• Fahad (3/5): لا يمكن أن اعود لها - المطبخ فقط Kitchen only تعامل المالك وصعوبة إستلام الشقة وعدم نظافة الشقة إزدحام العمارة البياضات منشورة على المنشر صعوبة استلام الشقة الشقة تقع في عمارة بحي سكني مكتظ بالسكان المحليين وتحت العمارة مول كبير وأصنصير العمارة مزحوم جدا الشقة دخلناها وهي غير مرتبه وغرفة النوم غير مرتبه انتظرنا وقت لكي يتم تنظيفها وترتيبها شعر المستأجرين السابقين متواجد بكثرة على الأرض جميع المرافق الترفيهيه بالصور مثل العاب الاطفال والنادي والمسبح ليست بنفس العمارة تبعد 200 متر وجميعها بتذاكر مدفوعة وتم منع إطفالي من إستخدام الالعاب والمسبح الأثاث قديم ومتهالك لايوجد مناديل بعد وصولنا بأربع طلبت مني ان استقبل عمال لتبديل غسالة الملابس حسب قولها أنها تصدر صوتا مزعج ورفضت لان هذا جزء من يومي الدخول للعمارة والأصنصير وجميع المرافق لابد ببصمة اليد وبعضها تقبل كارت المفتاح تعامل المالك سيئ انتظرنا ساعة ونصف عند المبنى لكي نستلم الشقة وطلبنا منه صور للموقع ولوكيشن دقيق ورفض واخبرني ان اكتشف ذلك بنفسي المالك أستغلالي يريد أن ادفع مبلغ مالي لطفلي البابغ من العمر 5 سنوات ورفضت ذلك وتجادلنا أكثر من ساعة تجربة سيئة للغاية لا يمكن أن انساها التكييف سي جدا لقد زرت اكثر من 30 دولة وأستأجرت ولكن مثل هذا المالك لم أرى
• Thuc (10/5): I’ll ask Mai for this apartment when I next come back to Hanoi. - My family and friends stayed in 5 different apartments in the Vinhomes Royal City complex, which has 6 buildings with 2 towers each, during the 3 weeks we were in Vietnam. We chose the complex because it’s conveniently right next to the Vincom Mega Mall. This apartment managed by Mai was the best in all aspects to me: cleanliness, modern bathrooms, and washer/dryer. You don’t get the apartment assignment until 1 day before check-in so it’s almost a luck of the draw. None.
• Ho (10/5): Good - Host is friendly and she picked up us check in even late. The room is clean and located in the huge Mega mall. Very good.👍
• Joris (3/5): Initially good but amateur check-out protocol i.c. change time check-out in the middle of the stay. - N/A We got a confirmation for arrival Saturday 19th at 14h, made 1hr earlier through communication between parties, ok. The agreed departure was Sunday 20th at 23.59. An unusual departure check-out time but that was the reason we took the property in the first place because my wife was performing at 500m distance at the occasion of Vietnam's Women's day (together with another 50 ladies) with me the principal photographer. Comes in the following communications from the landlord Saturday 14:46 : "Hello, please check out. And leave money for me to my staff". => I tell the landlord that I am working as photographer and I have a toddler of 4y to look after too. "She is waiting you to collect rental fee" => I am forwarding the screenshot of our confirmed booking "No. It is mistake. Check in time is from 2:00PM 19th Oct and check out is before 12:00 noon 20th Oct. Let me contact to booking staff to change. If not, other guest check in and I am not sure your lagguge". => with such type of communication I do stop working (and my spouse gets the complaints that many participants don't have their individual photo taken). I walk to the property with our toddler and find there INSIDE the property two laughing people, the cleaners. Luckily the times of cash are over but I do have gear there valued at +5000 usd (that's why I walked back). The cleaners want money but I tell them (and the landlord) that I wish the guidance of booking.com. In about 30minutes I gathered all luggages of 3 people (4 bags) and I walked back to the event but it just ended. I kindly suggest we get the stay for free, damage balanced. Booking.com needs to look into this because we have a booked confirmation screenshot while the landlord shows another screenshot. Besides, I have never paid to some cleaner, it's always going over CC.
• Ha_vu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is large, clean and cool in a good location. Staff is very enthusiastic, supportive and friendly. Many supermarkets, shopping mall, cafe, restaurants,... nearby.
