• Туркина (7/5): Вполне можно остановится после долгого перелета, не дорого, рядом настоящая жизнь и это интересно. - Отличное месторасположение. Очень колоритно, подворотня такая интересная. Много места, много спальных мест, кровати удобные и очень теплые одеяла. Крутая и опасная лестница, немного грязно, туалет второго этажа мокрый и сломано сиденье. Не было туалетной бумаги. но хозяин принес когда сказали. Зона кухни не очень удобная, но мы не готовили ,поэтому нам хватило.

Chúng mình đã được nhận phòng sớm hơn so với dự kiến và không mất phí. Nhà có 3 giường và 2 toilet, không gian cũng khá riêng tư. Ngoại trừ cầu thang bằng kính, ai hay ngủ mơ thì nên nằm bên dưới, cầu thang lên các giường hơi khó đi tí

They handled the issue efficiently, and I was able to check in smoothl - The entrance to the accommodation felt like playing an escape room — it was quite fun! Because my flight was delayed, I checked in around midnight, and the self check-in process was very convenient. The host kept in touch and was very kind and caring. The interior design was unique, with transparent stairs and cozy decorations inside. However, for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, it’s better to stay on the first floor. Items in the room such as water and drinks are charged, so please leave payment after using them. The hot water pressure is quite weak, but the temperature is sufficient. There are no thick blankets provided.

• Kristýna (7/5): - Interesting layout of the apartment. We appreciated that there is AC in every floor, it made the stay 100% better. Shower drain in the ground floor was not working well. Also the ground floor was quite noisy. The stairs are very steep and almost without handrail, don't recommend for kids or elderly people.
• Nielsen (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean and well-maintained. It’s a great option for families or groups, with enough space to feel comfortable. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the Old Quarter, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe alley. Good communication with the host, very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. That said, there were a few downsides to note. First, the staircase felt unsafe, especially for children. It was steep, narrow, and made of glass, which made even us adults feel uneasy using it. Second, we noticed some insects coming from the ground-floor bathroom, likely through the drain or from outside. Lastly, while there is an air conditioner on the ground floor, it struggled to keep the room cool during the summer heat. It seemed a bit old and not very effective, though the host did provide extra fans to help.

The service was excellent, and the house owner was incredibly sweet and polite — always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect: close to shopping stores, grocery stores, a beautiful lake, and the vibrant Old Quarter. It’s ideal for both relaxing and exploring the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great hospitality and a convenient location make it a wonderful stay!

Owner very friendly and communicated well and promptly Pictures did make the accommodation look bigger than it was and I found the stairs very narrow for my larger western feet! Couldn't get the upstairs shower to work , but tbh for the 2 days we were there I managed with the shower tap instead!

• Mario (7/5): not bad - The location is alright, just 5 minutes by taxi from the Old Quarters. The apartment is spacious enough. The shower works well, the wifi is not too bad, and there's a table where one can use one's laptop. The owner is helpful. I'd recommend sleeping at the second floor because the first floor is extremely noisy. Basically, there's a lot of space between the door and the door jamb, and the walls are thin, so there's perfect communication between inside and outside. The bathroom stinks, there seems to be a problem with the drainage system. It could get unbearable in the summer. It's in an internal courtyard, just walk inside number 38 and keep on walking 15 meters.
• Christine (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed having a bedroom on 3 different levels. Everyone could have their own space. The decoration is sweet. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets very soft. Towels and toiletries are provided. The location in the french quarter is very convenient. Appartement is in the small alley away from the street traffic. Owner was very responsive and came to fix the water issue promptly. The upstairs bathroom was not fully functioning. The plumbing of the downstairs bathroom was making a noise during the night.

The inside was cute but if ure travelling w big luggage u might want to consider because the stairs are very steep and not made for bringing huge suitcases. But you can certainly stay downstairs The smell from the sink was quite bad. I guess the area has a sewage problem. The stairs were quite difficult to manuver

• Md (10/5): Exceptional - Nearby attraction is Hoan kiem lake Room was exceptionally designed, but if you have kid better to stay on the ground floor bed because 1st floor and 2nd floor staircase little bit risky.But if you are adventourous, you will like it definitely. • Angelynn (9/5): Beautiful house and helpful host - This is a very quirky property designed to maximise on space. Built on 3 levels, we had a lot of private spaces. And the interiors have been done very tastefully. Kitchen is equipped if you feel like cooking something basic. It is quite centrally located and we used to walk to the hoan kiem lake and old quarter everyday. The bathroom doors are a little transparent. Maybe an extra film on the doors would help.

• Georgia (7/5): Ok - Good location. Was a bit nervous when tried to find the property as it’s down an alley. When came to collect payment added a ‘cleaning fee’ that wasn’t mentioned when booking. Don’t like the stairs at all.

Clean and spacious for group of 4 . Host was excellent in communication and made sure everything was great during the stay . Would stay here again absolutely! As a second visit to Hanoi I would recommend this location and stay .

• Ritwik (8/5): Great stay in the middle of the city. - We liked everything about this property, The interiors were very beautiful and compact place. Its close to most of the required shops, amenities, Public transport. Its on the road so easy to locate. It was highly hospitable. The stairs were a little narrow to climb to the 1st and 2nd floor and drying clothes was a little challenging. But very very good for young people and group of friends. A little narrow stairs to climb upstairs as it felt a little risky.

• B (7/5): Apartment with unique staircase - The apartment is nice and beautiful. I like the location as we can just walk to the nearby places, especially when we want to find food. The house was nice and it has 3 beds. 1 queen bed on the ground floor , 1st floor & 2nd floor. There are 2 washrooms, 1 on a ground floor & 2nd floor The washroom condition is not so good due to the sewerage problems. I hope the host can do something about this. The stairs are tempered glass and steep . The handrails are also not suitable for the stairs. This is for safety reasons. Not suitable for children & elderly to stay. I hope the host can do something about the staircase to avoid accidents.
