Se escucha todo el ruido, estábamos al lado de la recepción. Entra la luz del día por la ventana, creo que deberíais de poner una cortina de tela no esa cortina que hay. Hay una persona que cada día por la mañana a primera hora va al baño y hace muchos ruidos asquerosos con la boca lavándose los dientes o no sé que hace pero es muy desagradable.

• Dulceneia (10/5): Very clean, safe, comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating. - The location was very convenient as there are many restaurants and convenient stores near by. The initial website description was a bit misleading as it stated a "view" however the first room I booked had no windows and no view. Located on a very busy street, which makes it not so quiet for sleeping, but it's too bad.

• Océane (10/5): - Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet établissement que nous avons beaucoup aimé. Il est un peu à l'écart du centre ville ce qui permet d'être de profiter d'un endroit plus calme et loin de l'agitation, mais vous avez tout ce qui faut en bas de l'hôtel : restaurants, cafés, supérettes... À notre arrivé nous avons eu un léger problème avec la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain la réceptionniste et le gardien de l'hôtel on été disponible immédiatement et nous on aidé rapidement. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours, les serviettes changées et des bouteilles d'eau emmenées en chambre tous les jours. Une mention spéciale au gardien de nuit de l'hôtel qui était la pendant notre séjour et qui veillait sur l'hôtel, qui était très souriant et très disponible. Nous recommandons cet établissement à Ho Chi Minh !

• Sergii (9/5): В целом номер понравился, хорошее расположение, прогулка до музея занимает 30мин, от аэропорта 10 минут на такси-4$ - Чисто, достаточно просторный номер, есть горячая вода, неслышный кондиционер, сейф, водичка-чай-кофе, чистое постельное, полотенца . Можно оплатить картой Шумоизоляция-хоть улицы и не слышно, но слышно все, что происходит у соседей, а встают они рано, поэтому если вы спите чутко, готовьтесь просыпаться в 6. Окно выходит в какую-то шахту.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Great hotel located in the old quarter. No expensive and the rooms were clean and very quiet. We had two power outages due to a thunderstorm, but nothing the hotel could do about that :)
• Thao (8/5): Very good - Perfect location with plenty of food options. Clean, modern and good size room. Friendly staff. I booked a studio and it comes with small kitchenette with bowls. Bottle water doesn’t taste good to me. Maybe the hotel should change to a different brand for bottle water. Only one key card is super annoying when we have 2 people.

• Andrew (10/5): Clean hotel in a perfect location! - The hotel is on a culinary street with so many coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries around. Everything is walking distance. Laundromat, Catholic churches are also walking distance. It is about 12-15 minute driver from Tan Son Nhat airport. Room is clean daily with 2 free bottles of water. It is an apartment styles, so each room has big fridge and little kitchenette (microwave, burner, plates and utensils). Staff from security guards (24 hrs) to receptionist and housekeeping, all are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Few karaoke shops near by play loud music till 5AM in the morning but this is not hotel faults. You can either use ear plugs or pick the room in the back of the hotel if you are light sleeper. However, rooms in the back will lack of natural lights.

You can get everything you need within the walking distance Quite expensive for the size of a room. They charged for the price of a n apartment, although they provided fridge and cook top but it’s the size of double bed hotel room
• Andrew (10/5): Great hotel in a perfect location! - My family and had stayed here multiple days in March 2024. My room was 501. Room was clean and spacious. AC, fridge and safe deposit box worked very well even the safe was not attached to the wall. The best thing about the room was I did not have to use the key card to turn on the AC in the room. So I could keep the room cool when I was out. The hotel had 2 security staff (Dung and Hai) 24/7 and these 2 men were very attentive and incredible helpful. They helped us with our luggage the moment we arrived and also when we left. They always smiled and opened the door and elevator for us. Upon checking in, they even brought our luggage to our room. Receptionist and housekeeping staff were also very nice and polite. My room were clean every day. The hotel was in a perfection location. There was like endless restaurants around with Asian and Western foods. You could find pretty much any foods you were craving for. There were also many hair salons, laundry service, churches and local market within walking distance from the hotel. It took around 15 minute drive from the hotel to the Tan Son Nhat airport. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. During my stay, there were few days I saw tiny ants in the room. I noticed housekeeping and they resolved the issue with an insect spray. My family members' rooms did not have the ant issue. There was one strange issue that I had encountered during my stay was when the hotel next door doing construction work, somehow, I heard crawling noise from inside the walk of my room. Sometimes it happened during the day and other time it happened in 2, 3AM. I reported the issue to the front desk but there was nothing they could do since the noise from the hotel next door.

• Andre (8/5): Very good - Staff is very kind, even the security guard opening the door and saying hello every time. Great place. There was construction on the side building next to our room, so concrete drilling and hammering from 7am to 10pm on some nights. First morning they even started at 6h15... I understand this is not under their control. The hostel offered us a 15% rabate which was cool but at the end we book a room to sleep and that was not perfectly what happened during our stay.

Close to eateries and my destinations. Excellent 24 hrs hotel security . Small kitchenette is perfect with cutlery but no pot and pans to cook with. No exhaust fan in the bathroom for moisture absorption . On common exhaust fan on the far corner of the room is a bit impractical.

• Cynthia (8/5): Good, clean, hotel room. - Nice little place. The only drawback is that you have a stove, but nothing to cook with. There is no table and chairs so that you can sit down to eat. A suggestion that I would like to make is to put the TV up higher on the wall and put two chairs with a small table that folds out from the wall under the TV. Good security. Someone always there to hold the door coming in. It's definitely the best place in the area we stayed. See below.
