, после наших возмущений нам удалось выбить цену ниже, так как наше бронирование совсем не совпадало с реальностью. Хозяин не был недоброжелателен, стал нервничать. Вообщем я не знаю , может быть нам так не повезло, но отношение ужасное. Никогда бы не подумала , что при бронировании могут возникнуть такие ситуации. Дешевле номер не предложили, а просто «выпаривали» за эту же цену , но категорией хуже. Я не рекомендую этот отель!!!! Кадюжник!!!!

Das Frühstück war lecker und wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet (Nana hat sich sehr nett um die Gäste gekümmert). Die Ausschilderung des Hotels könnte besser sein (bzw. von außen kenntlich gemacht werden). Es ist gut bei Anreise Internet zu haben um ggf. den Hotelbesitzer telefonisch zu kontaktieren.

Поставил бы оценку 10, если б не афера с рестораном, который рекомендует хозяин отеля и Нона. Говорят что для жильцов отеля там делают скидку, но по факту обман. Когда на следующий день спросил почему так? Где скидка? Сказали что меню нам дали уже со скидками для жильцов, но это тоже обман, потому что я сверил счёт и меню на входе, все цены такие же как и в счёте. И качество блюд не стоит тех денег, которые берут за эти блюда. Только поздно прочитал отзывы про этот ресторан, там оказывается уже не одного человека обманули. Не в коем случае не ходите в тот ресторан.

Denis (10/5): Отличный отель в историческом квартале - Чистый, просторный номер с большой и маленькой кроватью. Есть своя мини-кухня в номере. За время проживания не было проблем с отоплением, горячей водой, кондиционером, электричеством. Вкусные завтраки готовит армянка Нана. Особо отмечу сыры и кофе. Завтраки подают на крыше. С неё открываются отличные виды на море и район. Стоит учесть, что в отеле нет лифта. Только крутая лестница

Bien situé pour découvrir Istanbul, très propre et avec un personnel très sympathique et chaleureux. Cependant, le quartier est très bruyant, il est donc difficile de dormir sans boules quies car il y a de l'animation toute la nuit.
Roman (10/5): Super - Это супер-вариант для проживания в Стамбуле! Отель небольшой, всего 4 номера - это большой плюс - людей мало, тихо и спокойно. Рядом есть абсолютно ВСЁ: рестораны, забегаловки, магазинчики с напитками, обменник, до моря 5 мин, весь транспорт рядом. Персонал - отдельная тема... так душевно ещё нигде не принимали. Терраса с чайками - восторг! Однозначно выбирайте этот отель!!!

NATALIA (10/5): Превосходное место, люди, колорит и прекрасные впечатления! - Уютный отель в историческом центре. 4 номера - по 1 на каждом этаже. Верхний этаж - терраса с прекрасным видом, можно встречать рассвет и провожать закат), на ней также подают завтрак. Можно подняться в любое время и выпить чаю/кофе. Смена белья каждые 2 дня. В номере есть мини-кухня - можно готовить самостоятельно, но рядом много кафе и ресторанчиков на любой вкус. В ванной есть полотенцесушитель (у нас он уже был выключен), фен. Из ванных принадлежностей - мыло, поэтому все остальное берите с собой. Есть сейф, Wifi. Для рано выезжающих из номера можно попросить оставить завтрак накануне вечером. Теперь о локации. Улица закрыта для проезда транспорта, от места высадки такси 15 метров. Вверх по улице - остановка трамвая Beyazıt - линия Т1. В одной остановке (Laleli) смотрите обменники с самыми выгодными курсами. В другую сторону - Султанахмет, Айя София, Гюльхане, вокзал Саркеджи (линия Мармарай), Эминёню (причал для отправки паромов по Босфору или в азиатскую часть), Галатский мост и далее до Кабаташа (причал для отправления на Принцевы острова). Вниз по улице от отеля - остановка автобусов и станция Кумкапы (Мармарай), пешеходный мост к набережной для прогулок до парка Гюльхане. Также можно дойти (20 мин) до станции метро Еникапы (линия М1 и М2). При заселении хозяин Реджеп встречает лично, все объясняет и показывает на карте города. Можно оплатить проживание наличными (лиры, доллары, евро). Для быстрой ориентации входа в отель прилагаем фото. Ожидания, сложившиеся по отличным отзывам, полностью себя оправдали. Очень тёплый прием, внимание к гостям, готовность всегда помочь и задушевные беседы с Наной за завтраками. Присоединяемся к тем, кто остался очень доволен после проживания здесь. все в пределах ожидаемого.

