• Sylwia (8/5): Na wypoczynek w Rzymie. - Mieszkanie przestronne, ciekawie zaprojektowane, w pełni wyposażone. Na plus 2 łazienki co przy 6 osobach jest atutem. Duży salon z kuchnią. Dobra lokalizacja, w niedalekiej odległości od centrum. Blisko do stacji metra i licznych przystanków autobusowych. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze i najróżniejsze lokale gastronomiczne. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zastrzeżeń. 1. Sofa w salonie koniecznie do wymiany, bez tego mieszkanie nadaje się co najwyżej dla 4 osób.Cieńki materac na twardym metalowym stelażu - nie dało rady na tym spać. Co noc ściągaliśmy materac i spaliśmy na podłodze. 2. Woda pod prysznicem - albo wrzątek albo lód. Brak możliwości regulacji. 3. Kodowane otwarcie drzwi sprawiało wiele problemów. Link działał kiedy chciał. Otworzyć mógł tylko właściciel rezerwacji.
• María Carmen (8/5): Excepcional alojamiento en Roma - La amplitud y ubicación conectado con metro al centro. Camas cómodas. 2 baños, uno de ellos dentro de la habitación. Terrazas. Check in fácil y tardío. Llave virtual inteligente a través del móvil, muy cómodo. Barrio tranquilo y con opciones cercanas para comer y comprar. Nada de importancia, pero por si ayuda a mejorar o a otros inquilinos: No había tostador, pero si un grill tipo sandwichera. Fallos puntuales con el agua caliente. Faltaba una cucharilla para 4 personas. Una habitación no tiene armario, aunque sí una cómoda con amplios cajones. No obstante merece la pena el alojamiento para pasar unos días en Roma. Volvería a alquilarlo sin duda.

• Manuela (6/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut - Die Räumlichkeiten waren zweckmäßig ausgestattet, Zimmer hell und freundlich. In der Wohnung war es ruhig , trotz belebte Umgebung. Gute Anbindung an Bus und Zug. Dusche mit im Schlafzimmer.

• Katarzyna (9/5): - Big, clean apartment with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen! Lovely place Super soft beds, great if you love it, horrible if you have back problems. Moka pots didn't work on induction.

We rented apartment for 4 adults and two children, so we needed an extra bed. The sofa that served as an extra bed is in such bad condition that it is practically unusable.

• Sylwia (9/5): Wygodny, przestronn apartament w Rzymie - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, przestronny, wygodny. Położenie apartamentu w bliskiej odległości od metra otwierało wiele kierunków podróżniczych. Łatwy i szybki kontakt z zarządcą. Polecam -

• Valdeir R Silva (10/5): Este local, a hospedagem foi perfeita, muito bem localizado, ótima estrutura, anfitrião atencioso. - Nossa viagem teve duas característica principais, estávamos em 7 pessoas e fizemos ela com carro. Baseado nisso foi muito boa a hospedagem, fácil acesso, próximo do centro. Este apartamento próximo ao limite da ZTL(Zona com limitação de tráfego), estacionamento muito próximo na rua a € 7,00 a diária, lugar muito tranquilo, próximo a supermercado e fácil a 40 minutos andando ao Coliseu e aos principais pontos turísticos central. Este local, a hospedagem foi perfeita, muito bem localizado, ótima estrutura, anfitrião atencioso. De não ter mais dias livres em Roma.

• Jan (9/5): very good localization and comfort - Comfy and well equipped. Effective air conditioning. Very communicative and supportive host. Perfect location - can be walking distance to everywhere, can be a bus or metro ride. A bit worn out furnitures, but still within definition of comfy.

