• alex (10/5): Great location, nice tidy apartments and quick responses from owner - The location was great and felt like a really safe area. The person managing the property was very helpful and very quick to respond Not much water pressure. But if that’s the only downside then I think that’s pretty good!
• Marleen (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf! - Wat een groot appartement zeg! Super ruim en het zit echt op een heel fijne en rustige locatie! Op loopafstand van een supermarkt en je bent ook zo in de drukte als je dat wilt op de Santa Monica blvrd. We voelde ons echt thuis!
• Gabriela (9/5): Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with a lovely spot to enjoy my mornings - Location, little yard in front of it was extremely useful for me to savour in the morning my coffee , also all that you need if you’re interested to cooking for breakfast or for lunch and dinner. I had a pleasant stay overall, and everything was well arranged. The only small issue I noticed was an occasional smell coming from the drainage, which might be something temporary. I understand this is not anyone’s fault, but I thought it was worth mentioning for future improvement.

• cascales lopez (7/5): - The location is the best part of the accomodation, very nice neighbourhood, close to all amenities, like groceries, restaurants, laundry room, cafes, shops...We totally enjoyed our stay there. Nevertheless, there were a couple of thing I would like to mention: tv was not really special, maybe something to improve, toilette paper was just one roll, maybe some stuff to clean (we stayed for a week and we missed products to clean the bathroom for instance). Just little things that can make the stay even better. Best wishes, Ester.
• Gwenn (5/5): Not "Chic" - The location of the apartment was good. The apartment was clean I stayed for 3 weeks and no towels or sheets were changed. And there is no washing machine in the apartment. There were only 3 knives for silverware. Not many mugs either. There was no hair dryer as advertised. The terrace advertised was unreachable as no door, only a window. There is nothing "Chic" about the apartment. It's quite dark and furnished with old and very low quality furniture.
• Esther (8/5): Super Kommunikation, toll gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet das man so braucht! - Sehr gut gelegen und kein Straßenlärm, einfach zu finden. Küche Bad und Schlafzimmer ausreichend, wobei die Möbel schon ziemlich abgenutzt sind. Super Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. In 10 min mit dem Auto am Strand oder der Einkaufsmeile, Supermärkte 3 Minuten zu Fuß, genug Restaurants in der Umgebung. Autoverleih direkt gegenüber der Straße, muss also nicht zwingend am Flughafen gemacht werden. Alle Wohnungen im Haus sind Ferienwohnungen. Gerne wieder :) Hellhörig, man hört die Gäste von oben deutlich und ein besserer Staubsauger wäre super, damit man zwischendurch putzen kann.

• Людмила (2/5): Terrible apartment - Located in a good location in Santa Monica, about a 40-minute walk to the ocean, grocery stores nearby (Target store 5 minutes, The Whole Foods 10 minutes), and many cafes nearby. The hostess responds to requests, but not always quickly. The apartment does not correspond to the price. The windows are cracked and difficult to open. The sofa is torn. Upon arrival, a full cleaning is NOT carried out as stated. For three days there was no hot water or gas, the door either did not open using the combination lock, or did not close. After complaints, I was given an apartment, that is located next door. But even there the only thing that was better was a door lock and the availability of hot water. The cleaning was not done properly, there was dark hair everywhere (I am blonde), the bed was dirty, especially the mattress was all stained. And the towels were dirty, and stained. The quantity of towels, bed linen, toilet paper and other hygiene products does not correspond to the norm - I rented an apartment for a month, the quantity was provided for 5-7 days (one change of linen). I had to buy additional toilet paper and so on.
