• Gavin (10/5): Want to stay downtown, stay here. - Apt was modern clean and well furnished. With a big living space and 2 bedrooms. A big modern kitchen with fridge, oven, washer and dryer. Everything you need. The space had ducted heating/cooling and 2 bathrooms with good showers. There was a massive tv with espn, Hulu, and other tv apps. Location is downtown. Not the prettiest location but this is the same much of LA with graffiti, shuttered building and homelessness. Location is literally just 10 min walk from crypto/live area. A very good burger place next door open to midnight. We used Waymo everywhere an also walked everywhere in downtown including market and metro. If you want to stay downtown, this is a fab place to stay. Property managers were very responsive before, during and after stay. 10/10. Genuine review.

On avait une clé pour la salle de gym et de jeux mais elle ne fonctionnait pas et le gardien n’était plus là quand on a voulu y aller, donc pas accessible. There was a rooftop that was closed due to work being done and this wasn't told to us before we arrived.

• Bridgett (10/5): Worth every dollar - The location was perfect and convenient to everywhere we had scheduled to go. The loft was cozy and had personal touches. Staff was wonderful and made it very safe to enter and exit. Parking in a secure covered garage was just around the corner which was a great option to have. There was no ventilation for the rooms or bathrooms but this was just a minor thing.
• Muralidharan (10/5): Huge loft in the heart of downtown with extremely responsive hosts. - Andi came over to meet us even though it was 1:00am in the morning. She was very warm and friendly and explained to us all the details we needed to know at the loft and we felt very welcome.
• Mason (10/5): Loved it! - Originally wanted to book a house, but changed our decision last minute and did not regret it. We wanted a quiet, peaceful place, where nothing will bother us and that's what we got. The apartment was very clean and full of light. Extra points for having a code lock, allowing us to just leave the place when we wanted without the need to give someone the keys. Totally recommend it!

Even though our stay was brief, we really enjoyed the apartment. It’s well-equipped, thoughtfully organized, and super convenient. As someone who lives in a house, I especially appreciated the view from the high floor—it added something special to the stay.

• Kate (7/5): Functional space for work and access to the garment district - It served our purpose of needing two rooms, a kitchen, and shared work/sitting space. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave, tea and coffee. Functional is the most appropriate word I would pick. Whole Foods is 4 blocks away and it's near the garment district which was my prime motivation on selecting this property. FYI - there isn't an on site host so getting into the building has to be coordinated based on your estimated arrival time. The corridors are noisy because there is so much concrete and tile and no soft furnishings to buffer noise; the lifts and downstairs entry way are dirty. One of the bedrooms is fully enclosed but the other is divided from the living area by a glass screen which does not go all the way to the ceiling so it is not a sound barrier. The area is in the transition zone of historic downtown so I probably wouldn't pick it again.

• Artur (1/5): Bad - Dishonest people. During check in I was instructed where to park my car while picking up the keys. A girl literally came out and showed me a spot. After 10 minutes I got a $350 fine for illegal parking. I suggested that they give me a discount on renting the apartment in the amount of the fine but they completely ignored me. The building and apartment itself are quite old and dirty. The biggest problem is the leaky windows which makes it very loud and impossible to sleep. At night you can often hear police or ambulance sirens. The owner left earplugs in the apartment but I guess that's not the point of sleeping in earplugs. To sum up - I recommend looking for another apartment and working with honest and responsible people. There are many more interesting apartments in the area.
• True (8/5): Very nice apartment managed by friendly people. - This is a nice two bedroom apartment in Central LA. The hosts were helpful and friendly. There is a good breakfast cafe close by, and it is close to major freeways. The apartment is a few blocks away from Skid Row, a large homeless encampment. We have no hate or fear of homeless people and often help them; I didn't spend effort to see what the situation was in advance. However, when you have a larger group like I did, and you are responsible for their safety as I was, it would be helpful to have basic information about the situation before booking. I would probably still have booked had I known, but the truth should have been addressed by the landlord in advance. The truth is you will encounter quite a few homeless people in the area. Most of them are harmless. Just folks down on their luck, possibly addicted to one or more substances. You need to be aware of this and know how to manage the situation in advance. I suggest that the landlord note this in a transparent way for future guests. You should also know that if you book by credit card, once you arrive you will be asked to pay by cash. This information does not appear anywhere on the booking page. It should.

