Puntos a mejorar segun mi experiencia: Colchones mas comodos es fundamental. El agua en la ducha, ver que salga con mas potencia, salia muy suave. La lavadora/secadora, solo la use una vez porque requiere de una mejor instalación. Por ultimo, algun mueble adicional para guardar ropa. La estadía fue buena, son sugerencias para mejorar.

Der Vermieter wurde von uns informiert, allerdings hat dieser sich nicht darum gekümmert, obwohl in den Mietobjekten keine Parties erlaubt sind. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht über diese Reaktion und das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen!

It’s located just minutes from the mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe, – we especially enjoyed the pool . The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. If you’re visiting North Miami, Sunny Isles, or planning to shop at Aventura Mall, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area!

• Ilan (9/5): Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in Aventura. - The apartment was specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable . Christian was responsive and helpful in taking care of few issues that came up. we would appreciate getting the parking payment instruction 24 hours (or at least 5-6 hours) ahead of check in time and not an hour before it. The location is a bit off and you'll need a car to get around. Additional plates, silverware ( there were only 4 teaspoons)and having wine glasses would be great.

But if you are planning to go to the Aventura mall, Hallandale beach is very close to and is a very nice area. Inside the apartment you find everything you need, very well designed, very good staff working there, very good Wii fii, I will stay here again if I comeback to Miami. Everything was ok.

Loved that there was a full size kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Unit could've been cleaner. But to be fair, we did have an earlier check in so the cleaning was probably rushed. The pots and pans can be updated as they were teflon and scratched up and the spatulas were plastic and melted, silicone can be a good durable choice!

Sheets were dirty in one of the rooms, counters were dirty/sticky in one of the rooms, some spots on the floor were missed while sweeping/mopping in one of the rooms.

• Keren (9/5): Great place for families (we were a group of 8 and rented 2 rooms) - Clean, spacious, comfortable, great place to stay.
• Patricia (6/5): Pleasant - A little tricky for the uber driver to find the correct entrance Property/door lock was not lit well enough to enter code in the evening. Bath tub drain would not close.

• dwayne (10/5): - Property was very nice. The host was impeccable! There is some minor construction in the area but it did not interfere with our stay. Bright line train was a couple of blocks away and Aventura mall right across the highway. The accomodations were just what we needed.

• Jocelyne (10/5): Fantastic - The apartment was clean, the beds are quite comfortable, we felt at home. We liked the security of the building and the host Christian's attention was excellent, very attentive and nice.

As a whole it was very welcoming Not too much to complain about. There were a couple burnt out light bulbs and no hand towels or wash cloth for the bathroom. But not the end of the world
• Andrew (10/5): - Overall, a great stay. Property was well presents and everything was as per the photos. It is located on a reasonably busy side road with many cars braking in all hours - so just be mindful that this is located in an urban area and your bedroom backs on to this. There is nothing that the property manager can do - it’s just a comment. I would stay again if I visited Miami.

• Moshe (10/5): - I spent 3 nights here with my wife and two children. The apartment is large and accommodating, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. This is a safe area, but not exactly walkable to area restaurants given the traffic, heavy construction, and roadwork everywhere.

• Anonymous (3/5): Loud and uncomfortable. Would NOT recommend! - Not the greatest location. Paper thin walls - you can hear EVERYTHING on the street and the tenants around you. Awful if you want any quiet, contrary to the previous reviews I read! Bed sheets had stains on them and the mattresses were incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. We complained about the noise several times but nothing was done so we had to leave and get a hotel as there was no way we’d be able to get any sleep there. TERRIBLE start to our trip. Look elsewhere if you want a quiet, clean and comfortable stay. Would not recommend.
