• Liesbeth (9/5): Prijs kwaliteit zeker een aanrader! - De gastvrouw is echt ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is uitstekend, vlakbij de Vaticaanse musea. Van hieruit hebben we te voet alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden bezocht. De kamers waren erg ruim. Het appartement, de keuken en de badkamer zijn goed voorzien. Er staan lekker veel productjes in de badkamer die je mag gebruiken, er zijn handdoeken in overvloed aanwezig. Ook in de keuken staan koffie, versnaperingen, yoghurt,… die je allemaal mag gebruiken. Een huislijk gevoel! Niets. Het enige wat ik kan verzinnen is dat de douche wat weinig water gaf. Met vier personen is het ook even afspreken wie de douche/toilet mag gebruiken, maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem.

Am fost surprinsă foarte plăcut că ne-a lăsat pentru micul dejun croasante,gem,brioșe,lapte,suc,iaurturi. Foarte aproape de toate obiectivele! La câțiva pași de Vatican. In mod sigur voi recomanda aceasta cazare prietenilor și tot aici o sa mă întorc dacă mai ajung in Roma! Va mulțumim!
• Franck (9/5): Super séjour à Rome dans un logement idéalement situé, porté par une hôtesse exceptionnelle ! - Séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement idéalement situé à deux pas du Vatican et du métro, parfait pour découvrir Rome en toute simplicité. L’appartement, avec ses trois chambres, est spacieux, confortable et très agréable à vivre. Un immense merci à notre hôtesse Gianna, absolument adorable : disponible, attentionnée, de très bon conseil pour les visites et les bonnes adresses, et toujours aux petits soins en prenant régulièrement de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour. On se sent vraiment accueilli comme des invités privilégiés. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrions sans hésiter ! Seul petit bémol : la voisine, une dame âgée, qui regarde la télévision assez fort la nuit - mais cela reste un détail au regard de la qualité globale du séjour.
• Salo M. G. (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome - We liked everything. The home we stayed at was a very nice, clean and comfy apartment. Gianna, our host, is a very caring and thoughtful person, she is a gem. Although no breakfast is included in the reservation, she stoke up the place with sweets, milk, yogurt and all we needed to eat at anytime, that was a very nice unexpected surprise and we are thankful for it. The place itself is in a superb location, just steps away from the Vatican museums and St. Peter square. It has 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, perfect for short and long stays. No complaints about the outside noise despite the location being in a busy area. Gianna kept in touch with us and made sure we were fine and enjoying our trip, gave us a some recommendations about where to go what to in in Rome, and we definitely loved the recommendation to have gelato, best gelato of our lives! Of we're in Rome again we won't hesitate to stay at Gianna's place again. Thanks for everything Gianna! We're so glad we got to say good bye to you on our departure. We liked everything.

• Bruce (9/5): A lovely stay in a good apartment with a great host who couldn't have been more helpful! - Gianna the property owner was a lovely host. She is very kind and most helpful, and made us fresh Frappes one day. The apartment is clean, compact and well-equipped. It is located very close to the Vatican, close to a Metro stop and within easy walking distance of St Peters. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. There is a great local craft beer bar close to the apartment. The weather was a bit mixed with torrential rain on the day of the Scotland - Italy match, Deptie the weather and result, we still had a great time!

• Sonia (10/5): - A great apartment right across from the Vatican. Location was quiet, secure and safe, and nearby to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to bus and train transportation to get to the tourist highlights. The apartment itself was equipped with everything that you could need, wifi was good, and the beds were very comfortable. The host Gianna was amazing! She was truly a lovely person who was helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome again. Nothing. Everything was great.

Roupas de cama cheirosas e casa limpa.Tem tudo que se precisa para o bom funcionamento de uma casa GIANNA foi uma fofa desde o check in na compreensão do nosso atraso até o check out. A localização é perfeira, a 5 min caminhando para o Vaticano, 10 minutos para estação do metro. Chegamos e tinha um pequeno almoço oferecido por Gianna e todas as dicas possíveis da cidade. A unica coisa a melhorar seria um barulho em um dos quartos, como se fosse o barulho do aquecedor durante a noite. Mas nada que estrague tanto cuidado em uma hospedagem.

