• Torello (1/5): Un incubo - Nulla Esperienza assolutamente pessima e struttura che non dovrebbe essere proposta agli ospiti nelle condizioni in cui si trova. Siamo stati costretti a lasciare la struttura e cercare un altra sistemazione. La pulizia era praticamente inesistente: presenza evidente di muffa in diversi punti della stanza e del bagno, ragnatele negli angoli e una sensazione generale di trascuratezza e sporco. Il condizionatore era in condizioni indecenti, con evidenti tracce di ruggine e filtri palesemente mai puliti, tanto da risultare preoccupante per la qualità dell’aria. Ancora più grave è stata la totale assenza di standard di sicurezza. La scala interna era instabile e traballante; due gradini risultavano addirittura danneggiati e bruciati a seguito, a quanto riferito, di un cortocircuito proveniente dalla lavatrice collocata in modo improprio in un ripostiglio sotto la scala. Una situazione che ho trovato estremamente pericolosa e incompatibile con una struttura che ospita persone. L’impressione generale è quella di una struttura lasciata all’abbandono, senza manutenzione e senza la minima attenzione alla sicurezza e al benessere degli ospiti. Non consiglierei questo B&B a nessuno. Prima di accogliere altri clienti sarebbe necessario intervenire in modo radicale sulla pulizia, sulla manutenzione degli impianti e soprattutto sulla messa in sicurezza degli ambienti.

Sa situation georg - Le mobilier est moderne le canapé lit tres confortable ainsi que le lit La situation geographique à 50 m de campo di fiori permet de tout faire à pieds La mezzanine à un escalier en acier exiguë et dessoudé, La salle de bain est particuliere humide avec de la moisissure dans la douche Les paroies de la salle de bain sont toutes en verre ce qui ne permet pas vmt d’intimité aux toilettes et lorsque l’on prend sa douche

• Diana (4/5): Purtroppo non sceglierei più questo appartamento anche se si trova in una posizione centrale - La posizione Il bagno non era pulito, il doccettone perdeva acqua, le lenzuola del divano letto erano sporche, il Wi-Fi non funzionava e le due tv avevano i telecomandi senza pile.
• Tania (1/5): Pessima esperienza in un ottima zona - La posizione Bagno con doccia e doccino che perdeva, macchie di muffa e contro o doccia sporchissimo. Scala per salire sul soppalco che dondola con gradino rotto, pericoloso e senza corrimano, “balaustra” fatta di fili dove ne mancava uno e per la sicurezza non è il massimo. Doppia tv grandissima che peccato non funziona poiché non funziona il Wi-Fi. Clima rotto che ha macchiato il muro. Insomma da chiudere e ristrutturare al più presto.

