• Leila61 (7/5): - Tilava asunto, yksi makuuhuone suljettavalla ovella, toinen avoin Huone jossa 2 vuodetta, käynti kylpyhuoneeseen, ulos ja yläkertaan jossa oli avoin keittiötila, olohuone ja terassi. Olisi ollut mukavaa jos myös terassi olisi ollut siivottu. Nyt se jäi vähälle käytölle. Asunto oli 4 krs ja ylös johti jyrkät kierreportaat. Matkalaukkujen kantaminen oli todella hankalaa.
• Juergen (7/5): Solides Appartement in aufstrebendem Viertel - Gute und zentrale Lage, sehr gute Betten, technisch ist das Appartement einwandfrei. Alles Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt um die Ecke zu bekommen. Toller Grundriss. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war top. Gute Handtücher und gute Bettwäsche. Die Möbel sind teils angeschlagen und könnten langsam mal gerichtet oder getauscht werden (hängende Türen, aufgerissenes Sofa). Man könnte sagen: Sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse könnte auch etwas Liebe vertragen, dort steht aller möglicher Krempel herum, aber saubergemacht wurde dort nicht. (Der Ascher war voll und Lappen oder Besen waren dort noch nicht im Einsatz). Keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden.
• Charley (9/5): Mooi gelegen appartement op loopafstand van het bruisende district met de Istiklal. - Mooie locatie met een heerlijk balkon. Goede badkamer, goede bedden. Vrij ruim opgezet. Aardig en snel contact met de host. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.
• Lidia Bogdanova (9/5): - Теплые и просторные апартаменты. Наличие собственной терассы очень радует. В теплую погоду на терассе очень приятно завтракать или обедать. При этом, благодаря растениям, сохраняется уединение. Есть всё необходимое. Довольно удобное расположение. Идеальное место для тех, кто ищет хорошее удобное место, а не царские хоромы с премиальными матрасами и видом на океан.

• Christopher (8/5): Would recommend. Great value prime position - Property is in a very good location. Had almost everything needed. Nice private roof terrace. The apartment is upside down, bedrooms and main bathroom on the ground floor, one of them closed off the other open plan but huge. Upstairs is the living area, kitchen and WC. Few mins walk to some great shops and restaurants and only 10 mins from Main Street from Taksim square. Not what I didn’t like about the property but some general info and recommendation. There are 80 steps from entering the building to reaching the living area with no lift. This is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The steps are rather narrow up to the apartment. The street the apartment is on, can lead you to believe the area isn’t safe (it’s old with a few derelict buildings around it) don’t let this scare you. It’s perfectly safe and a prime position. Again, if you have mobility issues there are many steep hills in this area so if you plan to walk and not use taxis then it wouldn’t be suitable. I had a couple of very minor issues which I contacted Dogukan about and he replied straight away and was sorted. Dogukan, can I just suggest you get some pegs for the clothes line? We used the washing machine but it can get breezy on the balcony and we nearly lost a couple of T-Shirts and your towels. We did look for some and would have purchased and left but none to be found. Also a small towel for drying the crockery and maybe a laundry basket?
