• James (1/5): Worst stay of my life and I am 68 years old - Horrible experience Arrived at 11 am didn’t get in until 3. Had to set on floor for four hours talking via email. Room clean was done by one but would not lets us in. Gave excuse of maintenance had to look at it but all lies. No one came. At 3 boom I got my code. They tell you they will let you in once all done. All lies. The hallway where we set was filthy. No elevators for handicap or senior citizens. Lugging 50 lb up stairs at our age is impossible. Bed very uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on pile of cardboards

När det var dags för oss att få koden till boendet skulle de plötsligt ha mer betalt för att ge oss tillträde. Inte bara en deposition som också hade en hög extraavgift kopplad till sig som man inte fick tillbaka utan också att de plötsligt skulle ha flera hundra dollar betalat för "extra avgifter´" utan det fick vi inte koden, Vi stod strandade på gaten och hade inget val annat än att betala. Fruktansvärd standard. Smutsigt och ostädat. Låg svarta långa hårstrå på golvet i badrummet. På morgonen var det fullt med kackerlackor i köket. En air conditioner som inte fungerade utan lät så högt att det var omöjligt att han på den. FRUKTANSVÄRT ställe som också lurade oss på pengar. Kan INTE rekommendera detta!
• Alien (10/5): wonderful experience - location convinient. no breakfast was available though, i didnt expect it. it is close to the airport which is what i like. I like that it was easy to get an uber to. the beddings, toilet, and chairs were hygienic. It was very difficult to get a call with their agent. Calls were not answered. Responses were mostly by texts which is cool but texts cant explain themselves, you need to put a 24hr agent to pick up calls from your clients.

• Karin (4/5): Necesita mantenimiento - Con desconfianza, por la llegada autonoma, te den las indicaciones de llegada 3 minutos antes del check in. Considerar si tienen equipaje grande, que este alojamiento tiene 3 pisos, sin ascensor, mejor preguntar qué piso te tocará, a considerar porque las escaleras no son grandes. Me tocó la habitacion 9 en el piso 3, la grifería de la cocina tiene una filtración, al volver a la habitación había mojado todo el piso y mis cosas. Avisé por la noche, me dijeron que mandarían a revisar al día siguiente, esperé hasta las 11am. Yo misma sequé todo. Ya en el auto saliendo, se me acercó la persona de limpieza, a preguntar si podían entrar sin estar yo presente, preferí que no. Yo estaba de visita y no podía perdar más tiempo esperando. También el ruido de la refrigeradora, es fuerte. Si bien está cerca al centro, pero a los lugares cercanos todos en auto, no a pie. El único lugar cercano a pie es el estadio.
• Amy (3/5): Would not recommend . - Location When I booked it was for ground floor. They placed us on 2nd floor with no elevator. My husband has mobility issues so going up two flights of narrow stairs was very challenging. Inside the bathroom cabinets were broken, peeling and cracked . The living room floor was sticky.

• Kyle (1/5): Refused my stay 1 day prior to my stay the wanted me to cancel the stay so they didn't get tagged - Absolutely nothing Everything Day before they email me saying that they have to cancel my stay but never did. Then told booking that they didn't cancel that I wanted to. I then told booking I didn't want to cancel. On check in day property never gave check in info I ended up not being able to check in and had to fight for my refund bc they claimed I wanted to cancel even though they would give info needed to check in. Ended up have to go to double tree and book on my own. I will never stay here even if paid and will never use booking.com EVER!!!!!

• Peter (1/5): the location is ok, the room is not - the location is ok, attention on match days everything is closed off as the baseball stadium is directly opposite. Anyone staying here should be aware that there is no public transportation nearby. There is a bus a few blocks away and that's it. Uber and rental car should be planned. The apartment is managed remotely, there were only cleaners on site who do not speak English. We had room number 8, we arrived in Miami at 7 am and therefore asked to be able to check into a room as soon as possible so that we wouldn't be traveling with suitcases all day. We were assured that they would do everything to let us in soon, the official time at the time of booking was 3pm. We were then able to move into the room at around 4pm, 1 hour late!!! It smelled very damp in the apartment, the fridge was dripping and leaking onto the floor, which was completely swollen in front of the fridge. The floor felt sticky and we had at least two roommates about five centimeters tall who didn't pay rent (cockroaches). The windows are all fitted with fly screens and are very difficult to open - according to the property management, it's our own fault that the cockroaches were there because we opened the windows. The air conditioning could not be put into operation because it stank of stale water. After we complained about all this, the staff went into our room without permission and “repaired” the air conditioning. Which still stank afterwards.

