• Tiago (8/5): Huge apartment and swimming pool - The apartment is huge, and it has everything you need to cook, wash clothes, and a good hair dryer for the ladies. The swimming pool is very lovely, and all the surroundings are great. There is a nearby grocery shop for quick buys. The floor was not very clean. We like to remove our shoes and walk barefoot or with socks, and in both cases, either the feet or socks would get really dirty, even though the floor didn't look dirty.

• James (10/5): - Hi, i am from PA. I truly liked everything. Convenient location for most parks. Very clean house. Well equipped with everything. We cooked because its well equipped and Walmart is nearby. There is also a grocery store 3 mins away from the address of this house. The owner communicated very well about everything and was always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend anyone to consider booking them for your stay in Orlando.

Dust and dirt everywhere-soles of feet were black after walking around barefoot. Mold on the bathtub. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard with visible food on them-had to be re-washed. The condo listing had a high chair listed- but when we arrived we were told there was no high chair. The swimming pool is under construction- we had to walk across the street to use the other pool.

• Rebecca (10/5): Condo had PLENTY of space, everything we needed and was beautiful and comfortable. - The property was easy to navigate, clean, very well kept, nicely decorated. The path around the pond was very nice and peaceful for being in a major traffic area of the city! It was close to everything although be sure to plan extra time for everything, the lights take FOREVER in the area! We took an Uber to all the parks and it was less than $10/trip so avoided the parking lots and parking fees. They did close the clubhouse pool (the pool closest to the unit) the last evening we were there for what seemed like a silly excuse but we were able to walk on the path across the street to the other pool and it was not a big deal. The pool was quite crowded the first night we were there (Saturday) but not so much the rest of the week. I was told there is a new pool opening soon so that may relieve some of the crowds!

The place looks even nicer in person, than it does in the pictures. After I booked it, I read comments, where people were complaining about bugs. I was a little nervous about that, but did not see any! I will definitely stay here again! Nothing. We loved everything!

As far as the unit itself, the stove and oven was very dirty with crumbs of food stuck in the sides of it , as well as waisted food stains in oven! kitchen cabinet was full of live and dead roaches where the silver ware is located and the pots and pans cabinet was also Full if dead roaches..Beds had no frame jus Mattress and Box spring only! meaning beds was actually on the floor!

• Karen (1/5): cockroaches if you love them stay here - cleaning , they charge $120 cleaning fee for a place that has a lot of cockroaches, it’s no healthy at all when I text the owner about this He said cockroaches are not life risking or a threat for health ! that they will have it during the seasons !! rude and unprofessional