Gianna is a generous host providing breakfast goods - yoghurt, cereals, croissants , cakes & juices for our entire stay. Gianna met us on arrival at the apartment & generously spent time with us orientating us to the area & provided us with a map with the key tourist attractions. Gianna also recommended some excellent restaurants in the locality. • Fiona (9/5): An oasis of of tranquility within reach of the busy center and attractions of Rome with a fantastic host! - Lovely ground floor apartment in.a gated setting in a quite neighbourhood near to the Vatican Museum entrance. The apartment had 3 generous sized bedrooms and was beautifully and warmly decorated .The kitchen was well equipped and the lovely owner Gianna had provided snacks and breakfast food and yoghurts orange juice and limoncello.Gianna was an exceptional host and was warm and welcoming and could not have been more helpful! The beds were comfortable and the powerful fans extremely welcome. There was an excellent food market minutes away and the Vatican and St Peter’s were also very close. It was a pleasant walk to the Centre of Rome across the Tiber. The surrounding area has several piazzas and there are restaurants and bars nearby so you could stay close if you wished which if you want a rest from the frenetic centre is just lovely! We would gladly stay here again. Nothing really. The living area is quite small but the bedrooms are very spacious.

• Carmela (10/5): An absolute hidden gem in Vatican city. - This was a great location in the Vatican area of Rome. The apartment was lovely and quaint with lots of room for the five of us staying there. Every room had fans and some had air conditioning which was brilliant for the height of summer. Our amazing host Gianna met us on arrival at the apartment which was a lovely warm welcome. She ensured that we had everything that we needed for our stay including breakfast options which we were not expecting. She went above and beyond to ensure that my husband had some gluten-free options for breakfast when I had messaged her previously asking if there was supermarkets nearby to buy some food for him. Gianna also offered a clothes washing service which we were not expecting and although we didn't need this, it was great to know that this was available. She has amazing local knowledge and helped us plan some of our activities with recommendations and maps. This felt like a true home from home and gave us somewhere to rest after a busy day of sightseeing. We will definitely be back and wouldn't stay anywhere else. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Loved everything

• lisa (10/5): Great place next to Vatican City - First and foremost, Gianna is an absolute gem!! She is very accessible and friendly. We stayed 4 nights and the location of this place is great. It is literally a 3 minute walk from the Vatican Museum entrance. There is a well-stocked grocery store up the street, and 2 metro stops in under 10 minutes, Cipro and Ottaviano. The 3 bedrooms were a good size, with 3 large, comfy beds, and each had a chair. The kitchen was tidy with a small fridge and a small table and chairs. There's a cook top and a toaster oven for use. The fridge was stocked with yogurts and some juice, as well as packaged breakfast treats that our kids devoured. There is 1 AC for the place, plus 3 fans. We kept the shades closed to keep the place cooler during the Rome 🥵 🔥 ☀️. There is no washer, but Gianna picked up our dirty clothes and washed them while we took a day trip from the city. This place was a great value. Restaurants and shops abound in every direction. You are a 15-minute metro ride to the historic center. We walked to it in a half hour. If you are looking for a new and modern spot, this isn't your place, but if you are looking for a super clean apartment, in a safe and quiet area with an excellent and attentive owner, head here. Every day she asked if everything is OK, we got some italian sweets, yoghurt and croissant too 😊 Everything is true to pictures, we got that real italian feeling. All clean, good smell, comfortable with huge rooms. Here you have everything you need and more. The location is perfect, you can reach every popular sights by walk, but there are bus stops and metro stations near there too. I can not express how we liked to stay there! If Rome Gianna's aparment is the best!

The location is fantastic, right next to the Vatican and the very best line was from Gianna's husband when he said, 'Drink the water from the tap! No need to buy bottled water. Gianna met us on arrival and expalined everything and gave us two sets of keys annd arranged our taxi to the airport. This is a lovely apartment and I would highly recomend it.

• Sandra (10/5): A dream place - Gianna was the best ever hostess...supplying us with breakfast foods and making us feel so welcome. Every day we had a cheerful note from her. Rooms were large, beds super comfy & kitchen well stocked with any pot, pan or utensil we might need. The location is very close to the Vatican, very secure with locked gate, quiet and in excellent condition. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe's nearby...check out La Cucaracha around the corner for the best Mexican food. Pizza, pasta, McDonalds all within easy walking distance. But of course the best thing about Il Sogno is its hostess, Gianna!
• Serena (10/5): The best place to stay in Rome with a small group for comfort, price and location - Gianna’s place is an absolutely gem! The location is perfect, just a 100m stroll to one of the entrances to the Vatican, a short 500m walk to Cipro Metro station, and within a 300m radius you’ll find a number of eateries (try La Locanda di Pietro just down the road!) and a very good Todis supermarket. Breakfast ingredients provided are extremely generous and extensive, and Gianna checked several times during our stay whether we needed anything else. The apartment has everything you need (ok, the butler is missing 😋) and is very tastefully furnished. The best part of our stay was Gianna! She’s a bubbly friendly host, welcoming you like long lost friends. We felt immediately at home! She was also the first host who actually provided us with tourist information as well as warning us against pickpockets and how to wear our bags and backpacks. • Rachel (9/5): Loved the area, location and hostess. - Location, coziness, 3 bedrooms with double beds in each and friendly host. Only one bathroom and the shower was very small.
• Impac92 (10/5): Few minutes walk from the Vatican - Gianna has been an amazing and caring host, the location of the apartment is extraordinary (the entrance of the Vatican Museum is 3 minutes walking distance), the apartment is clean and comfortable. The inside doors were a little bit noisy, but nothing major.