Yulia (9/5): Pleasant Stay Thanks to Wonderful Hosts - The hosts, Nana and Recep, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nana prepared a very nice breakfast every morning and always offered helpful advice throughout my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, personal atmosphere. The location is very nice, close to the historical centre, but still far from the noisy streets. The room was on the first floor facing a street with several restaurants, so it was quite noisy at night. Although the property is listed as a 4‑star hotel, it’s closer to a European 3‑star standard. Basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel were not provided. Another important issue is payment: despite what the reservation states, you cannot pay by card — only cash. Since ATMs in Turkey charge a commission, the actual cost ends up being roughly 10% higher. Additionally, the hotel has no visible sign or name on the building, which made it difficult to find without internet access.

Larisa (9/5): Рекомендую туристам на 2-3 дня!!! - Загалом усе сподобалося. Дуже автентично, по-турецькі. На кожному з 4 поверхів по одному номеру. Круті гвинтові сходи. Репродукції картин турецьких художників. У номері чисто, ремонт свіжий. Вид з тераси чудовий: дахи старого міста, Блакитна мечеть, вірменська церква та Мармурове море. Персонал дбайливий. Раджеб знає турецькою та англійською. Нана говорить вірменською та російською. Ліфт відсутній, але нам допомогли затягнути та стягнути з поверху наші речі, посадили на таксі. На час перебування дали у користування істанбул карту, тож можна було самостійно пересуватися містом. Карта підходить до метро, трамваїв та автобусів. Поруч із готелем багато ресторанчиків із галасливою живою музикою. Музиканти кричать-стараються один одного перекричати. Трапляється складно заснути. Але якщо зачинити вікна, стає тихо. Щоб не було душно, можна вмикати кондішн. Сніданок добрий, але кожен день однаковий. За тиждень набридає. На два-три дні - чудово! Нана готує справжню турецьку каву. Дуже смачна. Снідали у компанії з чайками. Годували їх сиром. Але треба бути обережними: не залишати нічого на столі без нашляду, бо чайки хуліганять. Мою чашку від кави склювали до дрібних уламків. Навколо багато крамничок, магазинів, кафешок на будь-який смак та гаманець. У номері є весь необхідний посуд, щоб що-небудь приготувати. Ми залишили для майбутніх постояльців сіль, олію, яблучний уксус. Готель не має вивіски, його складно знайти навіть по локації, обов'язково треба, щоб вас хтось зустрів.

Ramazan (10/5): Que du bonheur! - Je recommande vivement cet hôtel: l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et du patron, la propreté, l'emplacement qui est un vrai plus et permet de se déplacer facilement (transport, proximité des sites les plus visités) La terrasse sur le toit et la vue sont super! Un vrai plaisir de se poser au calme avant ou après sa journée. La petite cuisine est très pratique et permet d'être autonome si on le souhaite. La salle de bain , le lit, la chambre ... Tout est confortable, joli et bien entretenu. Le quartier est vivant , c'est très agréable de se promener dans les petites rues typiques tout autour et de s'y perdre. Ca n'est pas que touristique, on est aussi au contact de la vraie vie des stambouliotes (que l'on peut voir se déplacer, travailler dans les ateliers etc) tout en étant proches des petits commerces , des restaurants (notamment celui qui est en face de l'hôtel et qui est très bon !) Le quartier est animé le soir mais les chambres sont très bien isolées. Merci à Nana pour ses petits soins au quotidien ! On ne manque jamais de rien. Et le sourire est toujours au rdv! 🙏