• Rupali (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was big enough and clean Toiletries were not enough, no hand wash, only 2 toilet rolls per bathroom for 6 people and 3 nights. There was only one ac remote that we had to share for 3 ACs. Bedroom TVs were not working
• Lindsay (9/5): Spacious & clean apartment in excellent location - We had an email with links to the external and internal doors - very clear directions and easy to use. The property had a lovely spacious living area and two big bedrooms with plenty of storage. Travelling with friends it was ideal to have the en suite facilities as well as the main bathroom. Host had left two big bottles of water which were very much appreciated! The aircon was very welcome after 2 very, very hot days exploring! The apartment is easily within walking distance of all the main attractions (30 min to Colesseum, 45 mins to Vatican), but also has a train station, Pyramide metro stop and a taxi rank at the end of the street if you don't want to walk. Lovely cafes for breakfast very close by. Would definitely stay again if I ever return to Rome. The only thing to make the apartment more perfect would be a coffee machine (but there are plenty of cafes with good quality, very reasonably priced coffee nearby so not the end of the world!)

• Paweł (7/5): Great location, large apartment, good place to stay - Large apartment, automatic checkin and checkout, good contact with Host, two bathrooms, clean rooms, great location near metro and trains, well equipped kitchen, elevator in the building Air condition did not work, Host tired to help and we got electric fans, but still it was uncomfortable at nights, washing mashine placed on balcony, dirty with some suspicious rags inside, basically not usable, shower in bedroom difficult to use and make hot water to run, small discussion with Host was needed to make it work, additional sofa bed very uncomfortable

• Thavamani (1/5): Never go with this apartment as the property owner is not GENUINE - Don’t want to share a positive for this kind of property owner The owner of the apartment is changing the cancellation booking to non cancellation type and booking is asking for evidence of booking made with cancellation option(screenshot or video recording of the booking/price/ options ) . They say that they can’t check what was there before .. After a month of follow up with both owner and booking.com, we dropped spending time with this cheating people.

Good location and very easy check-in system, the host (although we did not meet her) was very helpful and responded quickly. Two bathrooms, A/C in every room, TV in every room with Netflix, etc in the living room. Nice pizza place near the apartment and a very good restaurant next doors - Osteria Fratelli Mori. I would recomend to stay here and my family was satisfied. In room (with shower) the matress was already in pretty bad shape - I would recommend to change it. And also would recommend to defrost the freezer.

• Edita (5/5): Passable - The apartment looked better in the photos than in reality. It's a good thing we only stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses too soft for sleep, perhaps they're too old. The location of the apartment also didn't turn out to be great, there was a lot of noise and disorder outside. Not very clean, uncomfortale beds, noisy streets around. We've been stuck with small kids in an old elevator, the host did not warn us that it can not be used with 5 persons at once.

• Le (9/5): We like this apartment. Thank you. - The apartment is in Pyramid area of Rome, one metro stop from Colosseum. Conveniently located near to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The highlight of this spacious apartment are a bright living room, two bedrooms, 1 sofa-bed and two bathrooms. We could cook Italian fresh seafood for dinner then wash the dishes and clothes. Parking is just on the street in front of the building, 1€/hour in a day and free (7pm to 8am) in the evening. I’d rather to stay a bit from city center at a place with convenient free parking and comfortable spacious rooms like this apartment. The kitchen hood is a bit noisy, you don’t mind if you don’t use it.
• David (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Close to the metro station and easy access to central Rome. We could have walked about 20mins to the Colosseum. Air con was fantastic in a very hot week. Clean and modern. Also easy to catch the train to the airport on departure from Ostiense station just 5mins walk from the apartment Nothing really. We would only suggest a few extra mugs and perhaps some basics like soap in the bathrooms and maybe tea or coffee or some simple supplies like milk. Some accommodation supplies this and it is a great help

• Marie (10/5): Rome trip - The apartment was a great size, we were due to travel with another couple who sadly couldn't make it. Comfortable beds, very clean, washing machine a bonus. Close to good bus links and metro. Some nice restaurants very nearby and supermarkets for supplies. Good communication with host. It worked out a little expensive as we were originally staying with friends but in fairness..the links, size of apartment it is very good value for Rome. Highly recommend. Honestly can't think of anything.
