• Kristen (8/5): We had a very comfortable stay at a nice place in a great location at a great price. - It was a spacious place with comfortable beds, a nice pool area and a fantastic price. We would definitely stay there again. Having 3 comfortable, well sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a washer, dryer and equipped kitchen was wonderful! There were some areas that weren’t very clean. Food on the wall in the kitchen that I cleaned as best as I could, other stains on the walls in the master bedroom and bathroom some of which I cleaned up. The dining room chair cushions were sunken down so they weren’t the most comfortable to sit in. Some dishes in the kitchen were dirty with food bits on them. There were little things like a lamp with a piece broken off the base and a bent curtain rod, a drawer not working in a bathroom cabinet, and I didn’t know if I should document it so the owner knew it was like that before we came, or not.

• Emily (9/5): - Super close to everything even the parks. Loved there was playgrounds and a pool on the property. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again! Only thing we had to complain about is not having much toilet paper or any wash clothes. We had 5 adults and 2 kids for a week and only was given 2-3 rolls. We had to buy toilet paper and wash clothes. We dont necessarily mind buying extra but i beleive when spending so much on a place to stay the property should provide things like that.

Seemed to be a little small then pics indicated but still roomy enough.. would be nice to have an arm chair in living room… ohhh and Kissimmee traffic at night😢😖
• Tiffany (7/5): We made our trip enjoyable given some of the negatives and the place was a great place to sleep! - We liked that it was a great location fairly close to the parks. 6-8 Miles We also liked the price of our stay compared to some other places. I didn't care for the million rules and threats of having to pay for things like trash (which we had to clean out two-month old trash from our bin so we didn't get charged), toilets if they didn't flush (the master bathroom you have to hold down the handle for a long time)... etc. We thought it was very inconvenient to not have any dish soap, dish rags/sponges or even kitchen hand soap. No extra trash bags. That is very inconvenient for a whole family to go out and get those items while we are trying to just enjoy the parks nearby. You can't just buy single trash bags but yet a whole box when we maybe needed 4!
• Elisabeth (8/5): Very good - Nice 3 bedroom apartment. Clean and quiet. Chair I'm bedroom was ripped /damaged when we arrived. No game system was in the unit as advertised. No top sheets were on the beds in 1 bedroom.

• Kinkar (8/5): Pool and More Pool - Pool and Suroundings The kitchen did have cookware. But they were not sufficient. In the starter kit RBR should also add Salt and Paper . This are just good to have suggestions. Otherwise the facility was amazing !!

• Santana (3/5): Good and not good - The water park for the kids They did not leave no paper toilet, their was no cold water in the kitchen sink, they did not leave trash bags only 1 bag for 6 nights had to buy my own also had to buy dishwashing soap and toilet paper, I had to mop the floor because kids feet were black while they were walking. Called maintenance to unclog bathrooms sink and they never showed up. Had a hard time getting in at the gate my names and my guest were never put on the list had to call each time to switch my guest name for family members to come visit very inconvenient.

• Faith (1/5): Luxury Condo (NOT) - Windsor Hills is a wonderful resort, the amenities such as the pool and water slides are a huge plus and we enjoyed this very much. The staff at the pool were very nice, helpful, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here at this resort again, but NOT in the same unit or any unit owned by RBR Vacation homes. We did NOT like our particular "LUXURIOUS CONDO" #404. There wasn't much LUXURY at all. While this condo has great potential, it needs some work, painting, and updating. But most of all, a professional deep cleaning should be done prior to each stay and it is NOT! This condo was FILTHY. Dried spilt food in the burners on the stove, something was spilled and never cleaned from on top the refrigerator, the place had a good inch or more of dust on the ceiling fans, so we couldn't use them. I was afraid to touch or pull back the curtains because of the thick layer of dust on them as well. The screened in balcony had a square cut out of it. And the most disgusting thing yet was the kids bathroom where even though there was tape over the toilet lid as if it had been cleaned, it still had dried on puke and / or feces that had ran down the front of the outside of the toilet and just left there, I had to clean it, it was nasty. Attempts to email the owners were unsuccessful and they didn't return my email until the next day after we were already into our day 1 of a Disney park when I was told if we were uncomfortable we could leave by 3pm and be refunded only for the unused nights. I explained that we were already into our park day 1 of 4 and so that couldn't be am option. Then if this isn't bad enough, on the last day of our stay as we're packing up to check out, there's a knock at the door, it's a dark haired man who is holding up a phone showing a pic of a blonde girl, and points picture saying, "you see?" My husband says no, he says ok, no English, and walks away. Then come to find out it was the cleaning people!!! He was with a short woman with glasses and they were trying to see if we were gone yet. Why be sketchy like that? Very creepy, to say the least. They need to be fired, because the definitely don't clean obviously.
• Belinda (6/5): Pleasant - The pool area is incredible. The kids had a blast and the adults loved the water slides. It was nice that there was food and drinks available at the little market. The condo was great aside from a few things. The pans need to be replaced in the kitchen as the food sticks to them. We could not get the TV in the living room to work and there were so many controllers with no instructions. One of the stove burners doesn't work. A small cooler would have been nice to bring down to the pool.
• Melissa (10/5): Excellent - The place was super nice! They easily accommodated our extra day we needed. Lots to do for the kids. Great location. This Easily slept 6 of us. I really don’t have anything bad to say. We loved our stay. Tv was a little confusing but we figured it out.

• Melissa (9/5): Great experience at the condo! - The condo was comfortable and very close to the Disney Parks. And the pool area was very relaxing for the adults and splashpad was fun for the kids. The condo could have been cleaned a little better as the floors were dirty and the bathrooms weren't very clean.

I had to wipe down the Disney wall in bedroom. very dusty!! Also all the curtains and ceiling fans were very dusty. couldn’t turn on fans did to dust flying off. Condo needs to be painted and done new bed pillows.
