Emma (8/5): Lovely to return to Kissimmee ❤️ - The location was great, very handy for the 192. However when we booked it we thought it was in Celebration as that was the address and we know the area, so slightly disappointed! Some things didn’t work or needed fixing

Jose (10/5): Had a blast staying here vacation here we come - Love the pool and and layout of the house! vacation vibes Had a few ants and lizards around but over all the house was amazing. And maybe a bit more toilet paper.
francine (5/5): My stay was good. - The access to get in and out. The pond and the pool . Everything as far as the gas station and grocery stores were within the area. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds weren’t comfortable. They were too hard.

Hanaa (8/5): Our stay was beautiful, close to shops and Disney , it was value for money. - The property was spacious, there were multiple bathrooms, all facilities in kitchen and bathroom available. A few things needed maintenance, the sink was partially blocked and other minor issues in kitchen
Lisa (7/5): The stay was nice. - The four bedrooms gave us enough room. Booking.com lied to me. It eas advertised as 2 story but wasn't. It also made me upset that I was told it was in Kissimmee and turned out being in Davenport. Quite a difference from what I was expecting. Not happy with that.

S. (8/5): Lovely property! - It’s a nice property, very clean, with lovely facilities. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would book again if it weren’t for how far away it was from everything. This property was actually in Davenport and was farther away than what we expected. It seemed everywhere we wanted to go, it was at least 40 min away. That would be the only reason that would keep us from booking again.
Lisa (7/5): We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were the only thing we didn’t like, it was hard to sleep comfortably. Other than th - Clean, fresh towels. Great pool! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds. They weren’t terrible but they were very comfortable. They were pretty small too.

Anonymous (5/5): Passable - the property was clean. We were lied to us the description clearly says town homes. When we got there we realized it was an apartment complex we had to stay in the 3 floor I have a son with walking difficulties. I wouldn’t have booked there if I was aware but all the give you is the office address. I was given the address until 1 day before. So we couldn’t really cancel. Also, the description clearly states the “townhome is in Kissimmee but in reality the apartment complex is in Devanport further out than we wanted. Anyways apartment was clean and quiet.

Stephen (8/5): Very good - Lovely and clean. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Decent location in nice neighbourhood and felt very safe. A, little bit dated. Pool was too cold to use and extra charge to heat it up is at least $200. Wasn't the house cm that we chose on booking.com but was same size etc.
Shona (7/5): Lovely spacious villa in quiet area. Dated but well laid out. Good pool, bad management company! - The pool area was fantastic (once we had cleaned it) and the layout of the villa was great for two families. The pool area was very dirty, we spent the first evening cleaning it. Despite what the management company state below, it was not acceptable, muck and leaves everywhere and a cigarette butt/ash left on the small patio table. There were NO cleaning products left for us so we had to buy our own. They also asked us to put the laundry on before we left, again no detergent was provided so this was also at our expense. There was no WiFi or TV (bill had not been paid) so we had to use a significant amount of data to get all the problems sorted...again at our expense. Management company not interested and even thanked us for cleaning the pool area! If you are the owner of this property, find another agent!

My entire family got sick from the dust After we paid the fee for the appartment we learned that an additional $313 had to be paid to the resort. Why not mentioning that from the beginning? The apartment was very basic and old furnitures. Not impressed at all!

Master bath sink is rusted through Several of the blinds are in bad shape Shower in back bathroom drains very slowly Air pump to Jacuzzi has come loose from pvc pipe, I put it back together but it needs to be glued back on Most of the wood surfaces have water damage from drinks No washcloths or hand towels in bathrooms Front door damaged at ground level, casing moves when you push on door Light over master bath tub does not come on Things that could be better without much cost No dish rags for hand washing dishes No wash cloths in bathrooms Knives could stand sharpening More towel would be nice
