• SIYO (10/5): 超級喜歡 - 相較起老城區住宿的空間真的很小，JAYU的整體空間又大又讚又舒服，非常喜歡空間中用玻璃門隔開睡房與餐廳，是有隔音效果的但視覺上還保有穿透感(不是每個房型都是這樣，隔壁的就是有水泥隔開睡覺跟餐廳區)，餐廳區除了用餐區外有冰箱與微波爐，餐具也應有盡有。浴室除了能泡澡之外也可以桑拿(順帶一提，洗澡的水質以河內來說是很ok的)。在這邊住了六個晚上，用了好幾次的洗衣機，住這間真的不用帶太多衣服。櫃檯的服務人員雖然面對面語言不太通，但是只要在通訊軟體上是非常熱心且盡心盡力的，打掃的阿姨也很客氣，總之我真的超級推薦的。雖然離老城區一小段距離，用距離換取美好的住宿空間是值得的。 櫃檯人員上下班制，大概傍晚就下班了(我沒多餘的需求，所以不是什麼問題)。唯一的缺點是沒有附早餐，需要到外面尋找或是前一天在超商先買好(台灣人的口味可能想清淡點的湯類，所以我們連續幾天都在隔壁巷子吃河粉當早餐)，或是也可以到JAYU旁邊的漂亮咖啡廳吃甜點喝咖啡當一天的開始。噢對了，另一個缺點是坐在沙發時頭會碰到後面的畫作，對於沒洗澡不碰床只能待在沙發上的我來說，有點困擾。

• Jessica (9/5): - Bel appartement moderne, avec une belle baignoire. Option sauna dans la sdb mais nous n’avons pas essayé. On était à la moitié de notre séjour au Vietnam et on devait déposer nos vêtements dans une laundry sauf que grâce à la machine à laver nous avons tout fait pendant que nous dormions ou visitions (option lavage + séchoir en même temps et produit fourni). Grand lit, pas mal d’espace! L’appartement était nettoyé. Situé à 15’ en grab du vieux quartier (ce qui n’est pas plus mal!) mais en face du mausolée d’ho chi Minh donc super. Bancontact ne fonctionnait pas on a dû payer en cash mais voilà c’est un détail ! Nous avons dormi 2 nuits, et l’un des deux réveils était matinal à cause de quelques travaux. Le lendemain, plus rien.

As chrtistmas gift we recieved a mug which made our stay very special. Appartment was clean, maintained everyday. Bathroom had both bath and shower which was really nice. • Viet (10/5): Tuyệt vời - Thứ đặc biệt nhất tại đây là sự chu đáo và tỉ mỉ. Tôi nghỉ tại đây đúng dịp lễ Quốc khánh 2/9. Căn hộ trang trí rất đẹp từ ngoài vào trong, đặc biệt là tặng cả cờ đỏ sao vàng, kẹp tóc cờ đỏ cho khách lưu trú. Tất cả các khâu check in đều tự động nhưng vẫn có nhân viên chăm sóc chu đáo nếu chẳng may bạn có quên thẻ hay chìa khoá. Phòng ở đây thì rất sạch sẽ, đẹp và tiện nghi như ở nhà không thiếu thứ gì đến cả gia vị bếp. Vị trí ở đây rất tuyệt, bước chân sang đường là cửa sau của lăng Bác, cách vài bước chân là chợ Ngọc Hà có thể mua bất cứ thứ gì bạn thiếu. Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ thật tuyệt vời ở đây và chắc chắn sẽ quay trở lại khi có dịp

Has a big bathtub and great shower! We stayed for 6 nights, and it was so comfortable we were looking forward to heading back every night! This stay made our trip so enjoyable in Hanoi that we are already planning for our next trip! The staff were prompt in replying our messages, the Vietnamese housekeeper ladies were adorable and helpful as well! Absolutely fantastic! Too comfortable we didn’t want to head out!

