She was responsive and helped us out with any questions we had. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! I was working remotely and it was the perfect place. We had stayed in other apartments in HCMC and no where compared close to Melody’s apartment - it was fantastic. Our two improvements would be a refurb or deep clean of the kitchen it’s well used and could be better equipped. And would be great to have one spare set of bedding as we stayed for two weeks would’ve been nice to have been able to change the bedding after the first week.

The apartment was clean, modern, and secure, with 24/7 access and helpful reception staff. One hiccup was the occasional lift delay during peak times. Not a dealbreaker, just mildly annoying. Still, after a day of wandering District 1, coming back here felt like a treat. Grabbed a cold drink, went up to the rooftop, and watched the sun set – bliss.

The interior could use a splash of colour to feel more homely, but that’s nitpicking. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to stay in the city without paying hotel prices.

We were able to check in late with no problem thanks to the keyless system. The staff checked in via message during our stay and made us feel very welcome The AC couldn’t fully combat Saigon’s humidity. Staff promptly brought a fan, which helped.

The rooftop pool and lounging deck became my oasis each afternoon, and staff set up my sunbed perfectly. Housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, though on one morning my towels arrived slightly later than expected. Only a small thing in an otherwise seamless stay. Being tucked into District 2 yet moments from lively cafés and riverside parks made exploration effortless.
• Kabi (10/5): Local Eats & Rooftop Retreat - I loved being within walking distance of lively Thao Dien Street food stalls by day and retreating to tranquil rooftop drinks by night. My studio included a compact dining nook where I tried the nightly takeaway bánh mì, and the pool deck’s mood lighting made evening swims feel exclusive. The only slight downside: the elevator sometimes took an extra minute during peak hours, which felt long when I was late for a dinner reservation. Taking the stairs was a good backup—and offered glimpses of the building’s quiet garden on each floor.

• Viktoria (10/5): Great value for money and beautiful rooftop pool - Very nice apartment. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was very comfortable. The pool is amazing as in the online pictures. The location is quite good, close to the Landmark area and the city center - you would need a taxi though, as walking around is a bit inconvenient. The neighboring building Manor 1 has a good gym and there are small convenience stores available in both Manors. The buildings are not the newest, but the stay was still very comfortable and luxurious.

• Paul (3/5): Poor - I had problems with my visa at Moc Bai and was delayed for several days in Phnom Penh. Host did not care and charged me the full cancellation fee. There are better and more understanding hosts at the Manor Never stayed due to unavoidable issues but hosts were real pigs about it.

• Ernst (1/5): Dreadful, dishonest hosts, average property - Location was dreadful. Impossible to locate the property. The hosts were rude, aggressive and unpleasant. They were extremely unhelpful. Threy also claimed that my credit card had been declined, which it hadn't.

• John (5/5): disappointing - there was a leak in the bathroom and the kettle did not work the booking was for 3 people but there was just 1 double bed and a sofa which was not really suitable for sleeping on
• Nicolle (7/5): Great for Vietnamese - The room was lovely, everything I needed except drinking water (there was a little shop downstairs though) Nice lounge area and could watch Netflix. Would be great if you wanted to do your own cooking with locals food market a short walk away. This seemed to be a private apartment, so the lobby could not help with anything. I had to contact the (owner/cleaner?) For everything but she didn't take long to get.back to me. I arrived early and wanted to store my luggage, had to wait an hour for her to arrive to put my bags in the room. When I came back I had trouble getting into the room as I didn't know a button had to be pushed first for key card to work. Also wasn't told the pool is in main building next door, not the one I was staying in. When I finally found the pool in the morning it was closed for cleaning from 8am till 9am. Pool was the main reason I chose this place. The area was not good for English speaking tourist as very much a local neighbourhood. If you speak Vietnamese though and just travelling for work or long term stay it would be great.
• Albert (6/5): Needs attention - Lovely pools. Good size apartment. Apartment is very run down. The bath had a big crack which had been attempted to fill. The whole place needs repairs and refreshing. We paid for the night prior to our arrival and arranged to get into to the apartment at 7.30 in the morning, unfortunately we were let down and left waiting for an hour which was not ideal following our long journey and already having waited for 40 mins for our taxi at the airport.. also pre-arranged with the property.

• Tatiana (5/5): not worth the price - rooftop pool view Check in :on arrival I found out the receptionist had no idea of my arrival and after 15 min conversation she said someone will send me a message on booking.com and after I read it (looking for wifi before- no free wifi in the lobby only at 7eleven entrance ) it stated that I have been relocated to another building .- which is Vinhomes Central C3 .This is at least impolite. They said there's a construction in the room, but I assume there were other guests there from other platforms so they decided not to lose a customer and relocate me temporary to another building. Pests in the room - small ants .This problem was solved until cockroaches started to pay visits from the corridor. Extra charges - in the description there's a pool and a gym included but in reality only rooftop pool. Gym is extra charge Housekeeping for an extra charge Price you pay, the value you get are like the North and the South- incompatible

• Thanh (10/5): amazing and would come back again - This place is amazing!!! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting town. Super convenient location as there are many restaurants, convenient stores and laundry mats right by the apartment. I also love the rooftop swimming pool with city views. Even though it locates slightly outside of district 1, the city views from swimming pool is still phenomenal. It's also very quiet and safe at night which is a big plus for a light sleeper like me!! The unit is clean, fully furnished and had pretty much all I need during the stay. The host is great at communicating and answering all my questions and concerns pretty well before I even arrived. When I left, I forgot a watch in the bathroom and they even shipped it back to me which I greatly appreciate them doing that. Would definitely book this again whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh city.

• Dangkhoa (4/5): Had bad experience. I booked 3 consecutive days with unit address “likely” on level 21. However, the first day I got an - Quiet Apartment on level 3 can be seen directly by the nearby neighborhood through windows. toilet were not clean enough.
