• Niamh (9/5): - Gorgeous apartment so comfortable and accessible to places. Just a 10 minute walk from the colosseum. Michele was a very helpful host and got back to me with answers to my queries very quickly. Very little i didn't like. The glasses weren't clean but they was easily rectified, the air-conditioning didn't work in the bedroom which was a slight inconvenience. However it worked in the living room area and in general the apartment was cool enough.

• Jayne (8/5): Locational and safe but without the perfect night’s sleep 😩 - Beautiful spacious unit with everything we needed. Some extra instructions for washing machine etc would be appreciated for foreigners. Perfect location to all sights and local vibe of the village . Security and Italian hospitality of the units was excellent. Unfortunately the bed was very very firm even for European standards and made for an uncomfortable sleep. This is priority when travelling to come back to a perfect slumber and the major discredit. For this reason I would not stay again as my sleep is precious after a busy day sightseeing.

• Hilary (10/5): Lovely little home in Rome - The property is in a great, quiet location, we were given clear instructions of how to get to and enter the property, the owner is very helpful and contactable, even giving us a list of bag drop places nearby, it was lovely and clean, modern and spacious, it had controllable heaters so we were nice and cosy, the owner had left us tea, coffee and other treats, you could walk to many of the local attractions, or the bus was only a few minutes walk away, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The location is also great - close to tourist sites - the Colosseum and Trevi fountain are within easy walking distance. A kettle would be useful.

Les draps étaient très propres, doux et agréables, ce qui a rendu le séjour particulièrement confortable. L’emplacement est excellent et super central : à seulement 5 minutes à pied du Colisée et à environ 11 minutes à pied de la fontaine de Trevi. Tout est à proximité et il est très facile de visiter la ville à pied. Le propriétaire était très attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Une expérience très positive. Je recommande vivement.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Colosseum and most major tourist attractions.The street view right outside the door is beautiful. There are also many great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Niente fronzoli ma delizioso. La posizione è strategica e in pochi minuti si raggiungono punti di interesse. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Te dejan un pequeño detalle para desayunar que es de agradecer. Lo que nos no gusto fue la ventilación hacia el exterior , la limpieza era escueta ... estaba bien dentro lo que cabe, aunque el detalle de un olor a limpio de cama y mantas auxiliares se agradece, pero te dejan productos de limpieza para poder dar un repaso , el apartamento esperábamos que tuviera chimenea , es de adorno jeje

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo La posizione dell'appartamento nell'edificio: si tratta di un seminterrato stretto e lungo con le camere in sequenza (salotto, cucina, camera da letto, bagno) ognuna con la finestra che dà in uno spazio limitato, le volte a botte sono ai lati anche molto basse....sconsigliato per chi soffre di claustrofobia. Come segnalato da molti clienti è forte l'odore di muffa. È un vero peccato perché l'appartamento è molto bello e curato.

• Ashley (10/5): A perfect Roman getaway! - It was our last week in Europe after a few months of digital nomading, finishing it off in Rome — the Eternal City — and this was the perfect place to wrap it up. The location was fantastic; you honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot. Everything was within walking distance, from the main attractions to great cafés and restaurants. The host even provided a collection of local business cards for nearby restaurants, cafés, and activities, it’s the small details like that which made a real difference. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with that classic Roman charm exactly like the photos. The host was lovely, very courteous and responsive, and easy to reach on WhatsApp, which made everything simple. As a small business owner, they clearly take pride in the space. It was easy to find, well equipped with everything you need, and the showers were amazing! I’d definitely stay again on future trips. Nothing :)

It was a pleasure to return to every day after exploring Rome and the surroundings. The short set of stairs up the foyer and then down into the apartment were a bit of a bother for us as one of us has a damaged knee and the other has a problem hip.

