- Florencia (4/5): Disappointing - Great location and the apartment is spacious enough for a stay of only a few days. Quick communication on WhatsApp. It is not clean. The apartment is old which is not a problem, but it is not properly cleaned and maintained. It’s not much cheaper than other places that look much newer and cleaner. The smell in the bathroom is unbearable. We never actually met the host and left the money to a friend of her. Host tried to tell us to go to a different apartment the day we were checking in, it sounded suspicious and I refused and in the end we got the apt we booked. Hope the owner takes this as a clue to improve it!
