A localização é EXCELENTE, dá pra ver uma montanha-russa do Epic do corredor, muito perto do parque e de vários outlets. Nunca tinha ficado em casa de temporada mas tudo correu muito bem, recebi instruções claras e detalhadas por e-mail e SMS. Única crítica é que só deixam um papel higiênico por quarto por toda a estadia, nunca tinha precisado me preocupar com esse item antes, foi estranho, rsrs.

• Amir (10/5): Would stay again 404 was the prefect location for our room - It was convenient to the theme parks and I drive plus shopping for groceries was very easy and walking distance No water park
• Frederick (9/5): Great option if you visiting the parks - Great location to use as a home base to visit the different parks. Clean and well equipped apartment as advertised. Free parking with a Publix supermarket at a walkable distance. Very competitive price. Beds and pillows need an upgrade.
• Wiersum (9/5): Very Nice Apartment - Pool and hot tub was beautiful. No pool towels are provided and the beds are very creaky and uncomfortable. Other than that it is a very nice property. Bring your own towels!

• Chuan (1/5): Apartment is excellent, but the custom service is truly bad. - Good location, convenient, and close to the exhibition center. Supermarket close by & many excellent restaurants nearby. I confirmed will check out before 10am, but somebody knock the door at 9:30am. When I reflect that should not happen, the person who in charge just try to find an excuse that I should specify the check out time, not just before 10am. My point is, when the check out time is 10am, and I already confirmed I will check out before 10am, and how come I can specify the exactly specific time a day before? And, I really no need to specify the exactly check out time as long as I confirmed I will follow the check out instructions time. Sent many times to remind me the check out time, and send people to knock the door is truly no respectful to the guests, the worthy is, just refuse to admitted the false, and let us feel really no professional. I really like the apartment, and originally I will mark high recommend, but I force to change my mind, and mark the low recommended.
• Felicie (7/5): The apt. Was clean. No wash towels and had to purchase pillows theirs were worn out. - The pools were very nice. One needed updated lounge chairs. Getting in and out took some time.
• Sue (8/5): Lovely appartment in great location - Nice comfortable appartment in a great location. Very easy to get to Disney and Universal. It would have been good to have had someone come in to clean and change the towels and sheets mid way through our 11 day stay.

• Anonymous (3/5): We all turly love the home and we would definitely return but some things can be adjusted in which I already mentioned b - We all like the space of the property it was very convenient for us we love having the washer and dryer We all did not like how much notifications that we were getting when it came down to check out time it felt as if we where being rushed out of the home because the cleaning crew need to come in and clean we were also told that we had to wash the towels before we checked out that was the first time we have experienced something like that even though we had paid for cleaning service when I removed the pillow case off the pillows the pillows haven’t been washed in a while also the cleaning crew came ringing the doorbell at 9:12am asking us what time was our check out when it was very clear from month’s before we checked in that check out is at 10am so again we felt very rushed and we not happy at all about that because we respected the check in time so we was expecting the same in return
• Nicky (8/5): Amazing holiday in the end but disappointing start due to service. - The location and complex were fantastic When we arrived the key code box on the door was broken and after a long journey from the UK we were sat on the kerb outside the property for 3 hours waiting for someone to fix it. It took around an hour before we were able to get hold off anyone and then 2 hours for someone to fix it. The fix was temporary and we had to leave someone in the property to be able to get back in until the following day.
• Yiu (3/5): We will not stay there again - Location and size of the property was good There were a lot of ants everywhere; wifi was not work upon arrival; response time from staff was slow and not warm and polite; too much personal information was required before arrival.

• Ramesh (2/5): cancelled without any intimations - They just cancelled my trip without any notifications. When i spoke to the seller, it looks like they want you to book directly on their portal. Hotels.com should remove such postings
