• Savannah (8/5): - Peaceful, clean. Nice little kitchen area A couple things could be improved. The air in the room is very humid so the air always needs to be on and it’s very Loud air conditioning. The TV didn’t work it showed no signal
• Corentin (10/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Super petit logement tout en autonomie vous etes bien placer en 15 a 30min tout depend de la circulation vous etes a miami beach et pour les autre endroit de la ville pareil vous etes placé idealement, la proprietaire est tres reactive elle repond en 5min C'est des details mais le lit un petit peu (c'est personnel) j'ai eu un peu froid certaines nuit

• Amy (6/5): It was a quiet and pleasant stay… once we got into the room! - The property was a cute tiny spot for me and my granddaughter to stay. Definitely better than staying down closer to the water where the nightlife is wild when traveling with a tween! The instructions to enter were not clear. It says to go down the hallway until you see a door that says Tiny on it… that sign is covered by another sign so it took us 30 mins to find the door to the room.

• Coumbi (10/5): Perfect bedroom for a short stay - The bedroom was fully equipped and really clean and the host was very helpful prior my arrival. I recommend this place

• Tony (8/5): Miami - Cheapest place around for a Friday and Saturday night. Safe and secure. Clean A bit too small but manageable. The neighbourhood was a little off putting and one wouldn't be out too late here.

I did not stay I decided to leave the property straight away after being surrounded by druggies and very noisy people staying at the property. The room was too cramped, the wall paint stained, inferior security bars on the windows, blinds broken in the bathroom so people can look in. Loud laundry outside bedroom and bathroom windows. I felt very unsafe. The outside and inside corridor smelt of dope and shady characters living in and around the building. Far away from grocery shops and tourist spots.

• Christina (8/5): Humble and tiny serves its purpose. - The property owner was very nice and understanding. My flight was delayed multiple times, unfortunately. I liked that the alcove was right next to the stadium. I was attending an event. I was able to take my time and freshen up in-between events. It's not a long walk to calle ocho either. The bass from the stadium shook the alcove like a small earthquake, but that comes with the territory. Eventually I slept through it. Also, not too many comfort foods in the area. Door dash saved my vacay!

• David (1/5): Poor stay - The only think I liked is the place's location. Host service was poor. No instructions on how to lock / unlock the door, temp was too freezing and the A/C didn't respond to a warmer temp setting. Cable TV allowed me watch Christian channels only which I'm not into religions. I could not find any sports channel, terrible service