Apartment feel, but supported and kept like a hotel room with house keeping, fresh towels, pristine linens. The room amenities make it a special stay, complete silence as soon as the door closes in the room, the steam shower makes you feel so clean, the staff were an excellent help throughout and we were really sad to leave No down sides
• Sbirke (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is located in a small alley, away from the main street, which provided a quieter environment. Check-in was easy and smooth. We were provided with the details and the access codes in advance. But staff was also there and kindly welcomed us. The staff at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. The location, about 20 minutes from the center, was perfect for us as we enjoy walking. Additionally, Grab services were easily accessible. The Ho Chi Minh Museum was directly opposite the accommodation. The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed. A big plus was the washing machine. Towels were changed daily. In the mornings, the locals in the alley were quite loud, although it is not the hotel's fault. Although the accommodation was generally clean, there are areas that need improvement: The floor was not properly cleaned from the beginning, with crumbs and hair present. The towels were not thoroughly cleaned and had stains. The bed linen and curtains also had several stains. When the air conditioning was turned off, an unpleasant smell came from the vent. The display indicated that the filter needed cleaning. Hopefully they will maintain it.

• Maximilian (10/5): amazing stay, great value - jayu is a great place to stay at. you have a washing machine, great shower and bathtub and even a steam shower. you have a whole apartment for yourselfs basically. it's affordable and great value especially for what it offers. even if it's a bit outside old quarters everything in Hanoi of interest is easily reachable via a short ride and some places you can even walk. overall if you don't NEED to stay in old quarter I 100% recommend this.

• Reyhan (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at Jayu. Everything is perfect and even exceeds our expectations considering the good price. - The property seems clean and tidy. Ophelia is very kind and attentive to our needs, I love how she gave us a honeymoon gift as a little welcoming gesture which I really appreciate. Will definitely come back! We found a bug in the kitchen drawer. I think a visit from pest control will easily get rid of it.

Lots of street food around but you'll not find a restaurant close to the apartment. Of course there are 5 coffee shops or more on the block but not a restaurant..

• Paggy (8/5): Good for a quiet stay - Very comfortable and spacious apartment with separate kitchen. Washer/dryer combo machine worked well and the front desk supplied some laundry tabs. Easy to check into the flat. Very quiet. Front desk girl was also very responsive via whatsapp and she was kind enough to ship my mobile cable to my next hotel in Ninh Binh when I left it behind. Location was a bit far from most things. There weren't restaurants or good coffee shops within walking distance. Access to the lake was a bit more challenging than appeared on google maps as you need to walk around the green spaces between the flat and the lake

This was the best value for money I have stayed in for many years. Close enough to old quarter but far enough away. Market 50m away gave us a breakfast of fresh baguette and banana . • Maximilian (10/5): Amazing place, luxurious and spacious - The facilities were really great. A bathtub, a shower with a steam shower option, everything you need in appliances and more. The bed was comfy and the AC's helped to make it more relaxing. The check-in was easy going and the café next door makes it a great choice to start the day with a coffee. Overall I would really recommend jayu, it's an amazing stay and even if the location is not in old quarter don't let that stop you to stay here. You won't find a better place for anywhere close to this value. Absolutely amazing, will come again if we are back in Hanoi.

• Kurniawan (10/5): Very modern and really comfortable. - Everything. The host was very informative and anticipative. She mentioned beforehand there there was a construction work close to the hotel and there may be a disturbance. She offered us a discount if we decided to stay despite the construction work. We decided to stay anyway. During our stay we barely experienced any disturbance. The room itself was outstanding. Very modern and really comfortable. We couldn't ask for more!