• Owen (7/5): Brilliant, and the accommodation was a big part of this and Gianna was just a breath of fresh air. - The hostess a delightful lady, couldn’t do enough,location at the Vatican, bedrooms well set up and comfortable,bathroom adequate,good beds,clean,secure,ground floor,and quiet No stove but hot plates, microwave would be helpful
• Andrei (9/5): Superb - Gianna was a wonderful host. Very friendly and very italian! :) She was super accommodating and a pleasure to meet. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with several good recommendations for our trip. The location is just behind the Vatican wall, it's literally 3 min walking to the museum so if you plan a visit this is a perfect spot. It's a fairly quiet apartment building corner so you can get some good rest. The location itself was perfect! The restaurants in the vecinity are a bit of a tourist trap given their proximity to the Vatican, just pay attention when picking a spot.
• April (10/5): Most comfortable holiday at this super apartamento! - Everything about the property is beautiful! The host made it so homey and comfy for us. We are a family of four and prefers an apartment type of accommodation as it makes us feel at home away from our home whenever we travel. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we need from cutleries to handwash and pots and pans! Its breakfast included and there’s a basketfull of assorted breads. The fridge is full of packets of juice, butters and milk all ready for u when you need it! Gianna is exceptionally attentive to our needs and even extended our stay as our flight was at night time. I will forever be grateful to Gianna! Nothing
• Barbara (10/5): Wonderful! - It was our home away from home in Rome. The location is fabulous for discovering the Vatican and museums, Castle St Angelo and many wonderful restaurants. It is great for walking to most popular sites and very close to the bus stop and train station. Gianna is amazing! She made us so welcome providing many delicious treats. I cannot thank her enough.
• Earl (10/5): Location, location. Soo close to all of the major sites. Host was great and helpful to us when trying to navigate thro - The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was located in 1st floor which was very convenient when dragging luggages around. We were a few steps to the Vatican Wall. A few blocks away from train stop. Eateries within walking distance. Gianna is a great host. Highly recommended place.
• Brad (10/5): You cannot go wrong with this accommodation!!! - The host Gianna kept great communication up leading up to the trip, then greeted us as the taxi arrived. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable and perfect for our 3 night stay of 5 people, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Located right next to Vatican City and easy walk to the other tourist attractions in Rome. Good eating options at affordable prices very closeby. Gianna also greeted us as we departed and helped to organise our return airport transfer. I’d highly recommend to anyone.
• Katherine (10/5): We loved our stay. - Gianna was the sweetest host ever. We had such a memorable experience because of her welcome and hospitality. The bathroom had a step that was difficult and unnoticeable when coming or going. So small I almost tripped a few times.

• Gilad (9/5): Location Location Location, good apartment, awesome host - Owner was there to greet us and explain everything about the apartment and the city. Location is amazing right next to Vatican museum. Owner let us stay until the evening free of charge (thank you Gianna) Breakfast wasn't really breakfast. It was some pastries bought in advance, without cheese, vegetables or any of the sorts. We had to buy a lot of stuff on our own. That would have been fine if the apartment would not have been labeled with "Breakfast Included". The apartment is missing a washing machine. Owner was kind enough to was our laundry, but still it's less comfortable. Area is fairly noisy at night, but I guess that is Rome.
• Christina (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a very nice area in Rome and a big plus for the nice and welcoming host Gianna. - We loved the location close to the Vatican and the nice surrounding area. The apartment was lovely and clean with large beautiful rooms. Gianna was so nice and welcoming. She gave us some ”inside Roman advice” such as where to get the best gelato in town. We will stay at Holiday Home Il Sogno a san Pietro next time we go to Rome. It was the best!

• Elizabeth (10/5): Wonderful centrally situated authentic apartment - Perfect location - 1 min from bus stop to Roma Termini. I min from Vatican Museums. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. No washing machine which for a family of 5 travelling was a slight disappointment.
