- Precious (1/5): I didn't stay at this roach motel.... it was disgusting!! - Nothing, I left the premises an hour after checking in. There were baby roaches in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There was hair on the tub and the bathroom floor. This place was not clean at all!

- Carla (1/5): Cockroaches invaded the apartment - The location is great. From the second night onwards, cockroaches invaded the apartment, probably coming from a nest behind the refrigerator. The cockroaches spread throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, and my husband and I tried to kill them. I contacted the host, who promised to send a cleaner the next day to check what was happening. She made us schedule a time to wait for the person, who never showed up. In other words, the host deceived us by pretending she would send the housekeeper just to prevent us from complaining. On the third night, even more cockroaches invaded the apartment—for some reason, they appeared at night and kept getting bigger.

Best days of apartment are far away behind it and many features are spent or are almost broken like door lock that moves. I still have not received invoice for stay even though I asked for it and provided details during booking process.
- Steve (6/5): Pleasant - The Washing machine was not working so we had to take everything to the laundromat. They only let us have one key and the lock was close to falling off the door. We weren’t sure how secure it was and were worried when we weren’t not in the apartment.

- Eunice (7/5): Good - The location was very ideal with a mini mart and a pharmacy with other convenient items and the metro mover all within walking distance I must say that the apartment is on the 21st floor and the picture now shown for my rating is in-correct

- Fatima (10/5): Highly recommend this place, clean, great view and helpful host, it the best choice to stay - The property was very clean,location was really convenient, I didn't need to use my car everything was near. The most important is that the host was really helpful and responding all the time. I highly recommend this great apartment. The parking was in floor 20 it was not practical to spend 20min twice a day, but the the valet guys were really helpful.
- Moneeka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a great size. For sure, this apartment is for long stays too. There is everything that you need. Today is our last day and we are very sorry to leave. There is a massive pool, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to try it. What is a great bonus is the parking and WiFi. I definitely recommend it! Also, the communication with the owner was on the top. Thank you! 😊 N/A

- Anthony (9/5): Superb - Apartment was nice with a big balcony. No anti smoking literature was on the balcony. Bed was comfortable. Bathrrom was nice. TV was adequate. The parking spot was too high on the 10th floor. 17 tight turns to get the spot was annoying. Owner should try to get a lower floor parking spot.
- Craig (8/5): Great location and comfortable place to stay. Overall I was very happy with the apartment - The location in the financial district was excellent. The ad said the apartment was on Level 25 - when we got to the property we found out it was Level 21 - whilst not a big deal about the 4 floor difference the ad should have stated the correct floor. There was no coffee provided despite the apartment having a coffee machine. Also there was minimal toilet paper and washing machine tablets provided upon arrival. Although the host came to provide these two items when requested there should have been a greater supply provided upon arrival

- Rigo (9/5): Great, would come again. - Walkable distances to restaurants and clubs. Facilities inside the building are well taken care of in terms of cleanliness, some machines are unavailable but that seems to be the case with most gyms. Balcony view is a sight to see, great location to take pictures or just relax and enjoy a coffee or conversation. Wifi and Smart TV made spending time inside the apartment enjoyable. Plenty of utensils available to be able to eat @ home. No form of media available in the bedroom. Bathroom was clean as a whole but could nitpick certain areas such as the shower leaking out a puddle of water no matter how you tried to prevent it.

- Helen (10/5): I am very, very happy to have stayed here! - The location was central. This was a very spacious condo with a large well equipped gym, 2 swimming pools, hot tub and games room. There was laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. The kitchen had dishes and cutlery. Definitely worthwhile to stay here. We were able to leave our luggage early in the morning with the front desk concierge, for $5 each luggage. Nothing needed to be improved on.

- Janelle (3/5): IT WAS TERRIBLE! - Nothing. It was filthy at checkin. the shower curtain liner was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Instead of changing it it was removed and were left with a fabric shower curtain that left the floor soaking wet. the bath was filthy we had to wash it. There were roaches. the curtain fell off the rod because it was taped up there. The chairs were cheap and the legs were literally coming from under them the garbage disposal didnt work. It generally was not clean and i 100 will never stay there again. I URGE you to save your money. stay elsewehere!!