Отель расположен на пешеходной улице, полной ресторанов. 10 минутах ходьбы находится рыбный рынок, на котором из свежей рыбы, выбранной вами на прилавке приготовят то, что вы хотите. Очень дружелюбный хозяин Реджеп и управляющая всем прекрасная и заботливая Нана. Ощущение, что живешь у родственников, которые давно тебя ждали в гости.

Поверьте я была по тому адресу у них нет ни дверей ни вывески просто подошел якобы сотрудник отеля показал на своем телефоне мою бронь в букинге и сказал номеров свободных нет. Мы заранее забронировали через букинг этот отель. Так как никогда не было проблем с этим приложением, много раз бронировали и все было отлично. Но так как оплата не прошла онлайн я написала сразу в отель , на что мне ответили ничего страшного оплатите при заселении. В день заезда к 14:00 мы приехали по адресу , а там ничего нет . С окна второго этажа рандомного здания без вывесок орала какая-то курящая женщина что через пару минут подойдут. Подошел парень и сказал у них нет номеров и при мне отменил бронь. У меня в букинге в тот же момент пришла отмена. Такое отношение если вас устраивает можете бронировать . Я никому не советую данный отель, считаю такое отношение недопустимым. Мне после операции нельзя было ходить долго искать новый отель , из-за вас у меня были проблемы.

Vjekoslav (9/5): The authentic essence of Istanbul. - Excellent stay—exactly as described. The accommodation matched the listing, the rooftop terrace is amazing, and the location is within easy walking distance of all major sights and amenities. The host was very friendly and responsive—he greeted us on arrival, saw us off at departure, and was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or advice. He even helped us park our car for free. Breakfast was generous and satisfying. We highly recommend this hotel.

Zsuzsa (10/5): Good location, clean and nice room, breakfast on lovely rooftop, amazing customer service. - Our host Recep was very kind and helpful , and the room was nice and clean. we enjoyed our breakfast on the rooftop and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Train station is 5 min walking from the hotel but the city center is also in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Kali (9/5): lovely accommodation in a perfect location with wonderful hosts. - the location was perfect, very close to many of the tourist sites without being in the midst of a touristy area. it sits on the edge of the touristy restaurants so it’s easy to get to restaurants that are frequented more by locals and are less expensive. the host, Recep, organized other suitable accommodation for us with no problem at all, when we had to change our dates by one night. he helped with transferring luggage and made himself available to assist with anything. Nana took care of breakfast preparation and housekeeping and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for an easy stay, including lending us an umbrella and a transport card so we didn’t need to purchase these. the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics (crockery and cutlery) we needed to prepare some simple food in the room so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. last but not least, the views from the terrace of the bosphorous and surrounding city were wonderful! The dining seats were small stools so there wasn’t anywhere comfortable to sit besides on the bed. one of us found this less than ideal and the other found the pillow uncomfortable. but these were small issues that wouldn’t impact our decision to return again.

Очень удобная небольшая кухня если вы путешествуете с маленьким ребенком. Есть все необходимое для быстрого приготовления завтрака или ужина. Владелец отеля встретил нас по прибытии, помог нам с багажом и рассказал много полезного. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке Нане, которая была очень добра к нашей дочери, а также предоставила нам много полезной информации об Стамбуле. Также готовила нам вкусные завтраки и хороший кофе. Много ресторанов и магазинов по соседству. Все основные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности

The view from the terrace is lovely, you can see the sea from the top. Great shower!! Wifi, despite being exclusive to each room, doesn’t work very well. As a woman, I found it hard to do my makeup in the bathroom due to the very dim lighting.
