Andrew (9/5): Great stay at Full House Times City - Lovely quiet room with some good space and well located close to the mega mall. An old fire alarm notification kept going off each day during the early morning on the hour (2,3,4,5 am..) making it hard to sleep. This was promptly addressed when we raised it with staff - thank you 😊

I had different situations arise and everything was handled beautifully. I showed up to check in and had forgotten to get money from the ATM - no problem. I wanted the bed softer, no problem here's a nice thick mattress cover. The ratings are high because they do this well.

Mui (7/5): A nice place to stay for a group of four. - Property is well situated. There are eateries within walking distance. It was very enjoyable discovering new eateries every day. We were there for 5 nites! It was nice having clean towels every day. Washing machine is very out dated and it takes a long time to do one load of laundry. Utensils in the kitchen were dirty and the kettle had mould! There was not enough cutlery provided. One of the toilets/bathroom had plumbing/drainage issues too.
