• gareth (8/5): Excellent,definitely recommend and would stay again. - the location is fantastic - defintiely the best part to stay in The outdoor courtyard was great to eat breakfast. The hosts very easy to contact through whats app. Answered all questions and gave recommendations. they even put the Air Con on before we arrived so it was cool when we arrived. the water pressure in the shower was awful and it also went very cold then scalding hot without notice - which was an issues with kids.
• Clare (7/5): Brilliant location and good size for a couple. - Fabulous location within the old part of the city and nearby market. Apartment was on first floor with courtyard and lift access. Good sized bathroom. Great to have a little dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment has so much potential but a little shabby and unloved with broken chair in courtyard and struggling plants. The lighting system was a bit confusing but manageable.
• Elin (3/5): Bra läge, men väger tyvärr inte upp det dåliga. - Väldigt bra läge och område. Närhet till allt. Trevlig uteplats. Vi hade återkommande problem med toaletten. Det gick inte att spola till och från. Kontaktade värdarna som skickade dit en "handyman" men blev inte bättre första gången. Andra gången blev det bättre men ibland uppstod det fortfarande problem med spolning. I badrum läckte handfatet och vi påtalade problemet till värdarna. De skickade dit en rörmokare men det hjälpte inte. Mycket dåligt vattentryck i duschen. Boendet upplevdes som bristfälligt städat. Fläckar och hår i badrummet trots städerskan nyss varit där. Dessutom stördes vistelsen av högljudda byggarbeten varje morgon, vilket gjorde att terrassen inte gick att använda på morgonen. Terassen var inte heller ren, med smutsiga dynor & parasoll.

• Reydatorman (6/5): Gute Lage aber schlechte Wohnung - Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage, tolle Restaurants direkt un die Ecke, kleine Supermärkte für das notwendige auch dabei. Wichtige Touristen Spots in ca. 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Dinge in der Wohnung waren enttäuschend, Bilder zeigen nicht den wahren Zustand, viel Staub und Dreck, Möbel alt und kaputt, Küchenzubehör unbenutzbar (Wasserkocher komplett verkalkt, Töpfe dreckig). Im Badezimmer fließt ständig ekliges Rostwasser an den Seiten des Waschbeckens raus. Terrasse bei weitem nicht so schön und entspannend wie auf dem Bild.
• mynd (5/5): - Tres bien placé, nous avons pu tout faire a pieds pendant 5 jours. Équipé comme il faut. L'immeuble est extrêmement bruillant. Les voisins, des enfants je pense, hurlent toutes les nuits dans l'immeuble et tambourinent à toutes les portes. C etait peut etre exceptionnelle, mais nous avons très mal dormi durant tout notre séjour. Tres peu de pression aux robinets, il ne faut pas etre pressé pour se doucher ou remplir une casserole.
• Anna (9/5): Quando tornerò a Roma sicuramente tornerò qui perché la struttura è davvero in un punto eccezionale - Struttura in un posto centralissimo, comodo a tutti i servizi, a due passi da campo dei fiori dove tutti i giorni c’è un mercato, ci sono panifici e supermercati molto comodi. A 5 minuti a piedi da Trastevere e a 5 minuti da piazza Navona, a ‘meno di 20 minuti dal Vaticano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e siamo riusciti a visitare tanto. Comodo il self check-in, ci hanno dato la possibilità di mettere giù le valigie già alle 13.30 perché l’appartamento era pronto. L’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, phon, tutte le stoviglie e pentole necessarie. Le luci non erano tutte funzionanti e l’appartamento risulta un po buio.

• Erlantz (5/5): - L ubicacion es fantastica y tranquila Te cobran 80€ por la limpieza y el suelo estaba sucio, el baño no funcionaba siempre y la ducha era imposible de graduar en temperatura y el agua era escasa. Los interruptores de las luces son incomprensibles y la ventana del dormitorio da a un patio interior de otro vecino de poco mas de un metro cuadrado

• nathalie (7/5): - L emplacement, le calme dans l immeuble Il manque un pommeau de douche, de la pression d eau pour la douche et la cuisine. Pour les accessoires il a manqué une casserole à manche, un torchon, nous aurions apprécié un micro onde.
• Mattia (8/5): - Posizione top. Da qui un attimo si è a Campo de Fiori. Proprietari super disponibili. Dimensione appartamento adatta per 3-4 persone. Non essendoci altre prenotazioni dopo di noi ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli fino alla nostra partenza nel primo pomeriggio. Piccolo inconveniente con la caldaia il primo giorno (ma i proprietari si sono dimostrati subito pronti a risolvere). Doccia scomoda (perchè nella vasca da bagno) e pochissima pressione del getto dell'acqua.

Удобная кровать, раскладной диван в гостиной. Уютная терраса. С новой мебелью. Отличная связь с хозяином. Все было хорошо.

• ania (9/5): Rzym późną jesienią - Lokalizacja jest genialna-wszedzie blisko. Korelacja ceny do lokalizacji-petarda. Mieszkanie w starym budownictwie ma swój klimat. Jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i właściciele zostawili herbatę/kawę/ołówek/ocet balsamiczny itp. Właściciele pozwolili nam zameldować się wcześniej i wymeldować później, za co jestem ogromnie wdzięczna. W zimie mieszkanie jest dobrze ogrzewane. Nie korzystaliśmy z tarasu. Potrzebny jest mały remont i dopieszczenie apartamentu. Ja nie ogarnialam włączników(fajnie byłoby rozstawić instrukcje, który włącznik co włącza i dokręcenie kilku srobek. Jeśli byłby drugi komplet kluczy, byłoby idealnie

• Anneli (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice in a great location, you can reach almost everywhere by foot. We were 4 people and I would say it is best for a couple, but with a bit of organization everything went well. The terrace was our favorite spot for breakfast and at night. Also, there was an AC to cool off after a hot day. The check-in was very easy and smooth, as well as check-out. I would definitely repeat!

• Michael (10/5): Amazing location, wouke stay again, outside of summer hot months - Location: 10+. Central to walk to all major attractions. Quiet street. Outdoor space. Great communication with staff, fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making meals and eating on terrace. There are caredore express 3 min walk. Endless restaurants 1 min walk. And outside the door. It’s an amazing location. Lots space to enjoy. Although it’s listed there is no air conditioning and fans. The fans are not good enough for August weather. Other units on the building have air cons so they can if they want. They need beside beds not just ceiling as no natural air flow. Smart tv was great. To stream off my iPhone. Wifi was great.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well , having an outdoor terrace was lovely. The shower water temperature was difficult to control , we would have liked a microwave and we couldn’t get any TV channels

• Sara (5/5): Great location and a good price, but don't believe all you see in the photos or on the itinerary! - Great location near Campo de Fiori where we enjoyed buying food from the market and shops. The restaurants are very touristy but you can easily walk further to find better. The kitchen is quite well equipped although there is no microwave (it is listed on the itinerary). The flat is quiet, no street noise and very little noise from any other flats. Nice to have a bath, and the shower was good too. Useful to have a washing machine for a long stay. We had some issues which were quickly dealt with by the English speaking manager on WhatsApp or by attending the flat. With a little TLC from the owner this place could be perfect. Lots of items listed on the itinerary are not in the flat. No microwave, hairdryer, wine glasses. The TV didn't work and I note this has been reported many times before. The stools are all broken so there is nowhere to sit and eat. The terrace which looks lovely in the photos is pretty grubby and very overlooked by the other apartments.
