Louisa (1/5): - I did not like anything about this property, nor the lack of urgency to correct the mistake or accommodate me fairly. upon arrival, though the property manager was responsive to give me information about my stay, to accommodate the bugs that were flying in around the apartment whenever the AC was blowing. The property manager stated they would send a cleaning person and I said sure, then called me back to state they would assign me to a different room. I waited for them to get back to me for a different room and received no response or sense of urgency to re-assign my flat room.

The door lock had a battery issue with Noone to assist. Wrong instructions given, I stayed outside with my 1yr old baby from 5pm to 11pm time we finally got access to a new flat, no food, no diaper change during that time. Everything was in the flat with lock issue.The following day, we missed our bus back home because we did not still have access to our luggage. Our complaint was not handled seriously. The maintenance team came in at 1pm the that day. We had to buy new tickets. Nightmare nightmare nightmare. I won't recommend this to anyone , dirty windows, dust around the Ac.

Tipo bungalow, te cobran un depósito sin sentido, no es un Hilton o Sheraton, bastante malo en muchas cosas, no hay horno, no hay cafetera, un solo pomo de shampoo? sera caro? no tienen soporte en español. No funcionaba la luz de entrada, el ultimo que barrió el piso dejo los pelos pegados en la escoba, me cobraron por la limpieza¿? luego el check-in todo virtual y es posible que te usen los datos, como posibles estafadores. Ademas querian fumigar en mi ausencia o presencia, en vez de limpiar los alrededores que estaban destozados. Ademas un día vinieron a poner tejas y golpear sin parar el techo, será divertido molestar? Como tiene un cartel de venta por todo el terreno, supongo que ya no invierten nada de $ y ni les interesa, Lo que quieren es vender e irse. Hace rato que está pero falta el inversor, siempre me hospedo por la zona. Por las dudas mantenete dos reservas. Parece ser que no entienden que al turista no hay que molestarlo y ayudarlo. O les sobra el dinero y te hacen un favor ? repugnante, pero me hubiera interesado decirselo cara a cara....(quizás quedó preso en FL)

Voce senta no tronco de madeira que está jogado no estacionamento. Nao tem um lugar para ficar. Parece um motel abandonado na beira de uma estrada. De tudo! Desde a recepçao. Falar com eles por whatssap. Nao houve limpeza de quarto. Reposiçao nem de papel higienico. Banheiro ficou sem limpar durante os quatro dias da nossa hospedagem. Solicitamos limpeza e nao nos atenderam. Dificuldade de conversar por whatssap. Só falam em ingles, nem opçao de espanhol. Péssimo atendimento. Localizaçao otima. Parece um motel. Nunca mais fico lá e nem indico para ninguém.

The location in Wynwood was perfect—everything was close by, from great food spots to fun places to explore. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Our hostess was amazing—so kind, responsive, and accommodating with anything we needed. She truly made the experience even better. I took this trip with my boyfriend as our first couples trip, and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was the perfect place to stay and create such special memories. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami, especially if you want to be in the heart of Wynwood with everything nearby. We will definitely be coming back. Such an amazing experience! There was no complaints. Everything was amazing and smooth.

Anthony (3/5): If you have NO other option this place is ok. - Was close to where I was working that week. Good restaurant across the street. If you have any business or visiting Wynwood I could image this might work. Fridge, tv available. Very noisy the first night and I was waken very early to what sounded like a fight going on outside my window, I was concerned about safety. Booking is extremely difficult you HAVE to have a Drivers License or Passport in order to book. I don't drive and they wouldn't let me use my State ID. She offered to do perjury by using someone else's Drivers License. It also can't be a screen shot of the license for whatever reason. The door didn't work properly, it wouldn't unlock unless you do a jiggle wiggle.

Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité et de produit. Et a partir de la deuxième nuit il y avait pas mal de bêtes, sûrement des petits cafards. J’ai trouver un produit à cafard dans les placard que j’ai dû mettre partout pour ne plus avoir de bêtes.

Mikro och kylskåp med liten frys-del underlättade förvaring utav olika varor. Badrummet var rent, men med ganska slitna golv och väggytor. Inte något som störde funktioner som användes. Saknade någon form av bekvämare fotölj eller stol, att använda när jag skulle titta på teve. Om man ligger i sängen så blir sänggaveln i fotändan ivägen för teverutan. Jag fick ganska ofta meddelanden från värden, och undrade om allt var till belåtenhet. Han tipsade om lämpligt ställe att äta frukost på. Mycket uppskattat av mig! Saknade en skönare sittplats i samband med att jag tittade på teve. Det fanns en enkel stol att sitta på, alternativt ligga i sängen och titta på teve, men då var sänggaveln i vägen... Det var trångt på parkeringen, då övriga gäster hade dåligt omdöme om hur man bör parkera när det finns en begränsad yta. Om man röjer bort grenar från trädet, som hänger ner mot taket av bilen när man parkerar under det, och även klipper häcken vid sidan om, så skulle det skapa bättre utrymme!

