- Elghoul (7/5): - Location, spacious, and full kitchen equipments. This building houses long-term small units and definitely needs some maintenance. The entrance and bathrooms are particularly in need. The air circulation isn’t working and the toilet seat is broken. Not all rooms are great. Avoid the lower floors and the street-side ones. The upper floors on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors offer a good side with less street noise and natural light without facing neighbours’ windows. The host is friendly and responsive. I requested cleaning and a sofa cover for a mark on it, which they did. Honestly, the bed mattress in the lower rooms needs changing. The one in the upper floors was nice and comfortable. This place could honestly be the best with a bit more maintenance. If you need help improving it, I’m happy to show you what to do. 😊

- James A Johns (8/5): Overall a great value for the money with a good location. I would stay there again. - The location was great the facilities were up to date and the room was clean. The owner was easy to communicate with via texting. They responded quickly to all my concerns and questions. There was some miscommunication on check in time. There was no one at the building when we arrived earlier than our stated check in time. However after a phone call someone quickly arrived to assist us in entering the building and took us to our room. The A/C unit worked ok but not to my satisfaction.

- Tien (9/5): Superb - Close to the city center and the price for this stay was very good. The staff was friendly and understanding about payment/card issues. Loud music starts everyday at 4-5am

I would suggest some automated contract and collection of keys if there's no onsite presence. Perhaps video intercom so entry is swift without onsite presence. I would have preferred easier check in as there was some delay.

- Nang (7/5): Great service from a decent hotel - This a decent place to stay. The room is a comfortable size with nice bathroom and kitchenette. The reception is great! He was always available when we needed him! I forgot to tell him when I would check out, 4am, but he came straight to the entrance right away. He's amazing! The air conditioning kept the room at a decent temperature but it would never keep the room cool. The room is also a bit dusty my allergies kept acting up.

Terrible experience, hotel cancelled on us the morning we were booking in leaving us with very few good alternatives. Terrible communication, terrible response from booking.com too. Terrible all round.

- Av (7/5): Good area, clean, modern room - After a bit of confusion on arrival (our rooms weren’t available), the owner took us at no cost to another Quome apartment which was excellent. District 10 is quiet and ‘suburban’, there’s a great pagoda to walk to. We only stayed one night but it met all our needs. We had to pay upfront in cash, so if you’re arriving direct from the airport be sure to get plenty of dong out prior to arrival. They also didn’t answer my messages via booking.com

Location is good being close to District one and in area with loads of shops and restaurants Very noisy from 6.30am til midnight, pictures are NOT accurate they show it more modern and cleaner than it was. Shower door doesn't close, reported but not fixed, dirty microwave, mould in shower, stairwells dirty and full of discarded items, double glazing broken and frosted so couldn't see out. Low end budget accommodation

The room is convenient with large window the electrical plug beside the bed doesn't work. The toilet mat seems so old & not clean, it's better to replace it.

- Elissa (4/5): Don’t believe the reviews - First of all, I don’t know how they did it but the reviews from most of the people who allegedly stayed here are not real! Getting to the hotel was a struggle already as the address on booking is not correct. My grab driver drove somewhere completely else until he noticed it wasn’t right where we were going. He dropped me off in the right neighborhood after looking on google maps as there is no streetnumber provided and from there it took me half an hour to find the right address by asking around. Communication with the host was horrible as she only answered my messages 2 days after I sent them or not at all + she doesn’t speak English. Trying to check in and out without any explanations provided was very difficult. No wifi code provided either. Room was dirty. Ants and clothes moth larvae everywhere. Hairs from previous people all over the place. At check out, I had to give the money for the room to someone who works in the building. He told me I didn’t pay enough but I checked it like 5 times before to make sure it was the right amount. As I didn’t want to make a scene (not worth it as his English was also very basic) I just paid the extra amount he asked for. Will not be staying here again.