Comfortable beds and good sized apartment. Even though we were fairly high up the noises from the street could still be heard overnight. That said, there's not much you could really do about it.

The staff were super kind helpful communicated really well helped with the check in the parking and generally went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy and comfy. We had 7 people in the apartment and managed great. The sofa bed was comfy.

We also used the 'Red-Bus', we were close to a pick up point. Meeting our host for key exchange and instructions was very easy. Didn't feel safe to walk around the area at night. We used Uber to get back to our apartment when we were out after dark.

• Andrey (10/5): Perfect location and nice unit - I just spent a few days in this awesome apartment in Downtown LA, and it was perfect. If you're looking for a place that’s close to everything—sightseeing, restaurants, and even the beach—this is it! The location couldn’t be better. You're right in the center of Downtown, so you're close to all the cool spots like LA LIVE, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and even the fun little spots like Grand Central Market. Plus, the beach is just a short drive away, so I was able to do both city and beach days without a hassle. The neighborhood felt safe, and there are tons of places to grab food or coffee within walking distance. The perfect location since we wanted to visit all attractions like Disney park, Universal, 6 Flags, Santa Monica etc and the parking fee was reasonable ($25 compare to hotels $45), The only thing we had to reserve parking prior our stay

• John (10/5): Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bathroom - It was very central and our 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 5 was great; 1 double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 double beds shared by our 3 boys. Beds were comfortable and enough pillows. All the room air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed it so much! The underground parking is nice but in the next building. Not a problem though as the area is pretty much safe

• Magdalena (9/5): Highly recommend apartment and host Angelina! - Angelina, our host, you are the greatest! And very supportive! A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, well-maintained, clean, and located in the city center. A paid garage is also available (right next to the apartment), which is extremely convenient. It is situated on the 11th floor, which is definitely an advantage of this place. The views from the windows are pleasant, as befits a central location. There was a bit of dust in the corners ;) But overall, there’s nothing about the apartment that I didn’t like. The only downside is the notorious issue in Los Angeles, which unfortunately isn’t easy to improve: the presence of drug users and homeless people, who are everywhere (whether it's downtown, the beach, or upscale neighborhoods). Sadly, their shouts can be heard even from the 11th floor at night, and stepping out of the building in the morning, you might encounter their waste (not only trash...).

• Mark (7/5): interesting experience staying in downtown LA - apartment is very modern, funky and located in a cool historic building. apartment manager was very lovely and helpful, and it was easy to settle in. had some plumbing issues but it was resolved the next day. it can get quite noisy outside at night, understandably because its in the middle of the downtown. if you are looking for quiet sleep it’s not for you.
• Azya_72 (5/5): Passable - A good sized apartment for a family. The TV was not working. We were only offered another apartment after we decided to check out early. The advertised beautiful open terrace was not actually available for use. The neighbourhood smells of urine. The property is a few blocks away from skid row area. 9th Street to 11th Street side of the property is probably a much better area to explore on your first day rather than towards the 7th Street and 6th Street. Comfortable and safe feeling in LA is very much about which part of the street and avenue.

• Jordan (3/5): beware- false advertisement - The rooms and bathroom were spacious enough. I liked that there was security at the property. Air conditioner was broke on arrival of day. I asked when would it be fixed, they told me to open up a window. The rooftop which is the main reason I booked was closed for renovations. There was a $200 security deposit, which was strange to me but I still have yet to receive my refund. I will not be back, my experience here was not pleasant.

• Eshel (1/5): Bad - Called the morning of the reservation to confirm I was arriving that evening. Called when I was 20 minutes away and the woman said 'oh no, something has happened. your reservation is no longer valid.' She offered no explanations and no solutions. I asked if there was a way to speak face to face. She said no. I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes, but couldn't do anything. Luckily there was a legitimate hotel nearby that had availability. This place is either a scam, or so poorly run that it may as well be.
