• Zsuzsa (9/5): Very nice overall, no complaints. Superb location and amenities. - Location and the amenities are outstanding, you can experience the luxury of a building like this. The laundry closet is also nice especially for a longer stay. We arrived with a 2 year old and received a baby cot as well which was approved by our daughter. The floor of the apartment was really dusty, we had to wear shoes or slip ons if we did not want to wash our feet after every step. Apart from that the cleanliness was good. The communication was slow and unresponsive before our check in, leaving us in doubt of the baby cot and the early check in option which was not available.
• LEINIANE (1/5): Era pra ser dias de descanso e alegria e virou dois dias de muito stress - No primeiro dia que foi numa sexta, a válvula que ligava o chuveiro quebrou e ficou vazando água, ligamos para a empresa que administra e ninguém resolveu, mandamos mensagem e nem responderam, na recepção ninguém se dispôs a ajudar, ficou vazando dois dias seguidos, somente na segunda enviaram alguém pra consertar, foi muito ruim ver aquele tanto de água sendo desperdiçada, incomodou tanto que nem conseguimos dormir direito esses dias. A pessoa com quem pegamos a chave, nos orientou a colocar numa vaga de garagem errada, a vaga era privada e recebemos uma multa de 350,00 por informação errada do atendente. Suporte horrível dessa empresa. Falta de suporte e zelo com o cliente.

• DANILA (10/5): Appartamento stupendo - Appartamento stupendo, grande, comodo, panoramico, nel Cuore di Downtown Miami, vicinissimo a Bayside Marketplace. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per stare comodi, con una bella cucina attrezzata, 2 bagni e anche lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione. Il grattacielo è signorile e i servizi sono pazzeschi. Spazi comuni enormi ed elegantissimi, compresa la piscina che si trova all’11 piano che è stupenda e dove abbiamo trascorso un intera mattinata in pieno relax. La stazione dei treni si trova a pochissima distanza circa 8 minuti a piedi. Non ho trovato molta flessibilità e disponibilità. Non hanno deposito bagagli e ho chiesto se potevo lasciare le valigie nell’appartamento prima dell’orario previsto per il check in (tornavo dalla crociera e nel pomeriggio avevo un’escursione alle Everglades). Mi interessava solo lasciare le valigie ma mi hanno proposto un check in anticipato ma il Prezzo richiesto era veramente esagerato. Per fortuna nei paraggi ci sono molti depositi bagagli a buon prezzo.

• Aurélie (9/5): Très bien, adapté pour les familles et bien situé - Très bien localisé avec commerces à proximité, proche de Bayside market, du musée de la glace, et autres activités. Nous avons adoré la vue nous étions au 9ème étage avec la vue sur le Kaseya Center : Merci ! Piscine très bien et salle de sport bien équipée. Calme. Appartement spacieux, dressing dans chaque chambre. Metromover juste à côté. Literie plutôt confortable. Facilité pour se faire livrer des repas. Le personnel de l'accueil est très serviable et accueillant. L'immeuble est très bien décoré (salon d'accueil, salles de réception). Poêles usées, pas de torchon donc difficile de cuisiner. Des bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée seraient appréciés. Ménage à faire plus en profondeur.

The front desk management was awful they made no effort to help any guests out and would leave the front desk for extended periods of time leaving guests out to dry, also there was no kind of communication or sense of urgency when it came to helping guests, also they didn’t want to hold any luggage with a very large desk with tons of space. Moreover, we were supposed to have an early check in but they didn’t have our room key ready so we had to sit in the hot and humid lobby for an hour and a half before the room was ready mind you the key should be there ready to be handed to the guest because the purchase was made for an earlier check in. Overall just ridiculous.

We paid to stay at this property for four people, but when we checked in and handed over our ID, they gave us an envelope that didn't contain the apartment key. The caretaker and I tried to contact the property, and they first said they would provide us with another key, but then, around 11:00 PM, they didn't respond. They took $2,000 and still haven't returned it. In fact, Booking.com says the property has confirmed the stay. Be careful. It's a scam. It's a scam. Attention! FRAUD!!

