• Dorota (1/5): Never again - Location It was a disaster. Few hours before arrival I received the message that the apartment I have booked is not available and I could change for the new one - I received the link to take a look. The new one looked ok but it was not the one I received in reality (see pictures what was promised vs what I received). Everything is dirty - you really don’t want to use it - shower, towels, beds, etc. And it was very noisy - at 5 am you hear a noise from the backyard and all your neighbors all the time (even when walking in their apartments)

• Alysha (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great and apartment is easily accessible and reasonably well appointed. The carpark was an unexpected bonus! The location is great but it's very busy and loud. The blinds don't block out light whatsoever so an eye mask for sleeping is a definite necessity. The lock box was described as "master lock" but there's actually about 15 of this brand on the same stand! The coffee machine was out of order.

• Oleksandra (10/5): It was pleasure staying with you, i’d love to come back again - The location is really 5-7 min walk to the Santa Monica’s Pier, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on cafes or restaurants—the kitchen is a great solution + target and trader’s joe is a minute walk. The apartment itself, all designed with taste, bedrooms,bathrooms -it was really pleasure spending a holiday in such place. The dining chairs are staggering a bit, some of sockets are not working. All windows are facing with another building windows and their inner patio

• Yousef (1/5): small things may ruin your trip...the owner is the bad part. - this owner should not manager any property . he/she deliberately not answering the tenant questions on time. you have to ask ten times to get a reply. I asked to extend my stay they still send the housekeeping lady to clean the apartment. the poor lady had to come all the way because the owner was not able to communicate neither to answer like a normal human being. this behavior ruin the whole trip. when you suffer from poor communication nothing else matter. nothing

• Singh (4/5): Accommodation was not up to my standard - Nothing much..other than it was clean Directions were incorrect. Gave a street address that didn't match where the key was. Unable to open the front door. Had to remain in the unit for a day. Supervisor sent a video on how to open the door...basically one has to yank the door open by turning the key left and right a few times. Landlord didn't answer calls or emails until a day later. Booking.com Agent also tried and he didn't get a response from the landlord. Roller blinds allow light to come into the room...unable to sleep in the morning. Too much of traffic noise. One bed is noisy. I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
• Mike (3/5): excellent location, possibly great for party goers. shame about the stark disparity between description and reality. - Excellent location. lovely and kind security man who helped us locate front door and entry (entry and keys all on 7th, not on Santa Monica) - no sofa bed as advertised/ per all confirmation correspondence. quite a problem sadly. - dark red staining/ red drops in master bathroom (photos available) window sills. (photos available). - heavily stained Rug in lounge (photos available) - no curtains (just thin voile privacy screen). Difficult to sleep in city lights and beautiful CA early sunshine. - exposed electrics in bedroom ceilings (removal of fire alarms?). (photos available.) - both entrance to building and keys all in 7th - not Santa Monica. sadly this wasn’t mentioned at all I’m welcome email, so check in took a long time due to guesswork a great location, but not luxe or with the same number of beds as advertised - coupled with unhelpful/ accusatory response from host when simply queried the lack of/ location of sofa bed, and asked re findñing curtains. have attached photos, but and seem to be showing. available in request.
• Juergen (10/5): A very pleasant stay in a comfortable, very clean appartment - The appartment was clean, well maintained, best equipped and the rooms with the en-suite facilities delightful. SM is for the beaches, pier and restaurants easy to reach. The care provided was excellent. There was a problem with the remote for the garage: immediately solved. There was a misunderstanding with the maintenance people of the house: immediately solved. Thank you for this. There was nothing to complain about.
• Mohamed (1/5): One of the worst experience - The location to enter the property shared was completely wrong and we had to struggle for few hours in the cold at midnight to locate the place. Nobody answered my telephone calls from the host. Finally we had to know on every door to realize the exact door. Once we entered the premises the lift was out of working condition. Therefore we had to take the stairway but the stairway entrance was locked so had to wait for a another 1 hour hoping that someone will come down to open the door. The remote for the stairway entrance was placed inside the apartment with the door key. I have booked on booking.com for many years but this is the 1st time I made a complain and requested for a refund but unfortunately booking.com did not respond to me favorably. Terrible experience ever in my life.

Very clean, very nice bathrooms. Significant street noisy and a bit too light (we bought sleeping masks from the nearby Target).