• Holly (7/5): Great location! - Location was perfect, quiet street for Rome, close to everything. The little amenities included was a really nice surprise. The owner was incredibly easy to deal with and gives clear, concise directions on how to access the property and is available if you have any concerns. Although I was warned from previous reviews about the smell from the bathroom it was still a bit of a shock, despite having the windows open the mouldy smell hung around. The bathroom door was also incredibly difficult to slide open and close without banging it into the frame. The WiFi dropped out repeatedly or couldn't handle 2 devices being used at once.

• Hannah (9/5): A fabulous apartment in the perfect location - This apartment is a gem! It's in the perfect location and beautifully designed. It has a living room area for relaxing, a roomy kitchen, and a nice sized bedroom. The neighborhood is 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum, 7 minutes from Piazza Venezia, 17 minutes from the Trevi fountain...we walked everywhere! The area also has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes - there's a fabulous bakery on the corner and a fresh food market 2 blocks away. In short, we loved it. The apartment itself is roomy and has everything you need for short or longer term stays. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of place to cook and eat. It was especially nice that we didn't have to run out to buy stuff like coffee, sugar, dishwashing pods, or laundry detergent. Thank you so much Michele! You made us feel so welcome and were especially helpful with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Washing machine was a bonus but no airer or place to hang washed clothes. Nice modern kitchen. Large apartment with three areas - sitting area, kitchen and dining table and bedroom. Apartment could have been left cleaner with dust layer on table and surfaces on arrival. Toilet seat was broken. Small bugs flying around bathroom and especially shower, maybe due bathroom having damp smell. With a few minor changed and updates this could be an amazing apartment.

• Prianca (9/5): Great location! - Location was absolutely amazing! We had a lovely time. The host was communicative and helpful, which always makes things smoother. The colloseum was a few minutes walk away, which was a particular highlight for us. The seating area with fireplace was also a bonus! There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom but probably because this is in a historic building. Nothing that would prevent you from having a restful stay.
• H (1/5): Worst Host and Stay Ever in Europe. NOT RECOMMENDED! - Good ONLY IF you want to be separated from the world. NO INTERNET (both Wifi and mobile) in the apartment. They took an afternoon to fix but it's never fixed. And he'll tell you this is not his fault! (1) NO INTERNET (Wifi & mobile). After a long day out, we had to walk out for a certain distance away from the building, for my mobile Internet to work, and to send him messages telling about the issue, to do everything that needs Internet, and caught a cold due to this! (2) He wants to communicate on WhatsApp instead of Booking platform (3) He doesn't care if everything is well, just kept pushing us to pay the tourist tax (4) NO LUGGAGE STORAGE - within free cancellation period he said luggage storage is available, upon arrival we realized it's not possible, and he did not reply further to the question about luggage storage (5) toilet door is always stuck when opening/closing (6) you may hit your head here and there due to the arc-shaped wall and ceiling (7) NO MICROWAVE & KETTLE. 100% disappointing!

• Lindy (9/5): Marvelous Monti Apartment - Great location in the Monti area. Character apartment with 3 different areas including a modern kitchen with a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. Luka, who managed the apartment was very helpful, professional and friendly. Also, to get into the building you used a code and a swipe card like a hotel which was super easy! Unfortunately, there were renovations next door that created a bit of day time noise but it was not a big issue as I was out most of the day. Maybe, an extra light in the bathroom would be good but the other lighting in the apartment was great. There is no street window but that did not bother me as you could still open windows for fresh air.

• Davy (10/5): Amazing! - The property is immaculate. It is exceptionally presented, an executive room which covers all the fine details. Great attention was placed on the quality of the fixtures and furnishings. It is spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. The location is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum and Colosseum. There is a Conad City and Pams less than 5 minutes away. Luca is an amazing host. He came to our rescue on more than 1 occasion when our limited understanding of Italian failed us. Truly accomodating, he saved our bacon!

Close to restaurants and shops. Only 8 steps up to the front door. Host Luca very fast to respond to messages. Windows look onto internal courtyard, so no view. But quiet as there is no street or traffic noise.
