Really affordable rate for a larger group. Responsive and understanding staff. It was a little difficult for the Grab driver to stop as there’s no proper driveway. The dryer was not the most effective as our clothes were still damp after taking it out.
• Gagandeep (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious with good location. The kitchen was nice.The internet was bit slow . There was no water dispenser or drinking water facility. There is also not daily house keeping. We stayed for only 1 night.Overall it was a pleasant stay.

They even brought a new washing machine in the evening when we requested. Very quiet - no street noise could be heard in the apartment. We liked everything.

The bathroom is beautifully designed, and the bed offers exceptional comfort. A small suggestion for improvement would be to add a mirror and night lamp in the second bedroom. The host's quick response to any inquiries was much appreciated.

• Nicola (7/5): It would be simply good, if it was not for the host trying to cancel my reservation the night before - The apartment is nice and located in a convenient location. The host asked me to cancel my reservation the day before the trip with some sort of excuse. Only after severla calls and messages, reminding her that the booking was confirmed through booking, I had my room confirmed. Exhausting!!! The instructions provided to check-in wehre wrong, and I had to seek for assistance and loose time in order to get a new code to open the door. The property charged an additional cleaning fee, which I did not remember having agreed on booking. For this aspect, I am not sure who's better to blame among booking and the host.
• Sylvi (7/5): Spacious no-frills apartment for friends or families travelling together in Saigon - Spacious apartment that can easily accommodate 6 people or 3 couples, secure complex. Self-check in guide was simple and easy to use and this was sent 2 days before check-in. Living and dining was very spacious and allowed us to hang out and have dinner together. The ensuite bathroom and master bedroom are very spacious and have a double sink. A combined washer and dryer was handy and appreciated so we could wash our clothes after exploring a very hot and humid Saigon. The apartment could be cleaner. Air conditioning did not seem to function properly, even adjusting it 1 or 2 degrees made the room too hot or cold. There were no facilities (e.g. gym or pool).
• Darren (7/5): I enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the few small issue where rectified. - Loved the size of the property and the 2 bathrooms. The internet was not very reliable. The master shower was terrible. Water went everywhere. Taps leaked and difficult to work out what was hot and cold. And the second bathroom shower leaked all over the floor. The air conditioning was noisy in one of the rooms.

• Tazerrr (9/5): Superb - Luxury apartment with lots of facilities. Self check-in. Great location. Quiet. The check-in instructions were clear enough but not entirely accurate. The key pad is to the right, not left (not a big deal). The code itself needs a left arrow ◀️ but the instructions had a < sign which was a little hard to read next to the numbers. Some other guests far away noticed we were struggling so yelled out that we need to press the left arrow, so maybe they struggled at first too. The light switch for the kitchen was a little tricky to find. The drain for the common shower was slow so some water sloshing around your feet. After showering, the dripping in the drain is loud. We had to close the door so it wouldn't be so loud. Couldn't get the tv working.

• Nguyen (9/5): Great place and service but bad wifi - I like how all the doors are automatic. Very cool. The staff greeted us at the house even though we arrived fairly late. We love the living room where we can work and eat together. We intended to book this location for upcoming business trips in Saigon as well. The wifi was the worst of the experience. The signal was intermitten. It keeps turning on and off.
• Tien (8/5): It’s a good place to rent for a small group for family and friends up to 6 persons. I will for sure choose this place to - It’s a spacious, clean, quiet and can conveniently walk to many places. The hosts are accommodating to check-in and out with the time requested. The kitchen lacks many cooking items, plates and bowls were not enough to use for a family of 5 people. The common bathroom is too small and the shower door can’t close well, so each time we shower, water would be out all over the floor.

• Tran (2/5): Bad. - This could not be called a serviced apartment, there was no cleaning service, no telephone, no proper toiletries, TV had no signal most of the time, or if there was, very poor. And there are A LOT of issues in this old/poor condition flat: the lightings was yellow and so dim, lightbulbs were old and small, not bright and big enough for the whole area; floor was dirty, bathrooms are super old and not even well maintained, water taps are old and not installed properly, which is not suitable for a proper shower; sink in the master bedroom was leaking and the floor would be wet whenever we used the sink; bathroom door in the master bedroom is a glass door which means you have to lock your kids out of the master bedroom if you don’t want them to watch you showering! Furnitures are so old and worn out, air conditionings are old and some of the controls didn’t work. I feel like being fooled booking this apartment.

• Trisa (3/5): When "luxury" is an exaggeration. - The apartment was spacious for a group of 4. The apartment was not properly maintained or cleaned. It should not be considered a luxury serviced apartment -particularly, as it was far from luxury with ants, scuffs on the walls, stains on the carpets and waterproof damage in the bathrooms. The apartment does not stipulate when booking that servicing us every three days and is implied on booking that is everyday. For a 5 day stay, that left us with only one day of service. WIFI worked for 3 of our 5 days. Hot water was only ran enough for 2 people. This property was and is certainly not worth the fee they charge.
• Thi (9/5): Great location in the center of city at very good offer for spacious room - Clear and well detailed communication of how to check in and check out - promptly before I travelled Great location, close to many things: city center, shopping, foods, historical locations ect Value for money - we paid very bargaining rate for the specious 3-bedroom Friendly staffs and cleaners I hired a car and it is not very convenient to find parking nearby however due to the location is very much centered and close to so many things so that would not be an issue if you opt to use car-shared or taxi or even better, by foot.
• Alise (9/5): A pleasant stay - Nice and clean Very big size master bedroom and living areas location is quite good, as it’s close to the city but very quiet at night so you can have a decent sleep Bathroom - water pressure in bathroom very slow and the main shower drainage is very slow.
• Arash (7/5): Good - Quiet and great location. Saigon is generally safe and this place is even safer (many embassies nearby). Hosts reasonably accommodating and quick to reply. For being an apartment it wasn't as stocked as it should - we had a shortage of cloth hangers, we couldn't figure out how the iron worked (likely broken) and other penny-wise pound-foolish cheapness. Garbage chute door broken.
