• Fanus Venter (1/5): - As we arrived the lady working there did not know about our booking, she was rude, Our unit was not clean, there were cockroaches all over the place. The toilet seats were loose, ceilings in poor condition. Windows fixtures not properly in place, Cutlery and crockery were dirty we had to wash it before we could use it. See pictures

• Peta (1/5): - Comfortable beds. Had to have people in to fix aircons, tvs, microwave needed replacing. Shower water very difficult to adjust & operate . Toilet door falling off hinges.Sleeping supposed to be for 6, 3 chairs at table, couches, room for 4.
• Diphoko (8/5): A good stay overall... - The place was very well maintained and clean. The gate is operated by the house keepers so you have to contact them everytime you want to go in or out. Maybe they could improve on that but overall I loved the space, it was properly furnished and very accodative.

• Leshabane (10/5): We had a beautiful stay. The stuff uSis Sarah was so welcoming. The entire play was super clean and the pool also. - It was super clean and luxurious. I didn’t like the fact that the place doesn’t have a board where the name of the place is written because we thought we were lost but other than that, everything was a solid 10/10
• Deidre (6/5): - The bedrooms area nice size with comfortable beds. Aircons is a blessing. The kitchen cupboards had a smell and cockroaches . Coffee and sugar containers had old contents inside. Smalls ants were everywhere. Hotwater does not flow consistently in the bathrooms as it switches from hot to cold. Shower curtain in bathroom2 needs to cleaned or changed.
• Tasqeen (10/5): Excellent and Awesome - Location is great and central to Bryanstan, Sandton and Randburg. The area is safe and quiet. Place was clean and awesome.

Has to verify information from the owner, who doesn't even stay in the country The pictures are misleading. The water was very cold and switch it off while showering. No wifi password given when we check-in Access to the property is difficult. We have to call the caretaker to open for us. Even if it's 2 AM

• Sbashle (10/5): Amazing time - The host is very reasonable and friendly. The house is spacious and clean. I also really loved the window roofing in the kitchen. We really enjoyed it. Pool is shared with guests from the other flats

• George (8/5): Great homely location. Nice for groups or families - Great homely feel No gate key access so a bit tough having to wake up one of the staff every time you need to leave or enter
• Nkabinde (9/5): - The place was nice and clean..The stuff was so welcoming 🙏 ☺️ We can definitely book there again The shower had a problem, with cold water. Next minute warm comes out the next ice cold but the staff gives us another apartment to bath
• Akhona (10/5): Everything was good, stuff was very friendly and welcoming, we got assistance whenever needed and immediately. The pool - The place was very nice and clean. What you see is what you get.
• Ramphomane (9/5): Always awesome being at the establishment especially with kids and this time with family and friends - We had many guests coming in for our girls birthday party so the remote gate key was only accessible through the caretaker and we felt like we were disturbing her too much although she was more than happy to come out whenever we needed her to open and close the gate.

I didn't like that you had to leave the downstairs bedroom walk across the kitchen and sitting area to get to the bathroom. The Wi-fi router was in a different apartment and when we couldn't connect on some nights,we had to wait til the morning or til the neighbor was awake

• Keny (8/5): Lovely place - I loved the comfort, home away from home. The cleaners only cleaned the house once in the 5 days I spent. The appartment 3 lounge curtains needs a bit of care. The beds were comfortable, appartment decor make the place peaceful and relaxing. Overall, I will book again

• Sandra (9/5): We had a lovely stay and would recommend the property. - It is situated in a nice quiet area and close to the malls. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property and unit we stayed in was neat and clean. The one toilet seat requires fixing - downstairs bathroom. Some of the lounge furniture was broken. This was communicated with the host. We couldn’t utilise the tv facilities. Subscription fees were not paid. The placement of the plugpoints in relation to the dressing tables in the rooms was not convenient. I had to run extension leads in order to use the hairdryer. The kitchen cupboards needs a bit of airing out.

• Bonisiwe (8/5): Top notch - Welcoming place ....beautiful location the staff very calm down to earth... woooo the pool very clean won't mind staying there the whole day...the beds clean clean... balcony top ...planning my next trip already The rules sales lower the music at 10 ....everyone was gathered at 6 to 7 ...one person complain abt noise me tym we still treating each other...we move to the pool thn we must switch off the music because thy wanna sleep ...thy ddnt evn have a small bby...other tenants whr welcoming nd happy nd said it's not loud ...all i am saying is fairness nd treatment must be the same

• Bontle (10/5): Exceptional - The size of the apartment and the cleanliness. Additionally each apartment had enough privacy The size of the pool. It was too small for all guests to use. There were other guests booked in the facility and we alm had to share a splash pool. Noise control, some of the other guests were noisy and nothing was done about it.

• Darell (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Aircon in living room and upstairs bedrooms. Staircase very unsafe. Access from 1st floor bedrooms to barhroom and downstairs extremely unsafe. Poor quality crockery etc. Chipped coffee mugs, no aircon in downstairs bedroom. Very stuffy.

• Elaine (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly and very helpful staff even though we arrived late on our first day. Beds were comfortable and had warm bedding which we were glad of on two quite cold nights. The accommodation is listed under two different titles - as The Chapel and as Chapel Luxury Apartments - which was confusing as they have very different reviews and ratings on booking.com and show up as two different places on the map which made finding the accommodation difficult. Spiral staircase and extra steps on landing are tricky for more mature visitors and small children. Cutlery, glasses, plates etc were fine for our group of three but wouldn't be adequate for six people. Bedside lamps would have been appreciated.

• Phuti (8/5): For a local away from home stay, for a big family like mine, the price we paid was more than excellent 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 - Beautiful and luxurious. Great for family of 5 stay. Niggling problems, like wifi connection whisk the host remained in touch about and finally resolved.
