• Travelling with Crowsfeet (8/5): Nice hotel, cheap and just 30 mins to the centre. - The apartment was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and kind. Just a short walk to the beach and the the walk along the foreshore is nice. Most of the time it was quiet, but some people think it's acceptable to talk loudly for hours when checking in late after 11pm and then again at 6am when leaving. No fault of the hotel, but FFS. More than one dishwasher tablet should be supplied for a 6 day visit.

Расположение отеля удобное. Море совсем близко. Остановка автобусов за углом. Магазины, рестораны в шаговой доступности. Сразу прошу прощения у персонала: все очень милые и заботливые! Здесь вопросы, конечно, к хозяину. Нельзя же бесконечно получать прибыль и не вкладывать ни копейки в обновление жилья. Мы были разочарованы состоянием жилья, хотя выбрали его по отличным отзывам. У нас была двухуровневая квартира. Она давно требует ремонта. Сантехника, душевые кабинки очень старые, текут. На полах по всей квартире чёрные липкие пятна. Которые вполне можно оттереть с растворителем, например. Тюли на всех окнах требуют замены, на кухне в первую очередь - она очень грязная. Сковородки и кастрюли настолько старые, что просто стыдно должно быть предлагать такие жильцам за такую стоимость аренды. Элементарных вещей на кухне нет, таких как средство для мытья посуды, таблетки для посудомойки, соль, сахар. Наверняка каждые жильцы оставляют, как и мы, это все, но следующим опять ничего не достается. Дверь на втором этаже у нас висела на одной петле, вместо трёх. Это все ведь требует ремонта! Очень надеемся, что собственник примет это к сведению и освежит квартиры

• IGOR (10/5): Отличное решение для пляжно отдыха в районе Коньялты - Отдыхали в итоге 2 недели с 26 июля до 10 августа. Отличный апарт-отель по цене и качеству. Прекрасное расположение, просторные номера, есть все необходимое для полноценного проживания. Наш номер был на втором этаже, было комфортно и тихо. Интернет хороший, работал неделю удаленно, сбоев и торможения не было. Магазины в пешей доступности, кафе и рестораны также. Автобусная остановка в 2 минутах ходьбы. Останавливались в этом районе около 10 раз за несколько лет, есть с чем сравнивать. В 150 метрах находится второй апарт-отель этой же сети Onix, Хотим сказать отдельное огромное спасибо всему персоналу этой сети отелей за помощь и поддержку, когда у нас произошел страховой случай с сильным растяжением ноги, экстренным вызовом скорой помощи и последующим восстановительным лечением. Любой вопрос и просьба решались абсолютно легко. Очень приятно и трогательно чувствовать руки помощи, когда оказались в непростой ситуации. Поэтому отдельное СПАСИБО Эмину Туран бей, Алиме, Рустаму и его сестре Нармине, а также менеджеру сети Гульнаре. Вы все молодцы!!! Мы обязательно приедем к вам еще, до встречи!
• Jacqueline (8/5): Lovely, comfortable place to stay near Konyaalti Beach - The staff at the property were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional. They deserve a 10/10 for their hospitality. They were always around to answer questions and provide support. We requested extra hand towels and pans, which were provided promptly. We even received a brand new set of pots and pans. The staff's support was really amazing, thank you!! The two downstairs bedrooms with fitted bedside lamps and one ensuite bathroom were lovely, quiet and dark, so that one could sleep very peacefully (note: these bedrooms are below ground level, so only have very small ventilation windows - however, they have the advantage of being very quiet and peaceful). The property is within walking distance from the Konyaalti beachfront and the sea. The property was also very spacious, which was great. We also felt very safe and well looked after in the property. Unfortunately, there was no view of the sea, since the flat was on the ground floor and the living room main view was onto the courtyard and swimming pool. The bedroom on the ground floor was near the main street, so was very noisy, and the curtains did not close completely, so there was always some light coming from outside, and the light bulb hanging from the ceiling was glaring right into my eyes, so I had to cover it with a paper card. In the ground floor bedroom, there were no bedside lamps, which I really missed. In the bathrooms, more hooks should be installed to hang up towels. Also, there were no kitchen towels provided so we had to dry the dishes with bath towels.

