• Javier (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed the comfortness and the location the most at John's house. He was really kind and helpful. It was a really nice stay and a great place to spend some nights in Miami.
• Christine (5/5): Bad neighborhood. Weird to be in someone’s backyard. Insufficient amenities. - The bed and pillows were comfortable. This was an apartment type thing in someone’s backyard which wasn’t clear and felt odd. We were given 1 towel each for a 3 night stay, no bath soap or washcloths. Internet was in and out frequently. Living room chairs were stained. Most noteworthy, we had to forfeit our last night because of a family emergency. Even though I understand non-refundable, I do think there are circumstances that require special consideration. I asked twice to be considered for even a partial refund for the last night but it wasn’t acknowledged. On top of this, I wasn’t comfortable in that backyard and definitely not a good neighborhood. Didn’t feel safe with my car parked on the street.
• Wojciech (10/5): Exceptional - John is very friendly and helping host. About the apartament, you can find there all you need. Będę arę super comfortable and garden adorable. Super place to chilli and still very close to all attractions. I recommend 100%, definitely would come back. Nothing.
• Lindsey (8/5): Cute place but make sure to bring everything you will need for your stay - I gave it an 8 for the location, it's pretty much central to every where we went and it's a cute guest house. Did not see host during stay. There were no wash clothes, only 2 towels when location was booked for 3 people for 2 nights. I recommend putting a TV in the bedroom since the living room furniture is not comfortable to sit everyone in all the time. Couldn't take trash out during stay, no trash bags provided. Had to go buy toilet paper because only 1 roll was provided for 3 people to use for 2 days.
• David (9/5): Superb - This place was much bigger than we expected, with a full kitchen and laundry. We found it easy to get into Miami Beach (20 minutes) and down to Little Havana (20 minutes). The beds were a bit soft for us, but we like REALLY firm mattresses.
• Henry (9/5): Superb - This place was a dream come true for me and my wife of our 4th year wedding Anniversary. I could not have asked for a better place celebrate our union. I caught a cold and was bed ridden two of the 8 days of my stay but even that was tolerable.
• Kathleen (8/5): We were comfortable and it was not nice enough for us to enjoy the outdoors! - location and the cottage was comfortable There were minimum kitchen supplies such a 1 glass which made it difficult to function.

• Alice (10/5): Exceptional - Calmi and cozy atmosphere, felt like you were in a tropical Island. Well equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Peaceful environment!!