• Paola (2/5): Attenzione: le foto su Booking sono ritoccate. Appartamento sporco. - Alla prenotazione, fatta mesi prima della partenza, non ha seguito alcuna comunicazione di istruzioni da parte dell'Host. Ho cercato di comunicare con l'host per diverse volte prima del viaggio direttamente tramite booking senza ricevere risposte. Il giorno stesso ho provato a chiamare al telefono, sempre staccato, e scrivere all'assistenza di Booking. Infine l'host ha risposto su Whatsapp dicendomi che lasciava le chiavi sotto lo zerbino dell'appartamento e non si è mai fatto vedere, ne ha chiesto copie dei documenti per la registrazione di legge. Sono un cliente Booking Genius 3, laureata in Economica del Turismo, con 15 anni di esperienza in hotel e accoglienza e sono abituata a usare booking 10-15 volte all'anno da oltre 10 anni per lavoro, un host così è la prima volta che mi capita. L'appartamento riflette il suo proprietario: wi-fi che non funziona, muffa in bagno, nessuna istruzione di come riuscire ad aprire le finestre (coperte da pannelli a tutta altezza di legno e plexiglass che sembrano fissi - vedi foto). Immobile sporco sia nelle cose più frequenti da usare (bollitore) che nei pavimenti e arredi fissi. Bagno pieno di muffa nella doccia, sporco dove cade meno l'occhio, doccia con acqua che dopo pochi minuti diventa fredda tanto da non riuscire a lavarsi i capelli. Riscaldamento solo con stufette elettriche e scala, in ferro, che porta al piano di sopra con 2 gradini pericolosi che sono in parte staccati. Ringhiere a protezione dalle cadute sono in parte assenti (vedi foto) o hanno perso la loro stabilità e dondolano. SINTESI: Appartamento pericoloso e sporco. Unico aspetto positivo: zona con molti localini e mercatini a 5 minuti da Piazza Navona.
• Olga (1/5): Deficiente - La ubicación y camas cómodas Tuvimos que esperar hora y media porque no había nadie ni habían dejado las llaves . La suciedad , no nos duchemos de lo sucia que estaba con moho Grifo suelto , calefacción deficiente Falta limpieza .dejado se tendría que arreglar muchas cosas , está dejado . El wifi no funciona . El piso de arriba barandilla rota . Si lo ve el dueño para que arregle y limpie el apartamento ,porque es una pena por la ubicación que tiene que lo tenga así de dejado .
• Buiucli (3/5): da non ripetere - letti e tavola comodi, abbastanza grande pulizie:ragnatele che cadono dal tetto proprio sopra il letto,muffa ecc. 4 stufe presenti di cui solo una funzionante purtroppo non adatta da sola a scaldare tutto l’ambiente, microonde non funzionante, fornelli ad induzione con pentole inadatte all’adattamento ai fornelli stesse, pochi bicchieri, scale ripide e pericolose in quanto instabili proprio affianco al letto, doccia sporca che perde acqua dal tubo e che tarda a diventare calda, oltre al bagno sporco, e quadro osceno piazzato al centro davanti alla tavola con raffigurata un’ unghia in un posacenere. TV NON FUNZIONANTI nonostante i diversi telecomandi. WI-FI non funzionante.

• Drivale (1/5): - El alojamiento estaba sitio, sucio. No tenía zapatillas, ni jabón, ni gel de ducha. Las escaleras están mal soldadas y son peligrosas. Las barandillas están rotas y como te descuides puede ser peligroso. La alcachofa de la ducha está rota y se sale por todos lados. La Fisterra está rota y no funciona tirar de la cadena. Tuvimos que estar toda la estancia con el cubo de la fregona hechando el agua. Y no hay WiFi. Muchos de los servicios que se supone que tienen son inexistentes. La ubicación genial lo único.

• Anna (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in an amazing position, super close to all the major attractions without taking any public transport. I understand the low price for the great position but the bathroom was awful, it needs to be cleaned and it is quite transparent so if you're going with someone who's not a close friend then it's a problem.

• Jordan (1/5): run away while you can - nothing the apartment was unbearable, and we left after the first night out of 4 nights. The sink is broken and leaking. The toilet is clogged and the water makes a horrible smell when flushing. The stairs to the upstairs are narrow and squeaking and unsafe. The whole apartment smells of mold. Cannot turn on the AC because it smells even more of mold. We started sneezing all the time and I was sick because of the mold. This apartment is unfit. The owner didn’t even come to meet me and didn’t care that we had such a bad night.
• Rey (1/5): Awful place to rent - Not one thing about the property. A big thumbs down Mould on the walls, the bathroom floor, and shower area was awful. The smell of mound was noticeable as soon as you open the door. The drain pipes on the kitchen sink was broken and leaking. It was tagged "broken”. Also the faucet on the bathroom sink was leaking causing the floor to be wet. And if that wasn’t enough, the bed sheets were nasty. I immediately reached out to the point of contact with the room to ask to cancel at no charge do to the condition of the room and NEVER received an answer to my message. The key guy couldn’t do anything for us.

The apartment is very dirty. The listed amenities were missing. Mattress had stains on it as well as the cover and the sheets. The bathroom is very impractical if you are traveling in a group. Very disappointing.