• Sandra (10/5): Fabulous apartment - Sea and mountain views from a Very good size apartment, well appointed kitchen and 2 balconies. Location was good less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and a couple of minutes to the nearest bus stop that provided an excellent bus service into Antalya. Very friendly helpful staff that arrange a later check out as our flight wasn't until 18.30. There was nothing not to like about the apartment. The only slight downside were the roadworks but that can not be helped.

Недалеко основная дорога с остановкой общественного транспорта. Рядом есть магазинчик, супермаркет побольше находится в 10 минутах ходьбы. Чисто, комфортно, просторно.Вернулись бы сюда снова. Минусов не обнаружили

(de kérésre kaptunk még 2-t). Mindenből a minimálisan szükséges felszerelés (pl. pohár, evőeszköz), konyharuha, mosogatószer nem volt. Ezek apró kényelmetlenségek csak, de azért vannak.

• Mustafa Yavuz (6/5): Souterrain apartment - The bed was very comfortable. There were steps to the lower floor (duplex) so the bedroom and the bathroom were both in souterrain (very dark). The main problem was the horrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. There was also no ventilation. The steps were steep and creaky so our child sometimes woke up when we went to the bathroom.

Unfortunately they were really steep and awkward steps. Once downstairs the room was great and bathroom great. For a senior couple the stairs were difficult. Otherwise great.

Apartment was a nice size for our family, and was clean and basically well provided. Hotel staff were consistently very positive and helpful. Bathroom plumbing is weak, could use an upgrade. Kitchen supplies were just the basics. A coffee maker would be nice. Some larger beverage glasses and coffee mugs would help too.

Le personnel est adorable, toujours dispo soit en physique soit via la messagerie. On a apprécié de pouvoir faire le ckeck in en avance, merci à la gérante qui a accepté d'avancer le ménage pour nous ! Rien, tout était bien. Peut être ajouter un torchon pour la cuisine et davantage de consommables (liquide vaisselle, lessive).

The property was only a few minutes walk to the beach and was in a good location. All the hosts were very friendly particularly Isa who went above and beyond...all in all a great stay !!

All amenities apart from a toaster, included. Staff were pleasant and helpful Access to the two bedrooms on the upper story via a spiral stairway was out of reach for my wife mobility challenges. Two balconies, but only 2 chairs, which were on one balcony only. Not ideal for a party of 6
• Linnala (10/5): Great location and hotel for families - The personnel was wonderful. I especially liked that there was someone at the reception desk 24/7. Drinking water can be bought from the desk directly for a very accessible price. The beach is an easy and straight 10 min walk away. The water is brilliant, and there are different services available on the beach. We ordered food inside via an app, and it was great. The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable, air conditioning worked well. The pool gets extra points for kids' shallow pool. There was also a nice playground near the pool. It is a good idea to bring a lot of local cash with you. Tap water seems to be heated in boilers on the roof by solar power (local way), so make sure to take your shower before it runs out at night 😊 It was not a big problem though.
• Mehdi (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at Alfa apart hotel, upon arrival the owner Mr Emin welcomed us to the hotel, the check in process was quick and the apartment was just as we expected with enough amenities. The kids loved the pool and the play area next to it. Konyaalti beach is just 5 min easy walk, there are supermarkets and restaurants around. Reception staff always smiling and ready to help. • Bert (8/5): Wonderful spacious appartment with some deficiencies - We got the appartment for 6 people - 3 bedrooms. The appartment is very spacious and clean. The hosts are friendly and very responsive to any questions. The accomodation is located in a nice, calm area in Konyaalti and within a 30' bus drive from the Antalya city center. The sea is a very short walk from the facility. Nice view on the mountains from the outside terrace. - 'Hot water' was not available all the time. The installation for heating the water on the roof top has insufficient capacity, at least in spring (April). This was very annoying and I am surprised we are the first ones who write this in a review ! - It would be good to provide more utensils if someone uses the flat at full capacity (6 people) for nine days: e.g. more cutlery, more plates, some more glasses, a broom, some more soap for the dishwasher, etc. We were however provided with some of these instantly when we asked for it. (but we had to do with one small waste bin bag) - Propose to change towels when people stay for a longer period. - Check the price of the airport transfer - we paid half the price when we made a direct booking at a taxi company of our own choice (using booking.com). We used 2 different companies and each time we paid half the price of the company proposed by the accomodation.
• Lynne (8/5): Clean, spacious apartment that’s excellent value for money and in a great location. - Great location, near the beach as well as bars and restaurants but on a quiet road set slightly back from the beach and main road. The apartment was clean and spacious and excellent value for money. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment and a small amount of washing powder and dishwasher tablet were provided which was very thoughtful. We were there in November so the pool was closed for the season, which we knew in advance, but it would be a great facility during the hotter months. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again. Some extra towels would be handy, although we were able to wash the ones provided during the week as there is a washing machine in the apartment.