• Andrea (10/5): Amazing. Perfect stay in every way. - We booked after having read all of the outstanding reviews. Well, we can now confirm everything is as amazing as stated. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many high-end hotels, with exceptional facilities and staff. Jayu River Park is right up there with the best. We were treated like royalty from the minute we were greeted at the airport to the minute we left. Christian, the manager, has assembled a fantastic, dedicated team who know how to take customer service to the next level. This was even confirmed to me by someone we met in town who used to work there. She told me that Cristian has a talent for recruiting a team that are fantastic to work with. Well done to all of the staff from the ones we met at mealtimes, the spa staff, the lady who cleans around the pool everyday, the lady who sits patiently creating the lotus flower decorations everywhere around the boutique hotel, the gardeners who work so hard to keep the place beautiful. The guy who delivers the laundry, the guys who do the rooms and turndown service. The reception staff and the drivers and managers. You all work in the most unobtrusive, dedicated, and discreet way to make our stay something to be remembered. You are all amazing people with the most beautiful smiles, which makes an enormous difference to the feel of a place. And I am sure they were all very genuine. Another thing to mention is that if you are environmentally aware, this hotel goes the extra mile to reduce plastic waste and other initiatives and is encouraging other hotels to do the same. I treasure my insulated water bottle as a reminder. There is a dedication to making a difference to the local community from this hotel, and that means a lot. I spoke to another guest who visits every year to help the local community by building houses for families. The people in Cambodia have been through some terrible times (pol pot), but they remain beautiful, kind smiling helpful people. Everything was perfect

• Daria (10/5): Really exceptional stay! Great value for money! Best property we stayed at in Vietnam! - Everything :) Smooth check in. Possibility of late check-out. Staff is very polite and helpful :) Great location: not far from city center which is very good as center is very loud and overcrowded. Hotel is located on a very quiet street, almost next door to the market and multiple places to eat & drink. Apartment itself is very spacious, clean, comfortable, great design. We enjoyed washing machine with drying function also 😀 In addition we got new year gift-box from the hotel which was soooo cuuute! P.S. don’t hesitate to use transfer from and to airport offered by accommodation, it was good and cheaper than Grab taxi. Thank you JAYU for such a memorable experience! You really show a very high level of service quality 😉 Nothing at all.

• Michael (4/5): Awful Management - Receptionist was extraordinary friendly and helpful, cleaning service was good. Unfortunately was the building besides this accomodation under construction, it was very loud and the given earplugs not helpful. In addition was our bed stained and not really clean as we arrived. The main reason for my weak rating is exklusively the boss managing JAYU Home. Very strict, not accomodating and not fair. No discount because of the noise, we broke a container with shampoo by accident (the shower hose pulled it down) and we had to pay for it 200.000 vnd which is more than disproportionate. Which made us leave this place with a bad feeling.
• Lloyd (9/5): Wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place away from the touristy Old Quarter :) - The location of JAYU was great, being across the street from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a bunch of delicious holes in the wall within a 5-minute and 10-minute radius by foot. I also liked the privacy and quietness of my room. The bathroom was super clean and felt very luxurious. The rooms should be equipped with chopsticks or other eating utensils in case the guest wants to eat the cup noodles in the room. Please also fix the thermostat/AC so that it can actually be adjusted.
• Yx (9/5): Great stay, not-great timing >< - Clean, well-equipped rooms, aesthetic. Looks just like the pictures! Came with a smart TV. Impressed at their customised bath linen. Walls are quite thin so we could hear the neighbours (next door, across the alley, etc) talking loudly. Which is fine during the day and evening. However, the time we were there, there was heavy construction next door that starts at 6am every morning. They can’t control the construction so the ear plugs provided were the best they could do, but it was insufficient.
• Tess (10/5): Incredible find! - Unbelievably comfortable bed, complete with steam room, bath and washer/dryer. Ophelia was extremely friendly and helpful. 100/10, would recommend to all! No complaints whatsoever.

• Felix (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms are on a high standard and look very new and modern. We booked two double bed rooms which were next to each other. As there were no other rooms on the floor, we had the whole floor for ourselves. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location of the hotel is in small alley at the edge of the diplomatic district with the Ho-Chi-Ming Mausoleum around the corner and Ho Tây in close proximity. We had a very pleasant stay and can very much recommend the place, especially if you are traveling with a group (our group was two couples)