Yuriy (1/5): Never again - Nothing It felt like sleeping in a cardboard box: walls so thin I could hear every word my neighbors said, an AC unit from the last century that roared like a plane in the middle of the night, and an old metal frame they dared to call a bed, squeaking with every move. None of these conditions allow for sleep. It is absolutely not worth the lower price. I canceled my second stay five days in advance, yet still didn’t get my money back—so be careful there as well.

I communicated the correct details five weeks before arrival, yet I still received an incorrect invoice with the wrong contact information. Despite pointing this out five times, the invoice was never properly corrected. The document I received states an incorrect address (claiming I live in Miami) and does not even include an invoice number. This caused me significant administrative issues. Fine place for a holiday, but absolutely not acceptable if you need a proper invoice.
Oliver (1/5): Unbearable damp made us find alternative accommodation - The main problem was an overwhelming and unbearable odour of damp. This was extremely unpleasant to breathe, and after only a few minutes we felt it would be hazardous and detrimental to our health to stay any longer, so left to find alternative accommodation. It was also generally shabbier than the photos suggested, with tired cabinets hanging at an angle from the walls. Unfortunately the host has been unwilling to refund the booking which is disappointing since we felt it uninhabitable.

Location was great and wifi good. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear your neighbours. My unit in particular was on the ground floor which I felt a bit nervous about.

Benjamín (9/5): - Apartment was really clean and location is perfect, also Jason was giving us tips and was helpful. You have very cheap laundry downstairs and private parking, we loved that. The AC is very loud and is right next to the bed, so if you are not a hard sleeper, take some earplugs. Also this is not a bad thing, but it would be really helpful if, kitchen would be better equipped (maybe a pan and one more sharp knife)

Despite a no smoking policy, the smell of weed permeated the air. The owner offered me an air purifier and never delivered. All of the furniture in the yard was destroyed. Alison (10/5): PERFECT STAY FOR CLUBBING/SWIMMING - The location was so very good, 20 minutes from South beach, 5 minutes from the clubs, and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!!!! By far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in! We loved everything about this little place. Very clean, accessible, felt like you were immersed in downtown Miami. At times the draft from the bathroom would make the room a bit hotter, but as long as the bathroom door stayed closed it was perfect!
Butikofer (1/5): Small dingy money pit - It was in a good location and smelled clean when we walked in. Linen was also clean. Parking instructions were vague and my car got towed. When I called for help the lady said she couldn't guarantee anything. No one came to give us fresh towels or replenish soap and we stayed for 4 days. There was no towel rack so soggy towels for days. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Parking was horrible. And the building even has a "building not to city code" sign in front! And with all this they had the audacity to charge an extra $150 deposit for keeping their towels clean when they force you to use the same ones because there is no staff on site. Also a $500 no smoking deposit when there are clearly questionable people that walk around common areas smoking. Will never come back here and will definitely never suggest anyone stay here unless your homeless.

Staff was nic - The location is really good, the price is budget friendly Theres no fence in front of the property so anyone can get in what made me feel a little unsafe. The AC was so loud that i couldnt sleep without earplugs and was still noticeable, but because of the unsafe conditions its not the best idea to put earplugs. The heavy smell of mold in the whole aparments made my clothes stinks in less then a full 24 hours.

Zoshia (1/5): I did not stay because I'd probably get bed bugs. - Nothing, I did not stay there because the unit likely had bed bugs. The state of the unit was atrocious. At first glance, it looks moderately clean if a little rundown. I peaked under the bedding to look at the mattress and found blood and sweat stains all over it as well as what looked like mold stains. The blood stains were clear indications of bed bug activity. When I reached out to the host about it they said cleaners could come and change the sheets, which would do nothing to address bed bugs. The unit was ground level and the door only had one small lock. I would not have felt safe there since I was on my own.

Lyndon (1/5): Abominable. - From the start it wasn’t good, locked out of the bathroom, had to go to the local coffee shop to use their toilet, couldn’t have a wash, moved to another room, mould on the ceiling, floorboards rotting, lights not working, then it rained, the roof leaked into the flat onto the bed and my partners clothes the mould affected our breathing, we had to leave, below minimum standard. Nit habitable in any way whatsoever. All rooms were the same. I had to book into a hotel in the end the ordeal was harrowing for my partner. The irony is, after booking with booking.com I was faced with additional sub contracts that would not let me book unless I agreed to sow pretty weird and demanding and constraints. Thinking it must be a very clean and hospital place what could go wrong so I agreed thinking this place must be 5 star. I was told in common areas a smell of smoke could render a forfeit of deposit, I do not smoke but the common areas were all outside where everyone else smoked and there was cigarette stumps outside everywhere. I was told to keep the noise to a minimum and yet wynwood bars and clubs could be heard thumping through the windows even with a to switched on it could be heard. At 3 am in the second room, I had someone knocking on my door, this scared my partner. I was also told if the towels were dirty I could be fined, even with makeup. Needless to say the leaky roof that had been leaking for some time actually leaked brown water onto the floor, meaning the rotting must have started some time before, this is the only way it would be brown, this leaked into a towel (nit my fault). Oh and lastly the ransid smell of urine in the shower. The electrics didn’t work properly either you couldn’t switch the mail light off unless it was balanced in the middle and the shower taps and fixing moved. Needless to say, when I went and booked into a hotel the Arlo, non of these additional constraints were imposed.
