We waren beetje sceptisch over heel het hele onverwachte geen exact adres enzo te hebben maar we zijn PRIMA opgevangen en rond gewezen door onze host. Top en veilige parkeerplaats op het 3de verdiep. Eliza (8/5): Fantastyczny apartament, jednak w malo atrakcyjnej dzielnicy - Komfortowy apartament, piekne czesci wspolne na dachu i 6 pietrze z basenem, siłownia, bilardem i wieloma innymi atrakcjami. Duza lazienka, kuchnia i salon. Dobre wyposazenie - pralka, suszarka, ekspres do kawy itp. Dostepna kawa i herbata. Wielkim atutem jest parking na poziomie 3, wiec nie ma potrzeby chodzenia po ulicy w nocy. Jezeli bede w LA drugi raz, nie wybiore tej okolicy do mieszkania. Nie zdarzyly sie zadne niebezpieczne sytuacje, ale nie czulam sie komfortowo. Centrum LA nie jest przyjemna dzielnica np. do spacerow, a jest w LA wiele urokliwych dzielnic.

The pool was not the same one in the pictures, plus they had a beautiful one in a picture that somehow got removed from the site, and the actual picture that is there isn't of the same pool. This pool was like a kiddie pool. Very disappointing because that was one of the main reasons we booked this place. Also no TV in the bedroom, no bodywash, and no sugar for the coffee. Can definitely improve in those aspects and do not click bait with fake pictures.

virginie (9/5): Très beau séjour. - L’appartement était idéalement situé dans le Downtown. Jay était un hôte très accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute. L’appartement était très bien équipé. Dosette de café, serviette, produit vaisselle.. Nous avions un rooftop au 8 eme avec piscine, saune, salle de sport.. l’immeuble est surveillé par un gardien, nous avions une place de parking non négligeable.. Tout était parfait. Toute fois attention, la caution n’est pas juste une empreinte mais elle est prélevé environ 300$ mais rendu rapidement après le départ. ( 1 semaine pour nous)

Sécurisé par gardien . Vue incroyable sur la ville ( on est dans le downtown) . Pour faire vos courses, nous étions au Ralph's, tout sur place . Pour aller au métro M, 3 blocs au dessus, toutes lignes s'y croisent. ( acheter carte Tap 2 dollars puis rajouter le nombre de Voyages).. Salle de gym et barbecue au 8e Piscine tres petite et chaude. Il manque une armoire ou commode pour ranger ses effets. Il faudrait plus de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Pas de bouilloire , ni peignoirs , ni chaussons malgré le descriptif. systeme de jet de douche pas en adéquation avec le style de l'appartement. Il aurait fallu que Jay explique mieux comment entrer dans l'immeuble. ( biper à gauche de l'entrée sur le papillon ). Il demande une caution de 200 dollars pour objets cassés. Vu la distance immense de la ville , on a choisi Uber, car le tarif des parkings est prohibitif.

Hanna (10/5): Wspaniały apartamnet - Wspaniały obiekt, położony w samym Downtown, blisko hali Los Angeles Lakers (pieszo 5 min). Apartament miał wszystko co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu, dwa duże pokoje, kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty. Ogromnym atutem był przypisany do mieszkania parking w budynki, rewelacja. Nie trzeba było martwić się o parking o żadnej porze. Polecam bardzo!

They remembered us each time we came back. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond as well. The views were absolutely amazing. Great location.

Cedric (8/5): - Emplacement top. Belle appartement spacieux dommage que la vue depuis l’appartement soit cachée par le balcon dont on ne peut pas y accéder. Nous avons préféré l’appartement de l’an dernier. Certes plus petit mais vue au top. Piscine et bbq au dernier étage avec vue sur LA. Dans celui de cette année la piscine est symbolique c’est une grosse baignoire au 8e étage donc pas de vue sur la ville dommage.

Javier (10/5): El mejor alojamiento de DTLA - Todo espectacular. Tiene muchas paradas de bus cerca del apartamento, 7 Eleven, Target... y el metro de 7th street también muy cerca. Es perfecto si vas a ver partidos de los Lakers o de los Kings. De Santa Mónica está mas o menos a 1h en metro y es directo. Jay fue espectacular el trato que nos ha dado. El edificio también es genial, cuenta con conserje 24 horas y una puerta de seguridad. La zona es tranquila para lo que es el downtown. Ojala volver!

Jay hat uns auch noch geholfen unseren Mietwagen zu verlängern. Diese Unterkunft war die beste auf unserer 114 tägigen Reise durch Amerika. Nichts