• Peter (1/5): Terrible. Do not stay here. - The location is good. This location was big infested. I have multiple images and videos to prove this. While I was there the back door was kept open with a rock to allow access to anyone making it unsafe. I have more than one image to prove this was happening as a regular occurrence. The aircon was broken. Again, I have photo and video evidence for each of the above claims. Which I provided to booking.com and the landlord more than once. When I raised the issues with the property owner and that I had to leave early as a result the repeatedly ignored my specific requests and refused to refund me and give back my security deposit. I’m now out over $1,400 The customer service at booking.com is incredibly unhelpful. They ignored multiple emails and messages for most of a month. When I finally got hold of them they have refused to refund the money or help me get my deposit back. They have chosen to take the side of the property owner who said my claims are untrue - when I provided video and photo evidence which have geo data, times and dates proving the various incidents happened across multiple days. I would advise you to check social media to see what people have to say about booking.com’s customer support - I wish I had checked this before booking with them.

• Craig (8/5): Solid performance by 'Apartment in the Heart of Miami' - Location location location. Perfect for witnessing Ohtani's record -breaking 50-50 game which is why I rented within 5 minutes walk of the ball park. The apt was functionary, nothing especially remarkable about it but cleanliness, which is 90% of the deal when you don't need a chandelier, just for the lights to work. Overall, a nice, sweet little place, all I needed. The table in the br was not immediately adjacent to the bed. That was the worst thing. I thought the security was a little much, with special secret codes to open both front door and apt door, tho they did provide assurance of safety. Really, if I hadn't been asked, I would complain about nothing. The proximity to the ballpark smacked of a million dollars.

• Brian (3/5): Very intimidating environment and a disappointing quality of facilities. - No comment Very poor location with nightly police attendance for various reasons. Notorious area of Miami. Facilities were jaded and in need of upgrade. Dangerous lack of safety apparatus, no fire blanket, no fire extinguisher. Contact with owners did get some response regarding old and dirty carpets etc. However, this does highlight the fact that I have had reason to criticise Booking .com before. There is an obvious lack of quality control and checking that the places advertised are not always very accurate and some blatantly misinform. I need to declare that I personally did not stay in this apartment, it was booked at very short notice on behalf of my partner. This is a description of her advice to me. She has informed the owners of things that require urgent attention and she does have a comprehensive number of photos of the conditions prior to her personal clean up, also of the way she left the apartment should you wish investigate this in more detail.

• Abdenasser (2/5): Location good and supermarket close, and relatively secure area, but good for a single, not cooking because fridge does - Location Dirty, lots of dust, fridge doesn't work at all see it heats up, stench in the shower/toilet, owner unreachable! Difficult stay for a family with 3 children. Not enough beds to sleep on. Very expensive for what it is.
• Anna (3/5): Poor - Location Windows were broken and we couldn't close them. There was always 1cm gap left between a window frame and a sash. It caused a lot of noise in the room. It was also getting quite cold at night as the broken window was just next to the bed. We notified the staff but they didn't fix it for three consecutive days. What was more disgusting was the fact that we found three cockroaches in the cabinet under the sink (photo attached).
• Iryna (7/5): It was friendly and nice. - Good location, very friendly stuff and excellent support (even late evening), comfortable bad. I love that little Havana is so close from the apartment! Pictures doesn’t match with reality, everything is very old, carpet with dirty spots, and every evening and early morning someone was beeping on his car (maybe it’s not usually situational, but two days wasn’t possible to sleep comfortably because of that noise and also very noisy refrigerator).

I loved waking up to the smell of fabuloso and other cleaning products when I stepped out my room (let’s me know they really care about the cleanliness😀). Loved the colors in the room, the set up, everything was perfect. the location was Heaven sent because we didn’t want to take any Ubers to our event and thank God, we were right across the street from the baseball stadium. Maybe in regards to the location and the heat, there was a small bug issue. killed one cockroach, found another one dead and some other small bug. a little bug spray doesn’t hurt though.

