• sang gu (10/5): 훌륭한 위치. 친절한 호스트 - 주변 관광지는 물론이고, 마트, 맛집 등 편의시설이 가깝게 위치하고 있어 로마에서 아주 즐겁게 잘 지내다 갑니다. 오래된 건물이지만, 숙소는 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어 머무는 동안 편안했습니다. 4인 가족이 머무르기에도 적당한 크기였습니다. 특히 호스트 알프레도 씨께 감사드려요. 아이가 다쳐서 급히 휠체어가 필요했는데 적극적으로 도와주신 덕분에 정말 편하게 여행할 수 있었습니다. 로마 숙소로 추천합니다. 없음

We arrived on the day of the Marathon in Rome when the whole city centre is closed: Alfredo gave us directions anew of how to reach the apartment on that day and waited for us very patiently until we arrived. The apartment is very centrally located with easy access (on foot) to almost all main sites. It is an old Italian apartment with high ceilings and old furniture of its time, thus, do not expect to find anything of modern style in it. It was a great choice for us (family of four, with two young children)!

You can walk to everywhere, bus station is 6min away if you dont want to walk, texi station is also 6minaway if you want to take a texi to the airport which is fixed rate of €40 (April 2026) You are right in the heart of historical center which has all the famous tiramisu and gelato and pizza places. Alfredo is so kind and informative. He greeted us in person, and let us know about all the restaurants and places to go!! There apartment felt very secure and cozy! • Manon (10/5): Un séjour Romain inoubliable - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Son emplacement est tout simplement parfait : situé au cœur de Rome, il nous a permis de tout faire à pied, même avec nos enfants de 8 et 11 ans, ce qui est un avantage considérable ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien pensé. On y trouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, la chambre est grande et spacieuse, et le canapé-lit dans le salon est parfait pour les enfants. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu nos vacances incroyables, c'est l'accueil d'Alfredo. C'est un hôte exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse incroyable. Il nous a partagé énormément de bons plans, d'adresses locales et même des liens internet pour réserver nos visites au bon endroit et au meilleur prix. Un immense merci à Alfredo d'avoir rendu notre séjour si fluide et mémorable. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés !

He gave us lots of great tips on where to go and what to do from a local's perspective. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, plus the location is incredibly fantastic. You can do everything on foot and the apartment is right in the middle of shops and a main street. And yet, it's still super quiet. Nothing bothered me. You're not in a 5-star hotel, but rather in a traditional Italian home. It's as if you were staying at the house of friends who went away for a few days and left the keys with you.

Die Wohnung war authentisch, eine ältere, aber sehr gut gepflegte Unterkunft, geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet und mit viel Charme. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der äußerst nette Besitzer: sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und mit extrem schnellen Antworten auf alle Anfragen. Man fühlte sich jederzeit gut betreut. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Alfredo is a fantastic host, long before our arrival he gave us lots of tips and advice to make our stay as carefree and enjoyable as possible, which continued when we met in person, when we received further help and advice. I have been to many places, met many hosts, but Alfredo is one of the best I have ever met! -

Host supplied heaps of very useful information about places to see and eat etc. It’s quite small for a family of four. The main bed is a little uncomfortable. Can be a little loud if you want to go to sleep early.

• Patrick (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family or couple trip to Rome with really friendly and helpful host - The comfortable apartment is very clean and ideally located in the historic centre of Rome near the Via Governo Vecchio, where one can find a lot of good restaurants, bars and small shops. Piazza Navona is 5 minutes away by foot. The host Alfredo cannot be rated high enough. He is very very friendly and helpful regarding sights to see, insider tips for restaurants and anything else that's needed by the guests. Absolutely superb. We will definitely book this apartment again.

• Narindi (10/5): Vicolo Vecchio 59 - It is a lovely apartment. The main bedroom is quite large which was really great. The sofa bed in the living room is easy to set up and really sleeps comfortable!! Our 2 large teenage boys had no problem to make their bed each night and slept well!! The living room is also quite large with a dining table. We enjoyed the space to relax after a long day of walking!! The kitchen and bathroom is on par with the rest of the apartment with everything you need. The shower was the biggest we had in Europe! Alfredo is a great host and sent us tips and links before hand which really helped a lot. The location of the apartment is also very good, close to all of the attractions! We will definitely stay here again! Nothing!

• Ioannis (10/5): Exceptional - A traditional roman apartment in a perfect location, a vibrant neighborhood near Piazza Navona, with everything in the center of Rome within walking distance (plus the Vatican, Trastevere etc). A good fit for a family of 4, with a double bed and a sofa/double bed. Alfredo, the very friendly and professional owner, also provided a baby cot and even a high chair. In addition, he gave many useful tips, recommended nice places to visit, eat etc, and he was ready to answer any questions. We had a great time. Alfredo, we will recommend your apartment to our friends and we are looking forward to visit again.
• Sumit (9/5): Excellent location, safe house and neighborhood, adequate space and great owner. - The property is located at the city center which is really convenient. There is a taxi stand round the corner that makes it easy to come from the airport and to leave pretty much any time. There are tons of restaurant just outside or within a short distance. We were a family of four and had plenty of space to share. The house is safe, clean and has all the amenities you expect in a trip. The owner, Alfredo, is an amazing host and gives his everything to make your time as much enjoyable and comfortable as he can. He is truly a gem. Almost none. The only thing I want to add is that adding a small washing machine would help a lot of budget customers like us who can’t carry a lot of clothes due to airlines excessive cost.

