• Pierre (7/5): On peut s'en satisfaire - La qualité de la literie L'emplacement avec la proximité des petits commerces (boulangerie, primeurs, petite épicerie) et des restaurants Les pièces à vivre sont petites. L'espace repas est exigu avec une table pour 6 personnes et seulement 6 chaises alors que nous étions 8 (location maximum pour 9) Très peu de vaisselles (seulement 4 mugs et quelques petites cuillères) Il n'y a que 3 chambres doubles et 1 chambre simple, ce qui oblige à coucher sur le canapé du salon (pièce sans porte) Chaque chambre double est à un niveau différent et a une salle de bains au même niveau, par contre la 4ème salle de bains est au 3ème niveau alors que le canapé est au rez de chaussée
• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - We had a truly wonderful experience staying in this four-story villa located right in the center of Istanbul, just a hundred meters from Taksim Square and all the main attractions. The location is absolutely perfect — everything is within walking distance. The villa itself is incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Every detail is carefully thought out, with tasteful decor and a harmonious color palette that creates a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. It really feels like home. Everything you could possibly need for living is provided and everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The garden is lovely and peaceful, the terrace and veranda are perfect for relaxing, and there are beautiful balconies that offer charming views. Every space in the house is inviting and carefully arranged for maximum comfort. The overall coziness, and the high level of comfort truly exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Istanbul.
• Zakariya (10/5): Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Istanbul! - We had an amazing stay at AB Residences! The villa is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect—just a couple of minutes from İstiklal Street, Taksim Square, and the Cihangir area. With so many restaurants and cafés nearby, it was easy to explore and enjoy the local flavors. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and the Nespresso machine with free capsules was a wonderful touch! It made our mornings even better. Despite arriving late, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the host, which made us feel at home right away. The host was superb, always available and helpful. Overall, this is a highly recommended place for anyone visiting Istanbul. We can’t wait to come back!
• Steve (5/5): Passable - Location was great. It was cold so we couldn’t use the terrace much but that was the best part of the villa. Washer leaked all over the floor. First night there it rained and we had a ceiling dripping water onto the terrazzo stairs making them slippery. A bit rundown from what the pictures show. WiFi only works on lower floors. If you don’t mind A LOT of stairs it’s a cool place if you don’t mind the quirks. More for a younger, energetic guest. Great cafe next door that we ate at many times. Beds were comfortable. Host was amiable and responsive to our issues. Too many stairs

• Muresan (10/5): Exceptional - Our brief two-night stay in Istanbul was made all the more memorable by our choice of accommodation, a quaint villa just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square. While our time was short, the villa left a lasting impression. The villa, was cleverly designed with three floors and a basement, providing ample space for our needs. On the ground floor, we found a welcoming open kitchen and a cozy living area equipped with a smart TV—a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploration. The first floor featured not one, but two bedrooms. One was a comfortable bedroom and the other, a smaller yet cozy space that added flexibility to our sleeping arrangements. Both rooms shared a convenient bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering privacy and comfort. Climbing up to the second floor, we discovered another inviting bedroom, a bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath—an unexpected delight that added a touch of opulence to our stay. Ascending to the third floor, we were pleasantly surprised to find yet another kitchen, accompanied by a terrace where we could enjoy the fresh air and the ambiance of Istanbul. It was a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening conversations. The basement floor provided additional convenience with a bathroom equiped with a washing machine and an extra living area. We also noted an outdoor area where it appeared they were in the process of creating a garden—an exciting prospect for future guests. The villa was luxuriously decorated, and the quality of the furnishings and beddings was evident. Our host was friendly and responsive to our inquiries, always just a text message away. In conclusion, our short stay near Taksim Square was made comfortable and enjoyable thanks to this charming villa. If you're looking for a well-designed and conveniently located place to stay in Istanbul, this villa is certainly worth considering. We left with the hope of returning someday to see the garden in full bloom.
• Simon (10/5): Magical Istanbul - This property is an absolute hidden gem! 10/10 on every level. Roof Terrace is a great bonus. We had 2 Kitchens, 4 Bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms! Spoilt for choice honestly. It was myself, my husband and our two sons aged 21 and 23. We all thoroughly enjoyed the property and the location is spot on. Everything in walking distance. The host Tolga? What a true gentleman. He was superb from start to finish. Organised Taxis/Dinner Reservations. Even took us on a tour of the local area on foot showing us bars, shops, restaurants etc. Unfortunately I had a fall whilst in Istanbul and needed to go to A&E as I had injured my ankle. Tolga collected me and my husband from the property and took us to the hospital. He stayed with us and translated with paperwork and the doctors etc. The hospital was amazing and looked after me every step of the way. We could never thank him enough. Myself and my family now class Tolga as a dear friend rather than a host. We cannot wait to return. 7 nights wasn't long enough. Fantastic Trip. Nothing. The property is on 4 floors so please bare this in mind if you have mobility issues.
• Gokhan (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely charming in a great area with a very attentive host. It was like finding a gem.Location itself is amazing.Couple walks away from Istiklal and Taxim square. Villa is very well decorated which has 4 floors and all is yours :)There is also terrace upstairs where you could enjoy you morning coffe and evening drinks there.There are 3 main bedrooms and 2 livings rooms with 4 individual bathrooms. Loved the place .Highly recommended. It was quite short stay. Other than that all went well and smooth. I am now very looking forward to staying here again.
