Hsinyi (2/5): Find somewhere else. - Water pressure. 1. **Location:** Situated between a traditional market and a night market, the streets in the vicinity were notably unclean. Additionally, there were homeless individuals along the route to the MRT station, making it an unfavorable neighborhood for residence. 2. **Apartment Itself:** While the apartment has undergone renovations, it still resides within an old building, subject to the issues typical of such structures. The water heater is excessively loud, and the walls are paper-thin, allowing for the easy transmission of sounds from neighbors, especially when they use the water heater or engage in activities like laundry. Also, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. Upon checking in, we noticed shoe prints and ants. Moreover, cockroaches appeared during our stay, which was quite unsettling. 3. **Management:** The on-site staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and inadequate training. Communication with them proved challenging; even a dental clinic seemed to offer better customer service. Moreover, the management's preference for providing weekly housekeeping services while guests are away, coupled with their disclaimer of responsibility for valuables and absence of a safe box, raised concerns. To add to the frustrations, they conducted inspections without prior notice to all the guests, they simply turned off the hot water for the whole floor. In conclusion, I do not recommend this place to anyone. I advise caution regarding the 5-star reviews on Google Maps, as they may have been left by the staff, designer, or their relatives.
Sabine (9/5): Superb - It's comfortable and cozy. A little far but it's very convenient, very close to market and night market, easy to get food and grocery.