The location of this apartment was brilliant, walking distance from main touristic attractions. Nearby grocery store, bus stop, pharmacy, many places to eat and drink. The apartment is large, clean and warm, very well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi. Alfredo was amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He gave a lot of useful advice and recommendations and was constantly in touch. I highly recommend this place to stay, and would for sure book here again if I’d come back to Rome! • Akshay (10/5): Perfect Roman Vacation - A cosy Italian apartment equipped with everything one needs for a vacation (air conditioning is a big plus for summers). The apartment is located in one of the most happening areas of Rome, and is walkable to almost all attractions. To top it off, Alfredo is the perfect host, always suggesting amazing sightseeing locations and food joints. Since the apartment is in such a lively location, there might be some minor disturbances in the night. But this is definitely not a dealbreaker.

• Alessio (10/5): Perfect host and great apartment in the best location - Even before arriving Alfredo was exceptional on providing us with information and tips on how better experience the beautiful city of Rome as it can be hard to navigate. He facilitated our request of an early check-in and he met us at the taxi stop, spending time showing us the apartment and giving us plenty of tips where to eat and how to explore in the best possible way the eternal city for a family of 4. Throughout the stay he was in contact ensuring everything was good. The location is ideal to visit all the main features and monuments, minutes away from P.zza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, Castel San't Angelo and Vatican City and a short walk to Trevi, Campidoglio e Vittoriano. Also very close to plenty of good restaurant and bars, it was for us a perfect location to seek refuge during the hot hours of the day and continue our walks in the evening. Thanks to another Alfredo's tip we took the bus 115 to the stop nearby to get to the Gianicolo hill, from where we enjoyed one of the best views of the city. Apartment was big, clean and the air conditioning was a life saver in a hot week (also wi-fi was very good). We highly recommend it and we would certainly going back here when we will back in Rome. • Anonymous (10/5): Excellent host and location - Excellent host, very kind and caring. Location in the very heart of city, extremely comfortable.
• Jilly (10/5): Superb location, fantastic for families!! - Alfredo is a superb host!! Before arriving he sent us some information on local, less touristy, sights to look up, plus some suggestions for food (a number of which we tried and none disappointed). We got a warm greeting on arrival and he showed us our location and details of walking times to various sites. He gave us all the time we needed, and was available during our stay when we had a query. The apartment was spotless with plenty of bedding & towels, excellent WiFi and lots of hot water at all times. And what a location!!! This is the place you want to stay to explore Rome by foot. None of the major sites more than 25 mins (unless you stop as often as we did to take photos!!). Couldn't recommend this place more!!! We will definitely be back! (Two adults & two kids aged 10 & 12) The beds were a little soft for our liking, but that is a personal choice and it really didn't bother us too much. The only negative (ish) we had.
• Chi-an (9/5): Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and Alfredo was a great host. Terrific value and location! - Alfredo is an awesome host! He responded very quickly to all of our messages, and he met us at the property upon arrival. He provided so many helpful recommendations, and the location of the apartment is terrific, just steps from restaurants, shops, and beautiful piazzas. With our family of 4, two people had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The windows were not very soundproof, so the noises from the street went late into the night and started early in the morning.
• Ambra (10/5): Exceptional - We recently stayed in this super cozy and neat apartment and we couldn't ask for a better place. It's located right in the heart of Rome and allows you to explore all the attractions and more just with a short walk. Alfredo was very accommodating and super helpful. We kept in contact throughout our stay and he have us tons of recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay in this beautiful apartment again!!

• Carrycarrie (9/5): Central, quiet and comfortable - Alfredo very helpful upon arrival. Ran through a good explanation of the area and restaurants etc. He was always available on WhatsApp. The cot was set up for us already. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and store cupboard items like oil, pepper etc. The place was quiet even though there was a restaurant closeby. Never any trouble with noise in the night. (and we have a 16 month old who is easily woken)
• Mark (10/5): Fantastic Location and Host, Great Apartment - Alfredo is an exceptional host, so helpful, full of great ideas and suggestions, going above and beyond to make a great stay, fun to talk with. Apartment is large, clean, secure, comfortable, and quiet. Floor fans, breezy windows, and high ceilings provide good cooling in early September. Great location just steps from great cafes, shopping, and attractions. And did I mention Alfredo? No air conditioning, but the fans, etc., worked well.
