• Leonhard (10/5): Calm and quiet in the city - I enjoyed my stay here. This place has everything you could potentially need and it is in a convenient location, in walking distance to the Sandton Gautrain station and the big malls. At night the area is mostly quiet, and if you open the windows in the morning you hear the birds chirping. The communication with the host was good, and I was able to arrange for a late checkout as my flight was in the evening. The carport is too small for a bigger car next to the neighbor's Bakkie, and the pillars get in the way. You can however park in front of the entry door which I resorted to.

• Allan (8/5): Very good - Good location. Quiet and the hosts are very helpful. We had a period of a couple of hours when we did not have running water. However, host was proactive and discovered it was a Municipal issue beyond their control but still made alternative arrangements to get us drinking water.
• Argyrios (9/5): Nice villa near Sandton centre - Ian did his best to make our stay comfortable. Also assisted with arranging a babysitter that took good care of our son. Answered in due time questions and resolved issues. The apartment felt like home, kids toys, hot water, kitchen equipment. Safe gated community. Would recommend for families. Also, good wifi. First 2 days had limited heating, but Ian arranged an extra heater and then it got more comfortable. Air-conditioning and previous fan heaters could be replaced.

• Pandya (7/5): Had a good stay but not friendly with elderlies and children because of the first floor bedroooms - We liked that We received clear instructions to access the property and security was taken care of well. The property is good overall, with spacious rooms and all the amenities that you need. Location is superb if you want to be in Sandton. They have a gated community and security was good. The kitchen is well equipped. Ian is a good host and took care of our needs. 1. The bedrooms and bathrooms/toilet are on the first floor which makes it a bit inconvenient if you are traveling with elderlies or kids. 2. The cleaniliness was a bit of an issue. There was animal fur all over the sofa in the main room which can trigger allergy attacks. The garden also needed some cleaning as it was full of dry leaves and needed some cleaning. 3. We also did not like that the guard in the complex would wash their bins and cars right in front of our gate which gives an unpleasant smell and makes your experience bad. We told the guard not to do it in front of our door but no action was taken.

• Stavros (8/5): Very good - There was an issue with cockroaches in the house, which I understood that the landlord has been attending before our arrival, so hopefully it soon will be resolved. Other than that all good. The landlord (Ian) was very attentive and detailed in each communication and the apartment is well located and safe. Please also be informed that South Africa faces power outages and there is an app to monitor scheduled load sheddings that last in total from 4-6h daily. The house is equipped with 2 "smart" lamps to support with light when the power is off and there is a UPS on the router, so there is no internet cut-off despite the power outage. Socket adapter for Europe or US devices exist also in the house.

• Bubune (8/5): Comfortable and well located - No breakfast but location was very good Frequent power cut. Not the fault off the apartment owner though. But the village(estate) could come together and get a small and y generator for the estate.

• Thandi (10/5): Fabolous - The host went all out to prepare for a comfortable stay. There were toys for the baby and other basic necessities that one might use before buying groceries. Excellent location and a great host. The baby enjoyed the cosy garden

• Patricia (9/5): Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Sandton Johannesburg. - Everything was perfect. Everything one needs and expects in an accommodation was available. The owner is easily reachable and comes out of his way to fix any problem swiftly There is a pool, but not attached to the property, one has to walk 2min...the weather was a bit cold anyway, therefore didn't use it.
• Van (7/5): We had a good stay at the property and felt like home away from home! - The property was well located and secure. It is clean and kitchen is well equipped. The garden and outside area was great especially for a long stay. The hosts were amazing, thoughtful and responsive to our needs.

The location was perfect for everything we needed to do. The outdoor space was ideal for my 2 year old. I am happy to stay there again.
