• Dolia (10/5): Fantastic & 100% safe and secure property with a view on Marina - The property has an amazing view and a fantastic location. It's much more spacious than the photos suggest and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. I noticed some reviews mentioned the limited amenities, but I personally didn’t mind picking up a few extras like toilet paper and air freshener - Ralphs and Trader Joe’s are just a 15-min walk away. The view is simply stunning - breathtaking both during the day and at night. I also really appreciated that the bathroom had a handheld showerhead, not just a fixed one, which made things more convenient. And finally, the hosts - absolutely the kindest and most pleasant people I’ve encountered in all my booking experiences. This place isn’t ideal for those who rely on food deliveries, as it’s clearly stated they’re not allowed - but it does come with a fully equipped, very comfy kitchen, so you can easily cook for yourself. As well for those who tend to wake up later - there are no blackouts in the bedroom - do not forget your sleeping masks and earplugs - as the tennis court is opposite your windows, but it's kinda not very noisy.

• Kate (1/5): I only stayed at the apartment for 5 minutes ! Not suitable for a family ! Dark and dirty! - Nothing ! We arrived at the property and left within 5 minutes as there was no way I was staying there with my family , the apartment is dark and dirty , glass on the floor and no Suitable beds / sofa bed for the children which I had paid an additional £500 for!no suitable bedding just fluffy throws: blankets. The balcony door didn’t shut properly ! I called the owner to say we wouldn’t be staying and was met by a hurl of abuse, I asked for a refund the owner advised I would need to call booking.com which i did straight away which took 1 hour 30 minutes they liaised with the owner , the owner advised as it was a non refundable booking they would give a 50 percent refund ! Booking.com advised me on the telephone the refund would be in my account within 5-7 days ! Then 2 days later I get an email to say the owners had changed their mind and no refund was being given !
• Patrice (6/5): Pleasant - Nice view, good location. I did not like that I had to lie to the guard gate attendant and say I lived there to get through the gate. There should be a visitor pass available, but to ask us to be dishonest did not sit well with me. We had one guard challenge us on if we were truly residents. I truly hated being put on the spot like that. I will never be put in a position to lie again especially when the owner should have the parking already figured out. Also, there is no tv in the bedroom I like to relax in bed and watch tv at the end of the day. Furniture is old and dated. But the owner was nice except for the lying bit.

• David (10/5): A very comfortable and enjoyable stay - Location is a beautiful spot overlooking the Marina Del Rey marina. It is not only a beautiful and very convenient location for good restaurants, shopping and LAX airport -15 minutes away. The apartment itself is very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Would happily stay there again !