• Paulina (1/5): Nie polecam ze względu na jakikolwiek brak kontaktu ze strony personelu apartamentu i zwyczajne ignorowanie klienta. - Lokalizacja. Kontakt z obsługą apartamentu to jakiś dramat. Nie otrzymaliśmy chipa do windy, nie mieliśmy możliwości korzystania z basenu oraz siłowni. Pomimo kilkukrotnych próbach kontaktu, zostaliśmy zwyczajnie zignorowani. Nie polecam pobytu w tym miejscu. Dodatkowo jest bardzo głośno ze względu na otaczające budowy i ogromną centralę wentylacyjną sąsiedniego budynku, która nie jest w żaden sposób zabudowana.

Pisali do nas, że jest, ale przeszukałem cały apartament i go nie było.. Za każdym razem musieliśmy specjalnie prosić w recepcji, żeby umożliwiono nam wjazd na piętro z naszym apartamentem. Z basenu nie mogliśmy korzystać, mimo że bardzo na to liczyliśmy. Powinni nam zwrócić pieniądze.

• ivan (9/5): Excepcional, solo falta mejorar la comunicación con la administración del departamento - Ubicación, instalaciones, Falta mejorar la comunicación al momento de realizar el check in se debería especificar el nombre del edificio, bezel en mantenerlo con un nombre diferentente se presta para confusiones tal fue en nuestro caso, además debéis haber al menos una persona que hable español, las instrucciones del estacionamiento tampoco estaban muy claras, fiera de eso todo estuvo muy bien

Ho chiamato il numero attivo a loro dire 24 ore su 24 e nessuno sapeva aiutarmi, mi dicevano che avrebbero mandato qualcuno ma dopo 5 giorni e molte chiamate non era ancora venuto nessuno a controllare. Avevo il bagno completamente allagato e nonostante chiamassi più volte al giorno nessuno è venuto. Dopo 5 giorni è venuta una persona a controllare dicendomi che essendo sabato non poteva fare nulla che al limite sarebbe tornato lunedì. Non è più tornato a controllare. Ho chiesto quindi un rimborso alla struttura e non me lo vogliono dare…. Non ho parole !!! Assistenza inesistente
• Taylor (6/5): It was amazing but the stay needs improvements and the no parking pass needs to be in bold when book - The location was amazing very convenient the view was also amazing. I didn’t like that the parking was not easy there is no parking pass that comes with this reservation, the garage is $37 a day! And street parking is by the hour! No free parking . , the kitchen stove was hard to use ! No extra towels or washcloths we had to purchase more. No broom or cleaning supplies provided in the apartment. Also the elevators are super slow ! The front desk never instructed us on how to use the elevator it was a little difficult trying to figure it out .

As cortinas do quarto não são blackout e não há local para guardar as malas após a saída. A recepção do prédio responde à outra empresa, só é possível contatar os responsáveis de facto por email – nem sempre rápido e preciso.

We were there for two weeks. Could have used a refresh after week one. Needs more toilet paper, and kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, dishes, wine glasses, plates and spatulas. Not a big deal but would have been helpful. One of the keys did not work. Parking could have been included or reduced for a 2 week stay. Pool table area could have been better maintained. Missing balls and chalk.

• Jerry (9/5): Global luxury à bayside park - La proximité avec Downtown, à 25min en bus de Miami beach. Le fireworks de Bayside park. Ĺa tranquillité malgré le trafic et les embouteillages à côté. Le congiere était sympa. Les jalousies de 2 baies vitrées n’ont pas permis de masquer vraiment les vis-a-vis. Pas assez de bacs pour les poubelles. Pas très propre à l'entrée, avec des poussières.

• Alana (6/5): Incredible location and view, but customer service needs major improvements. - The location is the draw here. The building is within a short walk to virtually anything you would need, including Bayside shopping district and the Kaseya Center. The view from the room is spectacular and the room was very clean. There were several issues from a customer service perspective. The wifi information on the move-in paperwork was incorrect and this took over 2 days to be resolved, leaving us without TV or internet during that time. For the price we paid, that is unacceptable. Even worse, there was no bedding for the sofa bed my son was using and it took until the next day to get a single blanket and pillow delivered. In the meantime, I was told to go into another apartment 8 floors up and get the bedding myself. ANY assistance after late-afternoon is virtually non-existent. There is no on-site assistance beyond a housekeeper who shows up for a few hours a day (she was very nice and shouldn't have to manage all of the owner's issues).