• Svetlana (7/5): Good - Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Smell from the canalisation in the bathroom, sometimes water was only slitely warm, bed side lamp did not work, the light in the living room was too bright.
• Benfield (8/5): Good location, facilities and welcome. - Staff helpful and friendly. Facilities decor all good plenty of space and good kitchen. Reasonable supermarket nearby on main road and convince store on route to beach. Beach ten minutes away on quiet road we went every morning for swim before breakfast. Also pleasant riverside walk similar distance away. Some issues with noise bedroom under neighbours living space in our apartment. Lighting was stark and some switches not functioning. Stairs to bedroom steep and noisy see above.

• Alexandra (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - Great location - close to the nice beach, lots of cafes& restaurants around, promenade to walk in the evening. Very supportive staff, nice quality apartment with all necessary equipment. Even a small playground for kids in a shade on the territory. Nothing really. Quite chill water in a swimming pool but it was fine for us in August. If you fancy visiting Antalya city centre bus or taxi is a good option.
• Tatiana (3/5): Poor - Stuff was really friendly. Water in the pool is good and there is a small playground for children which is nice. Sea is close Everything is made of the cheapest possible material. Half of switches didn’t work. The room is underground and you have to climb steps to get out of there. The cosmetics are awful. There are some random doors which leads nowhere and in the same time my lamp and charger sockets didn’t work. The pool is nice, but the ladder is awful. You can see how people chose the cheapest option and it’s already half destroyed.

• Dmitry (9/5): Very clean place with friendly stuff. I would definitely consider staying there again. - The hotel turned out to be very good. I was also positively surprised by the neighborhood - not so many tourists, but clean on the other hand. The kids also enjoyed bathing in the swimming pool, however the water was a bit cold and the pool area was always in a shadow in October. 6-7 minutes walking distance to the beach, 3 minutes to the nearest shop and to the bus stop. Actually, thanks to the proximity to the bus stop we used public transport really a lot and this helped us to save quite some money. We always slept with windows open and there was quite some noise coming from the main street. There are very few restaurants in the vicinity. Be ready either to walk quite some distance or to take a bus (may be a problem for old people). My kids suffered from mosquito bites in the night despite the mosquito-repellent diffuser. It seemed that the hot water was 100% dependent on the sunshine. If you like to take a shower late in the evening or early in the morning, you will have to enjoy it cold.

• Bachir (10/5): Lovely stay - Everything! Literally! The place, the neighbourhoods, the team's kindness and availability. Everything. The team showed honesty and total respect when my sister forgot her ring in the apartment and they found it and shipped it to Istanbul for us. We loved staying there and hope to be back soon!

• Abdallah (8/5): Beautiful Alfa apart hotel - The apart hotel has great potential it is very nice and maintained. The manger and her son denis are very friendly and always smile. They are ready to help. The pool is big and beautiful, the hotel area is quite and close to markets and restaurants. The apartment is well designed and big, suitable to big families. Little things need to be noticed and fixed such as hand doors that were loosen, door balcony did not close well, kettle was not clean (but manger change it immediately), pillow cover needed to be change. Overall good and clean place.