• Lili (4/5): Terrible - I contacted the host from the airport and asked for guidance on how I can get to the apartment and I was met by “I need to fill in the form they sent me along with a picture of your passport. You can get a Uber to the apartment”. I asked for a public transport as it was my first time in Miami, but I was ignored and had to make my own way to the apartment. When I got there, the doors where locked, no reception and no one around the property. I knocked around the door and windows but no answer. There were some men near by and I asked if I could use their phone to make a call but no one speaks any English. So, I had to wait around and finally found someone who does. Made a call to the property owner, explained my situation and asked where I could find the key to enter the apartment. I was told, they didn’t hold my apartment since I hadn’t filled in the form they send me that morning (whilst at the airport) and I didn’t send a picture of my passport so they can send me an invoice for security deposit to be paid upfront. I was told I have to fill in the form, send a picture of my passport and pay the security deposit before they could let me into the apartment. I had to further explain that I don’t have data on my phone and I’m using someone else’s phone to make this call in the middle of the street and I had paid for the apartment including that day. After many backs and forth, I was given the code to enter the main door and my apartment. I only took my iPhone and Apple Watch wire cable assuming that’s all I needed. The TV is very outdated, can’t connect anything to it and doesn’t work properly. The shower is all over the place, it will hit every part of the shower cubicle except your body. My stay would have been good if it wasn’t for the host. As a result I DO NOT recommend this place! Hosting TV Shower Better customer service

• Oleksandr (1/5): worst room in all miami - The deception began at the stage of ordering, the information on the website is not true, it is simply not possible to accommodate 4 people in such a small apartment. presented their apartment with two queen beds, in fact it turned out to be one, conversations with the manager did not lead to anything, we were faced with the fact of settling in a deceived apartment, and also had to pay for it. and the plans for the next day are already scheduled .... apartment number 9 if I'm not mistaken. present their apartment with a kitchen, but most of the dishes are simply not available, and there is simply no way to use this service or you have to buy the dishes yourself. moreover, the beds are not designed for adults, they put a small sofa and said that two people sleep on it, these were the most terrible nights on this trip ... the room is not worth even half of the declared money. service is missing. • Nadezhda (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in the good location. It’s a nice place to stay by yourself, you have everything you need to be comfortable. I loved the fact, that you can stay with a pet there and they do not charge daily, but for the whole stay. The customer service is AMAZING, you’re not just another client for them, they actually care about their guests. I had to reach them out multiple times and they resolved all my problems. -
• C. (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast wasn’t provided, so question is not applicable. Proximity to ballpark was perfect. Stairwells are too dark for my liking.
• Alain (4/5): Disappointing - The A/C wasn't strong enough to cool the whole apartment. Even closing the bedroom to keep the room cool was not enough so with the very high Miami's temp we even sweat. Private parking space is not guaranteed. Is a 12 apartment building with only 4 and half parking space. So you have to come early to be able to park. Otherwise you have to park on the street at your own risk.
• Theo (1/5): AC malfunctioning whole time; no guaranteed parking on premises; cheated out of security deposit - No redeeming qualities Upon arrival, no one was there to greet me or walk me through how to get into the apartment. I tried calling the three numbers they made available, but no one picked up. I saw this happen to another guest as well, who was standing outside calling the numbers to no avail. Additionally, the listing advertised guaranteed parking on premises, but one night the lot was completely filled up and I had to park elsewhere. The AC malfunctioned the entire time and barely cooled the bedroom at night. There was no AC in the living/dining room, which made it stuffy and unbearable the entire time. There is no security and someone would keep the backdoor to the building open all night with a traffic cone, allowing anyone to enter. To top it all off, the blinds were broken when I got to the hotel, and the owners told me I broke them, swindling me out of my $100 security deposit. I filmed the entire apartment upon arrival, but unfortunately the broken blinds were hidden behind the black-out curtains, so I didn't have proof to protect myself from this scam. I do not recommend this place to everyone. It doesn't meet the minimum requisite standards to qualify as a hotel, and you might potentially get cheated out of your security deposit.

• Alican (1/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR - Don't be deceived photos ! That was my the worst experience so far. I barely got resist on one night . After that immediately I left this flat and booked new one. The biggest problem there was an AC because it was making too loud. Imagine that you are trying to sleep in a room and there was an AC which is under the window, it makes loud all day, all night. That was unbearable. If you are in Miami, you can not stay anywhere without AC. Secondly, whhen I woke up, two bugs greeted me. Don't need to say more words.
