- Lisa (3/5): Place and amenities were nice, A/C needs to be fixed and owner needs to be more communicative. - The condo is nice and spacious. The amenities (playgrounds, pool, game room) are good. The A/C does not function properly. It freezes up even when following the "rules." It froze up on us and did not work 70 percent of the time. If maintenance is called they try to charge you. No washcloths were provided. Only one roll per bathroom of toilet paper was provided. The towels that were provided were very damp still. The owner of the condo is not very communicative.
- Katelin (4/5): Disappointing - We enjoyed the location and the pool area. Upon arrival there was a horrible smell in the apartment like mildew. Next I went to check the beds. The full bed someone had peed it was stained from the sheets down to the mattress. No way the sheets were cleaned. The king bed has stains all over it and hairs. My children’s feet were black within an hour of being there from walking on the floors. I contacted property multiple times they finally brought sheets to me. Handed them to me and left: didn’t take the dirty ones or put new ones on. My other concerns about the dirty floors and smell were never addressed. There was also gnats flying around when we didn’t have any food there. They need to fine new cleaning service. They wouldn’t refund and of my money. I would highly suggest staying elsewhere.