Mampara del baño no cerraba completamente. La cama hacía ruido al moverte y no me pareció tan cómoda, me hundía y me levantaba con dolor de espalda.

• M3YOU13 (8/5): A very pleasant stay. A few amenities could be improved and it would be perfect! - The apartment and building were excellent. The sea view was beautiful. The pool was great. The building had secure access with security guards at the entrance. It's close to the metro and bus. There were a few minor issues: the sliding glass door didn't close properly, letting in noise and drafts; the iron was broken, exposing the wires; and the ironing board was also broken. The sofa bed in the living room had a very poor quality mattress that creaked constantly.

• Christian (2/5): - Die Suites sind geräumig und die Lage in der City und gleich am Miamimover ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die Adresse ist schwer zu erreichen, Google Maps war überfordert, hat zweimal die Adresse nicht gefunden und mehrmals verloren, sehr herausfordernd, wenn man um 1 Uhr nachts ankommt und durch eine fremde Stadt den Weg suchen muss. Die Concierges an der Rezeption sind in fast allen Belangen hilflos, wissen nicht, was zu tun ist, und in sehr unamerikanischer Weise pomadig bis unfreundlich. Die Betten waren nicht neu bezogen, die Überzüge fleckig und das zweite Bett nicht gemacht. Die (angebliche 24h) Hotline ist nur eine Voicebox, auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurden erst am dritten Tag (dem Tag vor unserer Abreise) neue Bettbezüge zur Verfügumg gestellt. Der Boden im Bad war überschwemmt, weil der Wasserhahn leck war, wir mussten die Schwelle zu den Wohnräumen mit den Handtüchern abdichten, und in der Dusche fiel der Hebel der Mischbatterie ab (das immerhin wurde am Nachmittag des zweiten Tages sehr fachgerecht von freundlichen Mitarbeitern repariert, nachdem ich mich auf Spanisch zur Leasing Office als dafür zuständig durchgefragt hatte). Es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkmöglichkeiten, aber eine 12stöckige öffentliche Parkgarage im selben Gebäudekomplex, 6 Dollar pro Stunde, ab der dritten Stunde preiswerter und dann 24 Stunden zu 32 Dollar (selbst der Parkplatz in Disneyworld ist billiger), man muss eine eigene App dafür herunterladen. Der Vorteil der zentralen Lage mit dem tollen Auslick vom Balkon aus ist andererseits auch ein Nachteil: An Abenden, an denen im gegenüberliegendnen Kaseya Center eine Veranstaltung ist, muss man vor dem Parkhaus auch mal ein paar Stunden auf dem Gehweg schwarzparken, bis wieder ein Platz im Parkhaus frei wird. Alles in allem: In keiner Hinsicht sind die Suites das Geld wert, das man zahlen muss.

• Carla (6/5): - This property has all the makings to be a wonderful ApartHotel accommodations. It’s not to my standard as far as cleanliness, once you check in you’re pretty much on your own, no one is checking in to see if you need anything or how your stay is going. You also need to replenish your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel and if you need to wash your sheets or towels, you’ll have to do that yourself. And you’ll need to buy laundry detergent. The door does not close just by shutting it when you’re exiting, you have to scan your key card one to two times and check the handle to make sure that it locks securely. I learned this after leaving the door open for a full day and returning to discover this. Luckily, nothing happened as it is a relatively safe building however, you never know when there could be a rogue element at play. There is access to the parking garage on the very floor that you’re staying on and it would be so convenient to just park there and access your floor from there however, there is no instructions to do so nor access provided so You have to take the long way to and from your car if you have a Car Rental in the public parking garage. From a product development and quality standpoint, the apartments should be deep, cleaned and very sanitary. That will go a very long way for guest satisfaction. Also the Internet connection Was Shoddy
• Pablo (9/5): Miami Downtown - La ubicación es muy buena y tranquilo. Facil de llegar a todos lados en auto. Es grande el departamento y uno puede estar comodo. Todo dentro del departamento funciona bien. La limpieza bajo las camas, estaba demasiado sucio (hasta calcetines y botellas de bebidas vacias, justo vi esto al ultimo día).
