• Qumer (10/5): Pleasantly suprised. Friendly and helpful staff working hard.The price we paid, we received 5 star h - For the price increase paid i did not expect a lot. I had never stayed in an apartment before and was very nervous. I was pleasantly suprised and very happy with what we got. The apartment was spacious with separate large rooms a separate seating area with a kitchen . With all the necessities. We were provided with all cleaning products including detergent for the washing machine. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. We had our own garden with a seating area. If it wasn't cold we would have loved to use it. Ironing board with an iron was also provided aswell as gas and microwave to make food. All in all we were thrilled. The location was fantastic 12 min from the blue mosque and other attractions. Aswell as trams to explore further. The only downfall of our holiday was the apartment needs refurbishment. It needs sound proof ceiling or a new floor/ceiling. We were unable to sleep two days in a row as we could feel all the walking from thd tenants upstairs. The ceiling felt like it will come crashing down.we complained about this and the staff were lovely. Especially shazeb. They moved us to aýtÿnother apartment which wasn't as large the one we were originally in but lovely nevertheless.

• Reinaldo (3/5): Niet aanraden - Locatie. Wijk goed. Maar langs kleine straat waar auto's en motoren af en toe hard reden. Badkamer, beide verdiepingen. Het stonk heel erg. Geen grote eettafel voor iederen. Hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig. Internet werkte af en toe niet.

• Elly (10/5): Incredible Stay!! - Emir was so helpful with everything we needed and it was extremely clean, comfortable and accessible. We had a great time! Just some issues with air con, but Emir came straight away and sorted it! No complaints.

• Melhuish (8/5): Traditional beauty - The area was beautiful, close to shops, restaurants, parks, the Sultanamet. The hill up to the Grand Bazaar (tram stop) is a killer even if you do stop and look in every shop. The apartments were very clean and had basic amenities. The staff in the office were very, very helpful and pleasant. The cleaning ladies were brilliant. The apartments had quite a few steep steps to get in and out of the front door ( it's a very old traditional building), so not easy if you have any joint issues.

Recomendable y buena opción Todo estaba perfecto. La única pega es que no está muy bien comunicado con trasporte público aunque, pese a ello todo queda a 15 minutos andando

• Wael (6/5): لن أكرر زيارة هذا المكان .. - الموقع قريب من مسجد السلطان أحمد وأيا صوفيا.. تقريباً 15 دقيقة سيراً بالأقدام .. يعطي مكان الإقامة تخفيض‎ لمطعم قريب جداً من مكان الإقامة Begonville Cafe Restaurant، لكن هذا المطعم يزيد في فاتورة الطلب 10‎%‎ رسوم خدمة .. مع أن معظم مطاعم المنطقة لا تضع في الفاتورة رسوم خدمة .. لذلك لا انصح بزيارة هذا المطعم - أحد المكيفات لم يكن يعطي هواء بارد، ونحن في فصل الصيف، ولم يتم إصلاح المكيف إلا في ثالث يوم بسبب العطلة الأسبوعية. - مكيف آخر تعطل في اليوم قبل الأخير من الإقامة، ولم يتم إصلاح العطل حتى المغادرة. - الموقع في الطبيعة أقل من الصور المعروضة في Booking - ادوات المطبخ مستهلكة بشكل كبير .. والأثاث قديم. - لا يوجد موقد في الشقة العلوية. - سرعة الإنترنت بطيئة جداً.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - It was a really nice place,big enough for us(8 people). It's pretty close to the old town center. Gran bazaar, Egyptian bazaar,Hagia Sophya and sultan Ahmed moskee are just 15-20 min walking. The personal is very gentle and helpful. They offer 10%discount on the restaurant in the corner . I really think the location is a really good deal for everyone coming to visit Istanbul ❤️

Conveniently located with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Allowed us to check in early as we had a morning flight. Really appreciated the rest. Office next door is open 24/7, staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Due to the thunderstorm, there was a blackout of electricity for a few hours. We were able to use their local restaurants WiFi as my son was ‘working from hotel’ and they gave us fruits on the house. Cleaning timetable in the property was sporadic. Sometimes they make the beds, sometimes they provide toilet tissue, sometimes they replace the towels. There’s no set timetable! I thought it was daily, but it seemed it was cleaned every other day. But with the staff next door open 24/7, we could easily get towels and toilet tissue replenished.

• Marina (10/5): We will come back for a longer stay. - This is an apartment and staff working there are trying to give a hotel like service. There are many local restaurants and supermarkets around. Beautiful neighborhood, perfects for families. The Blue mosque is 10 min away by walking. There is also one more flat in this house downstairs, I thinks this place can be reserved as a full house.
• Sheilla (4/5): Our memorable trip turned sour from the unprofessional approach by Authentic Apartments. - The location was great and the Authentic Apartments team was responsive and very friendly. They were approachable and also helpful. Authentic Apartments falsely claimed to refund the pest control expense incurred despite the multiple assurances and "paperwork". Unfortunately, my brother, sister and young nephews suffered from insect bites (all were sharing the same bedroom). The medical report confirmed the rashes were consisted with insect bites from either dust or bed mites. Following professional recommendation, pest control was hired to fumigate the residence for fear that the insects travelled back in our clothes and luggage. Sadly quite disappointing. My review is in good faith. As a family, we enjoyed our stay. We would have accepted that Authentic Apartments had just emphatised with our situation and did not resort to making empty promises.

• Md (10/5): Good decision to stay here. Will come back again if I go to Istanbul. - Great location, which is near to shops, restaurants and tourists attractions. Special shout-out to Shah at the reception, who was helpful to us from the time we arrived till our departure. He also made good recommendations on tours and were we can go when we were in Istanbul. There were minor issues like a choked toilet, and the television and washing machine not working when we arrived. This was rectified as soon as possible the following day, but it would be good if these were sorted out before we checked in.
• Tania (10/5): Great location. Near the famous places. - The house is big and have everything you need for your stay. You can find supermarket and many restaurants close to the house. Also you can walk to the famous buildings like Hagia Shopia, Gran Bazar etc. I really recommend this place for your stay.
• Aziz (7/5): it was a nice experience but i would stay in a less busy area next time - the location was near to the blue mosque and aya sofia near to everything in the old town.. the nice balcony with fresh blackberries was so pleasant there was no area to stop the car during arrival or departure as the property is located in the old city very tiny passages.. if the property had a cleaning service it would be better especially for more than 2 days stays
