• Robert (5/5): Passable - Mostly the location, which had fantastic access to many great restaurants and bars in the West Lake area. It was relatively quiet also. The cleanliness. Room was a little dirty, and there was a musty smell. Also there appeared to be an ant nest in the kitchen area as there were loads of crawling all over the place. Also there was no TV in my room.

Moreover, the hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. In summary, this accommodation far exceeded my expectations, and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit. A true hidden gem!
• Luca (5/5): Cheap - It was cheap and easy to check- in & out + the kitchen has all you need. A small shop with the most you'll need is just around the corner . There are no windows in the room and in the bathroom it was always super hot because it was connected to an airflow to the roof. The location is very far from the old town so you should have a motorbike. I thought it would be quiet there but the traffic at this little "island" was horrible.

• Jobel (10/5): The apartment is recommendable for travelers who liked a peaceful night after scrolling the city. - The property is quiet and peaceful all throughout the day. The Kitchen is clean and complete of tools and equipment. The WiFi has strong connection you can actually do your remote work here plus it’s quiet. Then laundry area is good, you can hang your clothes because there is enough sun that dries your clothes or you can dry it up in the washing machine My room and the shower is spacious. Air conditioning is working well. 2 big towels and 2 small towels were provided. There are also 2 tissues provided. There is a mini refrigerator provided inside the room. Nothing. Everything is perfect
• Princess (7/5): Good - The location is good if you like a quiet area. It is beside the lake, where it is good to chill. The rooms have a proper desk so it is helpful for those who work while traveling. They also have enough cutlery to use if you want to cook. Free use of washing machine if you need to do your laundry! The host is very responsive - this is why we continued our stay. She also gave us the room with a balcony once it was vacated. The area is not good if you like a "happening" place. No near bar or anything with live music to chill with. You need to book grab if you want to go to the Old Quarter Area. We were also assigned first to the ground floor room which is very gloomy with no windows. Plus the warm lights make you feel lazy. Some appliances are also unclean, like the rice cooker and microwave. No free water to drink.

Better suited for a longer stay I think as it has its own cooking in the room and a laundry upstairs. No TV which isn't a major but is good company for a solo traveller. No window

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - I had a perfect stay in this cozy studio and would come back any time! The location is great, right next to the West Lake and with good public transport connections. I got plenty of sunlight and the place felt homy. I had everything I needed in the studio kitchen and never had to use the bigger, shared kitchen. Since this is in a small alley, it's very quiet for Hanoi, especially after hours. Ideal for both short and long stays. Very safe, I had no worries walking around at night by myself. Mai was very responsive throughout and even during booking, and although you can't choose which apartment you want in the automatic system, I talked to her in advance and she made sure I got the one I wanted, with a small balcony. I only met her once, but I could feel her hospitality, she helped me with info non-related to the apartment and also let me borrow a bike. Ha was there every day, caring for the common areas and helping with whatever you need. Super recommended!

• Kai (10/5): Would have stayed longer but they were fully booked - Spotlessly clean, good communication by WhatsApp right after booking. Large room, comfortable big bed. Aircon has heating mode, which was very much appreciated. Good wifi. No windows, had to go all the way down to find out what the weather was like. And it ws cold and rainy, so not great. The area is surprisingly dirty, with trash and dog poo everywhere, so be careful where you step. Neither is the accommodation's fault, though.

They helped me immediately when one of the faucets in the bathroom broke. It wasn't the cleanest apartment. There was some mold in the bathroom. And it was very small.

• Danieltim (10/5): Exceptional - Westlake is a relaxed and calm area. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. Mine of 5th floor had a lovely wide window. Aircon worked very well. Real old city feeling. Laundry is on the top floor. It's a family run Inn, I love this format. Owners are lovely people. Taxis were easy to take to and from Tu Hoa Rd. Cafeterias on the lake shore help you chill after a good day in old town Hanoi. There's a mini mart and a couple of great bakeries just nearby. It's a good stay for exploring something more than just old quarters in Ha Noi! Nothing - it was great.

She helped me with booking a tour (she even paid it for me using her card and I paid in cash) and allowed me to leave my luggage for a night to finish an event outside Hanoi. Thumbs up to the owner. She speaks perfect English so you need not worry! Aside from the sound of the water pump on the nearby building, there's nothing I could think of.

Definitely worth its money. - The price is great! having a studio for $10 a day is nice. the location is perfect, close to everything in Tay Ho. it’s possible just to walk around without renting a bike. There was a huge mirror in the room 🤩 My room was on the top floor and it was very hot. The AC helped a lot, but every time before it makes difference I needed to take a shower. There’s an aluminum roof right on top of the room and when it rained it was very loud. The mattress was ok - not too bad, not good as well. All the furniture was old with signs of heavy use. There were no cutlery in the room.
