• Din (8/5): Overall reasonable place to stay with good local facilities but a mixed crowd of people in and out of the building - Good location close to the sea front Amazing gym and outdoor swimming pool Beautiful balcony Comfortable rooms Poor bathroom facilities . The shower needs upgrading Long way from south beach and the mall Rowdy people in the building quite frequently Limited security and did not feel safe at times Rundee thobes dancing in the lobby for social media - felt inappropriate Had to drive up 20 levels to get to parking

It's very convenient to other facilities such as CVS , cafe shops, and restaurants, and close to Brickell City Center. The washing machine was my hiccups at first uses. It didn't work or function as it seemed. The toilet flush button didn't operate well, but I was too busy with my plans and schedules, so I didn't raise a complaint during my stay regarding the toilet. But I enjoyed my stay.

• Tristan (10/5): Extraordinary. - Very clean, comfortable and luxurious apartment. What a place! What a district! Views are unreal. Loved Miami and this place made it even better. Host is very kind and friendly, staff at the lobby as well. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to visit Miami and stay in a skyscraper with a city/sea view. Everything was perfect.
