• Laura (10/5): Accoglienza super a Miami! - Ottima accoglienza, i gestori sono davvero gentili e ci hanno mandato prima dell'arrivo tutte le informazioni in merito all'appartamento e ai dintorni. In casa abbiamo trovato acqua e cibo offerto gratuitamente. Sicuramente da consigliare! Non c'è stato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, è stato tutto come descritto.
• Yuan (Susan) (10/5): We were truly so lucky to find this place. - Looks exactly like the photos. Super clean and cozy, you can tell it’s really well taken care of. Amazing location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking was a huge plus and made everything super easy. Very well stocked and super comfortable for all ages. Hosts are incredibly kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. They also thoughtfully provided free drinking water, drinks, and snacks, which honestly helped us out a lot and we really appreciated it. Overall it was such a smooth and comfortable stay, we really enjoyed it. Honestly nothing, everything was great!

• Kevin (9/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Super freundlicher Gastgeber, es wurde alles erklärt. Check In und Check Out super simpel per Tür-PIN. Es waren reichlich Getränke und Snacks als Begrüßung vorhanden, dass hatte uns sehr gefreut! Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, alles sauber und ordentlich. Betten waren bequem, Internet super schnell. Die Zimmer waren optimal von der Größer her. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man von hier alles sehr gut. Selbst zu Fuß war man in 20min im Design District. Klimagerät war hinter einer Tür im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Es wurde relativ laut im Schlafzimmer, wenn diese Nachts angegangen ist. Also falls man Geräuschempfindlich ist, am besten Klima Nachts aus machen (Ventilatoren gibt es trotzdem)

• Christian (10/5): Optimal, Perfekt, riesig, super, toll....... - Pünktlich wie besprochen bekamen wir kurz vor Ankunft, die ganzen Informationen für die Wohnung. Adresse sofort gefunden und perfekten privaten Parkplatz. Mit einer lieben persönlichen Bildbegrüßung in der Wohnung hatten wir sofort ein Wohlgefühl und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen total übertroffen. Wir waren 2 Paare und hatten richtig viel Platz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind weit getrennt, die Küche hat alles was man braucht inklusive eingekühlte Getränke. Wir machten täglich Ham and eggs, kochten Schinken Eiernudeln, Garnelen und hatten überhaupt keinen Termin Stress für unsere Mahlzeiten. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und zweckmäßig perfekt. Wir spielten abends Karten und waren uns bei der Größe der Wohnung nie irgendwie im Weg und wir konnten unsere Privatsphäre wahren! In der Wohnung befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine und Wäsche Trockner den wir sogar genutzt haben. Wir hatten zwar leider keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit den Vermietern, jedoch standen wir im ständigen WhatsApp Kontakt und uns wurde sofort geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wenn wir wieder nach Miami kommen würde es keine andere Unterkunft wie diese geben. Wir können die Wohnung 100% und bestens weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal an Patricia und Alex... • Naima (10/5): - Everything. Trust me go ahead and book this place! Its so close to many spots. Even early morning walk felt good in the neighborhood. It felt so nice coming after a long travel day to snacks and water ready to refresh yourself. Top notch in terms of cleanliness as well. we had a great time.

• Stefan (10/5): - Alex war super zuvorkommend, als wir ankamen war der Kühlschrank mlt Getränken gefüllt. Snacks standen auf dem Tisch. Es gab sogar Waschmittel , Trocknertücher etc. Im Bad befanden sich neue Zahnpastatuben sowie Mundsüülungen und Duschgel / Shampoo / Conditioner. Die Wohnung war sehr einladend und mit viel Herz hergerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Von Alex bekamen wir Tipps für Aktivitäten bzw Orte. Zu Thanksgiving bekamen wir ein Geschenk - einen Pumpkin Pie. Alex & seine Frau sind wirklich Herzensmenschen. Diese Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Es war eln wunderbares Erlebnis. Handy to supermarkets, design district (including a number of murals) and cheap gas stations. Well equipped kitchen and very responsive hosts. Is a little bit off the beaten track for Miami Beach and the central city.

There were two good sized double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the bottles of water left in the fridge with other juices. There was coffee, tea, sugar, cereals etc. provided. The washer/dryer was also very useful before we went on our cruise. Detergent, fabric softener and all cleaning materials were kindly supplied. Anything you could need was already there. We felt really at home and very safe. We worried about managing our suitcases up the steps to the door of the apartment on the 2nd. floor but we were lucky as we had two strong husbands with us. Otherwise had no issues.
• Matteo (10/5): Positive experience - House in a good residential area, close to the Design District. Miami Beach and other key areas can be reached via bus (free in Miami till 31.st December 2023). House has two bedrooms both with 2ble bed and both with TV, bathroom with large shower, dining room with large TV, well equipped kitchen with everything, including washing and drying machine. We found plenty of water and other drinks +some food at our arrival. Salt and pepper were there. We bought food at Trader Joe's and had dinner in the house for 3 nights. We entered the house via keyboard+code on the entry door. No key is needed. The owner was very collaborative and present when needed via message. Bus 36 to/from Airport and Miami Beach stops nearby (10 mins walk). Very good! Nothing in particular. The location is not super central (not downtown or in Miami Beach) but you can arrive to any place via Uber or public transport.

• Frederico (10/5): A nice second floor unit, old but well renovated and maintained, good location. - The location was great, a short walk north of the design district, the Miami free trolley network and local bars and restaurants. The parking in the gated yard was excellent. We didn't much like the eating area table, a high table with high bar-stool type seats, but that was entirely a minor discomfort, especially as we mostly ate out.
