• Olga (6/5): - Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Das gesamte Gebäude war auch sehr schön und sauber. Das Portfolio auf Booking.com ist irreführend, da die Bilder offenbar aus verschiedenen Apartments stammen und nicht klar ist, welche Unterkunft man tatsächlich bekommt. Das Apartment, das wir erhalten haben, war deutlich schlechter als erwartet: sehr dunkel, besonders im Küchen- und Wohnbereich ohne Tageslicht, und insgesamt alt sowie teilweise stark abgenutzt. Das Schlafsofa war kaputt und die schmalen Betten für zwei Erwachsene ungeeignet. Die Check-in Anweisungen entsprachen nicht der Realität. Zusätzlich funktionierte unser Keyfob bereits um 8 Uhr morgens am Abreisetag nicht mehr, sodass wir weder den Aufzug zur Parkgarage nutzen konnten, was zu weiteren Problemen führte. Die Check-out Zeit war 12 Uhr. Die Lage ist schön. Die Unterkunft wirkte stark heruntergekommen.

• Daneen (5/5): Needs work - It was close to the port. That was very convenient. It wasn’t worth $600. This place needs some work. A nice paint job for all of the marks on the wall. Better curtains and pillows. The blow dryer in the bathroom is broken, that should be replaced. The pictures on the site aren’t the same as the place we stayed. It looks much nicer online

Creo que deben de cuidar esos detalles porque es la primera impresión que tenemos.

• Jamie (6/5): Good location, fine place that would be perfect with a few cosmetic repairs. - The location was perfect. The building was nice and quiet. The unit was clean. The place could use a little cosmetic love. For example, the towel rack in one bathroom had fallen off and wasn't replaced. Both bathrooms were missing toilet paper dispensers, one bathroom had evidence that one existed at one point. A bathroom sink was peeling paint, the baseboards were very scuffed up. A door stop was missing behind the front door with a hole in the wall where it belongs. Mostly little improvements that could make a big difference.

• Erica (5/5): Served it's purpose, I would not want to stay more than 1 night. - The property is in walking distance to convenience store and a CVS. I liked having the lobby area and multiple secure elevators, that only allow guests off on floor their key allows. We never had to wait long. The bedding and pillows and mattresses were cheap and very uncomfortable. The living area did not have a TV. And the furniture and decor looked like it was from a cheap thrift store. The apartment needs a good coat of paint, lots of marks on the walls and baseboards.

• Varnell (7/5): Birthday Cruise - I forgot to check in before arrival and the person that texted me was very understanding and let me text her the needed documents.Everything was ready quickly. It was close to the Miami port. There were no washclothes and not enough blankets. The ice machine wasn't working. The place needs new pillows.

Il manquait des éléments de cuisine. On était plusieurs personne dans l’appartement avec un seule badge pour circuler dans l’établissement. C’était très compliqué de s’organiser. Il faudrait au moins un badge supplémentaire, car sinon très contraignant.

The pool was clean The list is long..... the shower curtain rod very rusted and fell on head 2 times, kitchen sink faucet a total ripped up mess, t.v. didn't even turn on in one bedroom, walls are dirty in some places, no smoke detector, refrigerator water and ice dispenser filthy, trim is missing in places on floor, not as many towels as there were people, so glad we were only there for 1 night. Never again, pictures of the place with what we witnessed did not match up!

• Dan (5/5): Passable - This was a one bedroom converted to a two bedroom. There was a temporary wall added to create a second bedroom. This new bedroom did not have an AC vent so lattice was used on top of the temp wall for air to pass through. This meant the living room area was very small. The bedding and the outdoor furniture needs updating. We also had just 1 key and 1 fob. This was tricky trying to use the pool at different times. Host was only avail via Text.

• Laurence86 (7/5): This is a 1 bed apartment, converted to 2 beds. - The apartment is a 1 bed, the living room/kitchen has been split so it is now a 2 bedroom place, the kitchen diner has no natural light. Only 1 bathroom.

• Colleen (4/5): It was economical for our group, but I would have paid more to stay somewhere had I known how run down and dirty the con - The Location and lobby were great. The fact that the owner requires that you text a copy of your drivers license before you check in. Very unsettling to send this out to someone you know nothing about. Pillows are about 3 inches thick. Walls are dirty. Definitely run down.

• Christopher (9/5): Great location and easy amenities for a quick getaway with friends! - The door was supposed to be unlocked upon arrival but, with one quick call, we were remotely unlocked and able to gain access to the unit -- and then the key and key fob. The pillows were horrible. The weird lattice at the top of the room that was awkwardly made to make it a 2BR just made it look so tacky. Ideally, it was a 1BR that they (hopefully legally) converted to a 2BR so they could charge more. If you're going to do that, at least do it properly -- and get better bedding.
